复旦兰生小升初面试题型篇一:兰生复旦中学招生面试介绍 兰生复旦中学招生面试介绍 社会上普遍认为民办学校只看重证书、只看重奥数、只以成绩论英雄;其实兰生复旦中学的办念和特色创建中已经旗帜鲜明地表明了态度:关注思维品质、关注意志品质、关注合作精神,从而学生具有完善人格的、社会所需要的优秀人才。基于这样的办学追求,兰生复旦中学在招生中便力求对学校理念认可的志同道合的家长,便用一整套行之有效的测试方式选拔到可以对应学校培养方有潜质的生源。 以2014年的招生面试方案为例,针对所有报考我校的网报学生,我们全部给予面试的机会。试中分三个环节面试说明:介绍面试环节、方式,以及各个环节分别对应评估的内容让对被考评的内容做到心中有数;第一轮面试:分二部分。第一部分学习能力测评:着眼于未来,看会不会听课评估听课的接受能力、理解能力、掌握消化知识的能力以及实践操作的能力。第分综合素养测评:分为四大板块。一是应激反应和心理压力评估,二是注意力和兴趣点的评估,三动协调性和合作能力的评估,四是团队活动中个人意志品质的评估;第二轮面试:在第一轮遴选的上,进行表达能力、思维能力以及学习习惯、教育背景、成长环境等诸多因素的考评。 其中可圈可点的是第二环节的面试。 学习能力测评我们事先录制一堂15分钟的短课,教师讲解了一个全新的、冷门的知识点运用这个知识的具体方法,然后让学生进行五分钟的课堂学习反馈完成任务单。为了保证测有效性:录制课程保证了所有同学获得信息的来源是一致的;冷门知识点的选择保证了被测学生的性;任务单的设计循阶梯而上,既有知识的认知测评,更有知识的迁移与运用测评。在此学习能力现不禁锢在过去的学业成绩和证书,而是以发展的眼光看未来的成长可能性。 应激反应和心理压力评估我们采用小组英语故事接龙的方式进行。通过游戏的方式增加特性,在快节奏、高强度的“开火车”中,看学生的反应和心理承受力。采用这个方式规避了学生押题的弊端,一切呈现出的是原生态。在这个环节中随之也可以测试到学生的想象力、发散思维能及英文单词量等等。 注意力和兴趣点的评估在参观校园、实验室的过程中,观察学生的注意力,在实验室的演示实验中,观察学生好奇心与兴趣点,观察他们探究兴趣。我们认为注意力和兴趣是学习中的重素。有大量数据证明一个人的专注度、对事物的好奇心和兴趣与他的学业好坏具有极强的关联度。 运动协调性和合作能力的评估通过趣味体育“海底捞月”、“能量传递”等活动,让学“玩”中展示他们在群体中的表现,其中个人的性格特点以及在团队合作的游戏中的互相配合、协力包括个人的身体素养都可以得到集中体现。这部分的内容与我校四年一贯重视体育和身体素养的密切相关。 团队活动中个人意志品质的评估通过分组按要求完成图示多米诺骨牌摆放的活动,看每同学在团队中的作用,看他们的参与程度、领导调度能力、配合协作能力以及在活动中因成功或失情绪反应等等。这个活动的设计与我校的德育拓展训练形成了一个有机的整体。 其中运动协调性和合作能力和团队活动中个人意志品质的评估均由老师带领学校志愿者完成题外话,对于志愿者而言这是一次绝好的对学校文化的学习、认同的过程,是志愿者锻炼能力、主践、提升素养的过程,从某种程度上说,参与招生工作也是志愿者特有的一门课程学习吧! 已有 1 人评分 金币篇二:2012兰生复旦小升初分班试卷 2012上海兰生复旦小升初分班考英语预测卷 兰生复旦分班考试 练习卷 I. To see something well, we have to touch it. more iceorbecauseOther better roundWithwatersoon篇三:一位家长所写的杨浦区小升初简明攻略 一位家长 所写的杨 浦区小升 初简明攻 略 2009-07-17 13:16:55 作 者: 来源: 巨人 奥数网 作为一家新上海人,原本对上海的小升初一无所知,经过近两个月的忙碌和等待,我家孩子的小升初基本算尘埃落定。至于那几所全上海知名的公办初中,本就属于计划外的,能取最好,不能取也无所谓。只是作为一种尝试,平常心对待了。 两个月的时间,感触良多,也收获了不少经验。写下此文,希望能给后来者一个借鉴和参考。此文所述,均来自自己的亲身体会和实际经验。由于我们属于杨浦区,因此对杨浦区的部分情况了解得充分一点,外区的学校不在本文讨论范围之内。言归正传: 一、学校篇 杨浦区目前民办初中共有如下几所 复旦兰生 上外双语 存志凯慧 杨浦实验 东光明 沪东外国语 交大飞达 同济实验 每年4月中旬,杨浦教育网()会公布各学校的招生简章。学费、人数、联系方式等各位可以在那上面查到。相关的一些入学手续和时间节点,网站上也会提供。特别注意的是,不能过分相信招生简章中的日期。实际上,各学校一般都会提前安排学生的面试和录取工作。如果你真的按照简章所告知的日期去投资料或参加咨询,那可能已经错过了招生时机。 学校的排名,大致可以参考我上面所列的学校顺序。请注意,这个排名,主要是参考了知名度和中考成绩。不是我心目中的排名。作为我个人来说,我很反对将学校按1、2、3、4、5来排列。理由是,学校好不好,不是最重要的,老生常谈的说法是适合才是最好的。选择学校,要考虑的因素很多,不是单看一个中考成绩的。你不能说某个学校的中考平均分比另一个学校高零点几分,就说这个学校比那个好。如果非要排列,我更愿意将学校分为几个档次。比如,我觉得杨浦的民办可以这么分: 第一档:兰生 双语存志 第二挡:凯慧扬实验 第三档:其它学校 实际上,各档次内的学校教育质量差距并不大。比如中考成绩,第一档次内的三个学校07年的排名是双语存志兰生。但平均分几乎差距在一分以内。你说哪个好?我认为都可以忽略不记。当然,学校之间的教育方法和教学理年会略有不同,但孩子怎么学,学什么,主要是看孩子自己。常见的说法是兰生更注重理科,双语更注重文科。兰生更注重学生学习能力的培养,双语更偏重填鸭式教学。这点,我没有发言权。因为我没在这两个学校读过,究竟情况如何也不得而知。但我相信,这些绝对没有外界所传言的那么大差别。绝不会出现数学学得好的到双语就浪费了数学潜力。外语好的,到兰生就无用武之地。什么填鸭式教学,会把潜力榨干,更是无籍之谈。我最反对的,是靠拼命打击另一个学校来抬高自己的学校,除了引发口水,我看不出有什么实际的意义。 二、择校篇 如果同意以上的学校划分,择校就简单了点。 择校的第一步,是衡量自己孩子的水平。关于鸡头和凤尾的争论,我的观点是,绝大部分的孩子既不是鸡头,也不是凤尾。我们应该为孩子选择的,正是你既做不了头,也不会当尾的学校。向前看有前进的动力,向后看又不致于伤害孩子的自尊和自信。如果你的孩子能做头,说明孩子在这个学校里吃不饱,还有更多的潜力可挖。当然,如果你的孩子确实出类拔粹,到哪里都能做头,那您就不需要看我的帖子了,因为学校会主动找到你的。如果您的孩子只能做尾,那说明您选择的学校太高,孩子吃了消化不良。这样进了好的学校对孩子的危害更大。一是因为学校教的东西,孩子可能跟不上,会越拉越远,二是长期在那样的环境里,会严重打击孩子的自信心,得不偿失啊。 所以,衡量孩子的水平,在择校前至关重要。如何衡量,简单的办法,就是看孩子在他所在的群体中的地位。在小学阶段,学校和学校的差距其实非常小。因为从幼儿园升小学的时候,谁都不知道孩子的学习能力如何,经过5年的学习,孩子的能力,学习习惯的培养,才能看出一个大概。所以,孩子在自己小学的排名,其实可以大致看出孩子的水平,也可以大致判断在整个杨浦区的定位。那么,如果您的孩子班级前五,学校前列,你的目标就是第一档次的学校。如果班级前10,可以考虑第二档次的。班级中游,可以考虑第三档次的。如果成绩只能下游,那进公办没什么不好。如果明确了自己的定位,剩下的问题就是考虑选择档次内的具体学校了。这时候,要考虑的最重要因素是-距离。对的,在我的观点中,这时候放在第一位的只有距离和交通,而不是什么虚无缥缈的教学理念。当然,如果您的孩子选择住校,那就另当别论。孩子要在初中里读4年,每天要花费1-2个小时在路上,浪费的时间和精力,您不觉得代价太大了吗?节约下来的时间,做什么不好呢? 三、准备篇 目标明确,就要开始为入学择校做准备工作了。 应该准备的主要是如下几样东西:(关系,后门不在本文讨论范围之内。) A.成长手册 这个是我在这两个月里感觉到最重要的东西。我所得到的几乎所有OFFER和面试通知,我的感觉是全凭成长手册,因为我们拥有的证书非常普通,我相信每个家长几乎都有。这里也有例外,下文会讲到。 成长手册之所以重要,是因为他最能反映孩子的他群体中的地位。孩子的学习成果,学习态度,工作能力,都可以从成长手册的成绩栏,老师的评语页,孩子的职务以及是否校优、区优中反映出来。 当然也有不少人抱怨有些小学在评优或班干部中的暗箱问题。我也认为肯定会有这样的现象存在,但不会是普遍现象。起码我看到的还是比较公平的。遇到暗箱的,我只能表示遗憾。 所以,准备择校的家长,首先应该教育孩子把学校的功课学好,在学
