施工部署原则及总体施工顺序概要说明工程基础、主体、装修三大分部工程的施工安排、工期控制及相关专业如何与三大分部工程协作配合等情况,确定大型机械进、出场的时间。注意充分考虑季节性施工的影响。施工部署是对拟建项目在工作量、人力、资源、时间上的总体构思,是施工组织设计的核心内容,施工部署的好坏将直接影响到整个工程的成败得失,所以必须经过充分考虑和反复讨论后再定。3.4 单位工程施工进度计划3.4.1 编制依据(可不列入正文)编制单位工程施工进度计划,主要依据下列资料: (1)经过审批的建筑总平面图及单位工程全套施工图以及地质、地形图、工艺设计图、设备及其基础图、各种采用的标准图等图纸及技术资料。(2)施工组织总设计对本单位工程的有关规定。(3)施工工期要求及开、竣工日期。(4)施工条件,劳动力、材料、构件及机械的供应条件,分包单位的情况等。(5)确定的主要分部分项工程的施工方案,包括施工顺序、施工段划分、施工起点流向、施工方法、质量及安全措施等。(6)劳动定额及机械台班定额。(7)其他有关要求和资料,如工程合同。3.4.2 施工机械需要量计划序号机械名称类型、型号需要量货源使用起止时间备注单位数量3.7 组织与协调的方式 概要说明本项目将通过何种方法组织,实现本工程的工期、质量、安全、降低成本的目标,协调和管理好参加工程管理、施工的各方。4 施工准备4.1 技术准备4.1.1 图纸、图集、规范、规程等 组织有关人员熟悉图纸,确定图纸会审和交底时间,落实设计存在的问题、未解决的问题及解决方法,解决时间。4.1.2 根据轴线控制及标高引测的依据,进场后复核建筑物控制桩,引入高程控制水准点。做好栋号的控制桩和水准点的测设和保护工作。4.2 施工现场准备1. 临时供水、供电、供热计划(1) 临时供水:生产、生活用水量与消防用水量,二者相比较选择大者。一般工程生产、生活用水量不会超过消防用水量,故按消防用水量布置管线即可。(2) 临时供电:根据现场使用的各类机具及生活用电计算用电量(根据工程规模,必要时需另编临时用电方案),通过计算确定变压器规格、导线截面,并绘制现场用电线路布置图和系统图。施工总平面图中要标明管线位置、水管规格、用水和用电位置等。(3) 临时供热:根据现场的生产、生活设施的面积和形式,确定供热方式和供热量,并配管线设计图。2. 临时道路和围墙 要根据现场的实际情况设计出施工道路的布置、做法、宽度、排水方向等;围墙的做法要在符合北京市施工现场管理有关规定的前提下,起到宣传企业形象的作用。3. 生产生活临时设施(1) 根据工程的规模和施工人数,确定并列表注明各类临时设施的面积、用途和做法(宜列表说明)。(2) 规划各类构件、机具、材料的存放场地,安排各类临时设施时要注意与场地平整和基坑开挖的关系。4. 对业主的要求 对业主应解决而尚未解决的事项提出要求,并确定解决的时间。5 主要施工方法5.1 流水段的划分(1) 说明划分依据和流水方向。(2) 保证均衡连续施工,要充分发挥劳动效率。(3) 施工缝的留设位置要符合规范的要求,施工缝若分水平和竖向缝时应说明。(4) 画流水段划分示意图(应标注所在轴线位置)。5.2 主要施工机械的选择1. 主要指土方机械、垂直运输机械及其他大型机械。2. 以建筑高度、所需最大起重量(吊斗或模板、构件、设备重量)、实物量、吊次、建筑面积、设置位置、机械性能、台班费用等参数,经计算比较,选择最优方案,要合理可行,工作效率高,服务范围宽,方便、经济。并说明使用时间。3. 一般应包括:(1) 塔吊(汽吊)的选择及使用情况;(2) 泵送机械的选择及使用情况;(3) 外用电梯的选择及使用情况。5.3 主要施工方法5.3.1 测量放线(1) 建立平面控制网及高程控制点、轴线控制及标高引测的依据,以及引至现场的轴线控制点及标高的具体位置。(2) 控制桩的保护要求。(3) 放线的步骤要求:A.建筑物定位;B.槽边线控制;C.基底标高及垫层位置控制;D.基础的位置线。5.3.2 降水与排水(1) 降水情况说明及分包单位,对相邻建筑物的影响及所采取的措施,水位观测记录。(2) 排水情况包括:降水、排水工程日排水量估算及排水管线设计,有无二次降水的可能性及方案分析。5.3.3 基础桩 说明基础桩类型、选用的施工方法及设备类型5.3.4 基坑支护 基坑支护结构的选择应考虑下述因素:(1) 基坑的平面尺寸、开挖深度和施工要求;(2) 各层土的物理、力学性质,地下水等条件;(3) 临近建筑物、构筑物、树木距基坑的距离,基础形式,埋置深度,结构形式。基坑护壁与立塔、地面材料存放、车辆行驶路线和载重关系。(4) 邻近地下管线及其他设施情况,以及对基坑变形限制的要求和变形观测。(5) 降水深度必须满足基坑最低点的要求,不能以大面积的基底标高为标准设计降水深度。对产生管涌、基土隆起现象的可能性进行分析,及为解决此问题所采取的措施。(6) 现有材料、设备和施工条件的可能性。(7) 工期和造价的优化。5.3.5 土方开挖(1) 选择的土方机械的性能、型号、数量、作业时间和工期,挖土方向、坡道的留置,每步开挖深度,分几步开挖,挖土与护壁、锚杆、工程桩等工序如何穿插进行。(2) 土方的运输与存放,槽边护栏等。(3) 简单介绍基础形式、基底标高、基坑支护形式、降水情况。(4) 基槽土方开挖与工程坡道、人防通道的关系。并画出平面及剖面图5.3.6 钎探与验槽(1) 钎探的要求和不进行钎探的建议。(2) 清槽要求。(3) 季节施工要求5.3.7 回填土(1) 回填土类型。(2) 分层厚度。(3) 夯实方法5.3.8 地下防水工程5.3.8.1 地下防水层(1) 防水层采用的材料、厚度及层数。防水材料进场应具备备案,并按规定要求作复试,防水施工队要有相应资质及施工许可证。(2) 说明底板防水层做到什么位置,外墙防水层采用外贴法还是内贴法。防水层基层有什么要求,防水层施工的主要方法及质量要求。防水层的保护层做法。(3) 外墙防水层施工时间,施工条件。变形缝、后浇带防水做法,避雷做法与防水的关系,管道穿墙处防水的做法。5.3.8.2 结构自防水(1) 介绍结构自防水在机构施工中的防水措施(止水带、止水条的设置部位)。(2) 外墙的结构处理。(3) 外墙外抹防水砂浆材料、厚度、外加剂掺量、施工方法及质量要求。(4) 防水工程施工所需的运输工具。5.3.9 钢筋工程5.3.9.1 钢筋原材料的要求(1) 钢筋供货情况。(2) 钢筋品种及接头等级、类别。(3) 钢筋进场的检验。5.3.9.2 钢筋的加工(1) 选择钢筋加工机械。(2) 钢筋加工的要求:下料长度、弯直长度、弯折角度、弯起位置等。(3) 成品堆放要求。5.3.9.3 钢筋的连接(1) 不同部位、不同直径钢筋的连接方式(焊接和机械连接)。(2) 连接人员资质审查。5.3.9.4 钢筋的绑扎应将基础、柱状晶、墙、梁板部位,防止钢筋位移的方法做明确的描述。墙体、柱、变截面处钢筋处理方法。5.3.9.5 钢筋保护层的控制保护层控制方式,保护层厚度(列表说明)。5.3.9.6 预应力钢筋5.3.10 模板工程5.3.10.1 模板的设计(1) 内容包括:垫层、底板、基础墙体、顶板、墙、梁、柱、楼梯、电梯、阳台、门窗洞口及其他特殊部位的模板设计。(2) 具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,能可靠地承受新浇筑混凝土的重量和侧模压力。(3) 构造简单,拆装方便,便于钢筋的绑扎和连接,符合混凝土的浇筑和养护要求。(4) 充分考虑经济效益。5.3.10.2 模板的加工与制作(1) 确定模板加工的方式:自行制作的部分和专业厂家订做的部分。(2) 对于自行制作的模板确定应达到的质量标准、负责人及完成时间。(3) 专业厂家订做的模板:优选加工厂家,在合同中明确须达到的质量标准,并把好模板进场的现场检验关。5.3.10.3 模板的安装(1) 保证工程结构各部位形状、尺寸和相对位置准确。(2) 基础模板的安装:垫层、底板、墙体、顶板、梁、柱等。(3) 墙体模板安装。(4) 梁柱模板安装。(5) 顶板模板安装。(6) 楼梯模板安装。(7) 电梯模板安装。(8) 阳台模板安装。(9) 门窗洞口模板安装。(10) 其他特殊部位模板的安装(后浇带、变形缝等)。(11) 模板安装时需要在结构中预留、预埋的部件及在封模前应就位的设备、构件等。5.3.10.4 模板的拆除(1) 模板拆除的原则:先安装的后拆除,后安装的先拆除。(2) 避免硬砸硬撬。(3) 根据混凝土强度确定拆除时间。5.3.10.5 模板的维护(1) 模板拆除后及时清理与维护,并指定专人负责。(2) 制定相应的管理程序,未清理到位和修复的模板严禁使用。5.3.11 混凝土工程5.3.11.1 混凝土的拌制(1) 现场搅拌。(2) 使用商品混凝土。(3) 使用商品混凝土时需优选厂家并签订详细严谨的合同。5.3.11.2 混凝土的输送(1) 塔吊或提升架。(2) 泵送。5.3.11.3 混凝土的浇筑混凝土的浇筑高度、施工缝留置方法、施工缝清理、不同强度等级混凝土间浇筑范围的划分、浇筑顺序、浇筑时间要求。5.3.11.4 混凝土的养护养护方法。5.3.11.5 混凝土的冬季施工(1) 选定施工方法:综合蓄热法、蓄热法、负温养护法等。(2) 热工计算。(3) 保温措施。5.3.11.6 大体积混凝土施工(1) 抗裂计算。(2) 保温或降温措施。(3) 测温纪录。5.3.12 砌筑工程(1) 工程采用的砌体材料、使用部位。(2) 特殊部位有无特殊要求。(3) 主要施工工艺:砌筑高度要求、砂浆使用要求、施工洞留置方法及位置等要求。(4) 墙压筋留置方法。(5) 砌筑内隔墙,预制内隔墙的施工方法、要求、注意事项。5.3.13 架子工程(1) 砌体结构架子工程(2) 框架结构架子工程(3) 全现浇剪力墙结构架子工程脚手架搭设和使用过程中必须满足以下要求:A. 具有良好的强度、刚度,确保施工期间在规定荷载作用下不发生破坏。B. 具有良好的结构整体性和稳定性,保证使用过程中不发生晃动、倾斜、变形,以保证操作者的人身安全。C. 内外架子的种类、构造要求、卸荷及与结构之间拉结方式。D. 架子支搭、随结构部位的拆改,架子的拆除顺序以方法等。E. 马道的支搭方法、位置。F. 架子对下部结构的要求。G. 装修内、外架子的种类,不同部位架子的不同支搭方法。H. 避雷要求。I. 临边防护措施。5.3.14 屋面工程明确屋面防水等级和设防要求。说明屋面防水的类型,采用的施工方法、质量要求、试水要求。5.3.15 构件吊装工程(1) 吊点确定。(2) 起吊顺序和吊装方法。5.3.16 装修与装饰工程5.3.16.1 外墙饰面工程(1) 针对内墙材料的特点
