摘要本设计是2200t/d熟料水泥生产线生料粉磨系统工艺设计。对我国水泥工业的发展现状及前景作了概括介绍,详细介绍了熟料煅烧设备的发展历程。设计主要内容包括日产2200吨熟料水泥厂总体设计和生料磨车间工艺设计两方面。在确定熟料率值等参数的基础上进行了配料计算、全厂物料平衡、主机设备选型以及堆场储库选型计算等内容。之后,在确定了生料磨车间工艺流程的基础上,对生料磨系统进行了选型计算和热平衡计算,确定了磨机、选粉机、输送设备和除尘系统的规格和尺寸。最后,在上述工作的基础上完成了车间工艺布置图的设计和绘制等工作。进入新世纪以来,我国水泥工业发生了突破性的变化。从单纯的数量增长型转向质量效益增长型;从技术装备落后型转向技术装备先进型;从劳动密集型转向投资密集型;从管理粗放型转向管理集约型;从资源浪费型转向资源节约型。实现上述根本转变的原因,是进入新世纪以来新型干法水泥生产技术的快速发展和应用。当今世界水泥仍将作为全球房地产和基础设施现代化建设的关键材料。水泥熟料烧成系统在长时间的发展过程中变得越来越完善,给人类的现代化建设带来了巨大的贡献,但是依然有很多问题有带解决,如我国的水泥能耗超出发达国家。水泥依然是高能耗、高排放、高污染的产品,我们还有很多问题需要解决。全球水泥行业面临节约材料、能源紧张和减少co2排放量的挑战日益增加。预分解窑是20世纪70年代发展起来的一种煅烧工艺设备。它是在悬浮预热器和回转窑之间,增设一个分解炉或利用窑尾烟室管道,在其中加入3060%的燃料,使燃料的燃烧放热过程与生料的吸热分解过程同时在悬浮态或流化态下极其迅速地进行,使生料在入回转窑之前基本上完成碳酸盐的分解反应,因而窑系统的煅烧效率大幅度提高。这种将碳酸盐分解过程从窑内移到窑外的煅烧技术称窑外分解技术,这种窑外分解系统简称预分解窑。中国对预分解窑的研究开始于1970年,与德国和日本是在同一个时期起步的。1976年我国在吉林四平建成第一条360t/d烧油的预分解窑,标志中国预分解窑的研制与开发完成了工业试验。近20年来,我国烧成系统的工艺与装备取得了重大技术进步。配料计算是根据原料化学成分和所制备的水泥成分等计算各种原料的需要量。生料制备就是按照配合比配制并加工原料,使其材料高温烧制要求。配料计算是水泥乃至各种无机非金属材料新品种研制和生产必不可少的工艺工程。配料计算也是后续水泥生产工艺参数的预测,生料制备则直接影响水泥熟料成分和性能。配料计算的目的就在于优化各主要设备的工艺布置,以最优的工艺布置投入生产,以连续式生产的理念,延长使用寿命。同时,提高生产效率,节约资源,降低能耗。我国目前硅酸盐水泥熟料采用饱和比(kh)、硅酸率(sm)、铝酸率(im)三个率值控制熟料质量。影响熟料热耗的因素有:(1)生产方法与窑型,(2)废气余热的利用,(3)生料组成、细度及生料易烧性,(4)燃料不完全燃烧造成热损失,(5)窑体散热损失,(6)预热器出口废气热损失及系统漏风量,(7)矿化剂及微量元素作用。在确定以上参数的基础上本设计中采用递减试凑法计算物料配比。物料平衡计算是质量守恒定律在水泥工厂工艺设计中的具体应用。工艺设计之初,必须先进行物料平衡计算。目的在于:(1)计算出水泥工厂物料进厂和产品出厂的需要量和生产量; (2)作为工艺设计中选择主机和辅机规格的依据; (3)作为原料矿山开采和运输设计的依据; (4)作为厂内外总图运输设计的依据; (5)作为技术经济计算产品成本的依据; (6)作为工厂原料、燃料以及其它材料供应量和工厂产品出厂量建厂初期的参数。主机平衡计算是根据“物料平衡表”上的各生产环节所需处理周物料量,在选定车间工作制度定出主机每周运转小时数和主机年利用率基础上,计算出各车间主机要求的生产能力,据此选择产量与之相近的主机型号规格,按标定主机产量反算主机年利用率,如果计算的年利用率范围适合,则可认为主机选型和台数是合适的。为保证工厂生产的连续进行和水泥的均衡出厂,以及满足生产过程中质量控制的需要,水泥厂必须设置各种物料储存库(包括各种堆场、堆棚、储库、成品库等)。各种储库的容量应满足不同物料储存期的要求,而各种物料储存期的确定,需要考虑到各种因素。在计算储库时,首先要确定各种物料的储存期,并计算各种物料要求的储存量,然后选择储库类型或规格,并算出储库的数量、容积和面积,并将计算结果汇总成储库一览表。生料粉磨是水泥生产过程中的一个重要环节,这个过程就是将所需要的各种材料按比例配合后,通过粉磨成粒度和各方面性能适合窑煅烧的半成品,以供窑煅烧成熟料,再将熟料和部分材料混合磨制成的过程。在本设计中由于生料综合水分为3.3%,且入磨石灰石粒度为20mm,选用尾卸提升循环烘干磨系统作为生料粉磨系统。物料的粉磨过程是一个复杂的工艺工程,影响因素也很多,其中最主要的有磨机的机构、工艺流程、研磨体的级配和物料本身特性等。水泥工业中常用的球磨机类型和规格较多,但它们的构造却基本相同,主要由筒体、磨头、衬板、隔仓板、支撑装置和传动装置等组成。生料磨系统的热平衡计算,关键问题是要合理地确定漏风量和出磨气体的温度。我进一步认识到水泥是国民经济的基础材料,水泥的生产关系到很多工程的建设,因此,保证水泥工业的可持续发展、实现水泥工业现代化具有重要意义。abstractthis design is 2200t/d clinker production process design of raw meal grinding system. present situation and prospects for the development of china cement industry overview, details on clinker calcining equipment development. design elements include the nissan 2200 tons of clinker cement plant design and process design of raw meal grinding plant in two aspects. determine parameters such as clinker modulus dosing calculations, based on plant material balance calculation and selection, host device selection and yard storage, and more. later, determined on the basis of the raw meal grinding plant process flow, the calculation and selection of raw meal grinding system and heat balance calculation, identified mills, classifier, transportation equipment dust removal systems and specifications and dimensions. finally, on the basis of the work completed the layout design of workshop process and draw and so on. since entering the new century, chinas cement industry radical changes have taken place. from the purely growth oriented towards quality growth in the number of;
