Unit 4 Wild animals (Grammar 预习案) 课型:预习课 主备人:李慧学习目标:1.学会正确运用if 引导的条件状语从句。 2.学会正确使用because 和because of 表示原因。语法剖析(1)If it is fine this afternoon,I will go shopping with you. 如果今天下午天气好的话,我会和你去购物。(2)We can go on a trip tomorrowif it doesnt rain. 如果明天不下雨的话,我们可以去旅游。(3)Come to my office if you have time. 如果你有时间,来一下我的办公室。(4)If bears are in danger,they attack people. 如果熊处于危险中,它们是会攻击人的。 结论:通过观察例句(1)(2)和(3)我们可以看出,if 后接的是一个句子,这样的句子我们称之为条件状语从句。If 意为“_”,表示如果从句的动作发生,主句的动作就会发生。If引导的条件状语从句通常用_时态,但表示的是将来要发生的事,主句多用_时态,有时也可以用情态动词或用祈使句,但表示的也是将要发生的事。If引导的条件状语从句可放在主句之前,也可以位于主句之后。但是从句在前时,主从句之间必须用_隔开。体会:通过观察(4)我们发现,主句没有用一般将来时,而是用了一般现在时。这是条件状语从句的一个特殊性:如果句子表示“客观事实”,主句和从句通常都用一般现在时。随堂导练请将下列各题中所给的句子用if连成一个句子。1.Sandy does not have time. I will ask Lucy instead. _2.We do not protect tigers. There will be no tigers._3.I will be busy tomorrow. I will not go shopping with you._4.Tom will come back. Please call me._5.It will snow tomorrow. Mr Li will make a snowman with us._语法剖析(1) Tina didnt come to school because she fell ill.(2) -Why do you all like to make friends with Mark? -Because he has a good sense of humour.(3) We had to stay at home because of the bad weather.(4) Simon hurt his knees because of falling over a stone.(5) Mary is sad because she failed the exam.= Mary is sad because of failing the exam.结论:通过观察上面几个例句可知,because和because of都可以表示引起某个结果的原因,但是用法有区别。通过观察(1)(2)可知,because用作_,后面必须接一个句子,because和这个句子一起构成原因状语从句,从句通常位于主句之后。because 引导的句子可以直接回答以_开头的特殊疑问句。通过观察例句(3)(4)可知,because of 是复合介词,其后只能跟名词(短语)、_或代词,后面不能跟从句。体会通过观察例句(5)可知,含有because和because of 的句子有时可以互相转化。随堂导练。一、请根据句意,用because和because of 填空。1.Many people in wenchuan lost their homes_ the earthquake.2.We must protect wild animals_ they are our friends.3.She looked much older than her age _ 10-year hard work.4.Peter wont join our party _ he is very busy.5.I bought this shirt _ I liked its colour.二、请根据上句完成下句,使上下两句意思相同或相近,每空词数不限。1.Daniel arrived at the airport late because the traffic was heavy. Unit 4 Wild animals (Grammar教案) 课型:新授课 主备人:李慧教学目标:1、正确识别并运用if条件状语从句讨论可能出现的情况。 2、正确识别并运用“because”和“because of ”表示原因。教学内容:句型:if hunters catch a giant panda,they will kill it for its fur.Giant pandas will surive if we protect them.I will get enough information for my report.教学准备:教学步骤Step呈现1、教师通过“填入动词的正确形式”来引出if从句: If hunters catch a giant panda,they _ it for its fur.(kill) If farmers cut down trees and forests,giant pandas _nowhere to live.
