报关、报检委托书上面是否必须加盖企业公章报关报检时,委托书上面是否必须加盖企业公章,有没有什么文件支持。报关单 报关委托书上一定要盖的正常报关报检要用到的,报关报检委托书上应该都有“加盖公章”字样的吧,这就是文件支持了一定要盖出口企业公章!报关报检委托书上是一定要盖经营单位的公章和法人章的直接盖个报关专用章就可以了报关单是中文的,发票(出口统一发票)可以是英文的一式六联的是指统一发票,这是个退税用的不是报关用的报检委托书出入境检验检疫报检委托书本单位与受托人_协商后达成本委托书,将本单位进口/出口如下货物的出入境检验检疫报检工作全权委托受托人办理,并保证向受托人提供的用于办理报检手续的所有单证均真实无讹: 品 名: 数(重)量:外贸合同号: 提(运)单号: 委托日期: 年月日本委托书有效期: 年月日至 年月日委 托 人(印章):_单位地址:_机构性质:_经营范围:_法人代表(印章):_联系电话:_-受托人确认声明本单位完全接受本委托书,将根据出入境检验检疫的有关法律法规规定,办理委托人所委托的上述货物的出入境检验检疫报检并配合检验检疫工作,如在所委托事项中发生违规或违法行为,自愿接受检验检疫机构的处理、处罚并负法律责任。受 托 人(印章):_单位地址:_确认日期:_年_月_日windows键 +D:快速回到桌面shift+ delete:将不需要的删除的无影无踪重新命名:选中,然后按F2。Excel中如何快速输入M,M:M = 首先输入M,然后同时按“Alt” 键和小键盘的“178”M = 首先输入M,然后同时按“Alt” 键和小键盘的“179”如果快速切换英文大小写:把内容COPY到WORD中,选中你要切换的内容,按Shift+F3.非标就是不按标准来做。比如说你的电器出口欧洲,欧洲本身强制性要求CE,你的产品也完全可以达到CE标准,但是很多时候因为价格原因,很多零部件偷工减料,但还是贴着CE的标准出口,这就是“非标”。如果送到实验室检测,是会查出来的关于签名/落款怎么写?我一般在英文名字后面会有姓,然后加上括号和中文名字。如果是给港台或新加坡的客人发邮件,那还要加上姓名缩写。我举个例子,如果有个朋友中文名叫张立文,英文名叫Eric,那签名可以这样写:Best regards,Eric Zhang (张立文)* Co., Ltd.Tel: *Fax: *Mail: * 如果是给香港的客人发邮件,那拼写最好根据香港的拼写惯例,那就是Eric LW Cheung(张立文);如果是台湾和新加坡,可以写成Eric LW Chang(张立文)。这主要是使用的拼写规则不同的缘故,大家可以好好摸索一下。今天想把订舱和报关学习总结一下:一般如果是做CIF或者FOB下的出口商联系货代的情况,我们可以提前在交货期前10天左右跟货代联系订舱,填写出口货物订舱委托单,跟商业发票和装箱单一起交给货代,货代制作“十联单”(集装箱货物海运托运单)与订舱附件一起去船公司订舱,船公司接受订舱,在“十联单”上的配舱回单上标注船名、船次和提单号码并加盖船公司签单章、做装船日期批注(或者电告装船 日期),然后将“十联单”的第五至第十联返还给货代,它们分别是“装货单、场站收据副本大副联、场站收据、货代留底、配舱回单1、配舱回单2”,货代再留存第八联后,将其余联交还给我们。这里“配舱回单”是对订舱委托的反馈,上面有船名、船次和提单号码,“场站收据D/R”是我们向船公司或者代理换取正本提单的凭证,“装货单”俗称“关单”,是办理报关手续时必备单据之一,经海关查验过后,在装货单上加盖放行章,盖章过后的装货单才能有效地在集装箱装卸作业区和船上通知期接受装货。拿到这些回联以后,在装货前的24小时前我们进行报关,报关所需单据有“合同、商业发票、装货单、代理报关委托书、出口货物报关单、出口收汇核销单以及各种海关认为必要时应查验的文件和证明”,海关在海关监管区域内对出口货物进行查验,合格后结关放行,在装货单上加盖放行章。前些天客户把指定货代的联系方式发给我,由于箱规的变动,小柜的量又变动了,所以交货期又推迟了,定的船是16截18开,15号来拖柜。首先把出口商和进口商的公司名称、电话、地址,装货港和目的港,货物的唛头、箱数、产品毛重、体积以及所需提单正本数发给货代,货代根据你所提供内容制作订舱委托书,看货运公司政策要求,有的要出口商盖章(公章),有的则不需要,一般第一次合作都是需要盖章的,但如果货代相信你的话也可以不盖。我这次的货代虽然是第一次合作,但也没有要盖章。在拖车前两天把报关需要的文件:装箱单(公章或中英文条形章和法人章)+商业发票(公章或中英文条形章和法人章)+核销单(骑缝公章和每联组织代码章)+代理报关委托书(公章和法人代表手签章)的正本盖章文件寄给货代,与此同时再把报关单电子版填好,发给货代,货运公司的报关员会根据你提供的报关单填制报关单正本,连同上述四个文件以及从船公司回馈的装货单一起去报关。到外汇管理局去领取核销单需要带的文件有:身份证复印件、盖有公司公章的介绍信和电子口岸卡。看你的形式发票是给客户寄样品清关用的还是当作合同来用的,如果是清关用的你只需要盖好中英文条形章和法人代表章跟样品一起(不要跟样品一起包装,跟快递单一起交给快递员)给客户寄过去就可以了,不需要客户回签的,但如果你是用形式发票来跟客户确认销售关系的话,来当合同用的话就一定要回签的。首先西联汇款只能用于私对私的汇款,收到的外汇是不能退税的,如果你的产品本身就没有退税的话,那西联绝对是最快最稳当最好的收款方式,但是如果产品有退税的话,西联只能适用于小批量货物的汇款,而且在报价的时候还要注意退税这部分的利润要算在里面,当然这样价格自然就要高了,如果客户接受的话也是没有问题的。写邮件用什么字体或字号好些?我一般用arial 10号字和calibri 10号,或者times new roman 12号,有的时候也会用comic sans MS 10号字。安排运输,试单,多少时间达到,邮件怎么写?Dear *,Glad to receive your kind mail!Regarding the trial order, it will take 2 weeks to Saudi Arabia. Thank you!Regards,* 如果还是一点声音都没有,那就准备接着推别的新产品给他,总之要保持互动。西联汇款的两个步骤:(1)给客户提供以下信息:the name of private person私人名字the address地址post code:邮编tel:电话(2)客户汇款完成,取款时需提供的客户信息:remmitter name:汇款人姓名payment account:支付帐号MTCN code:十位监控号remitter address:汇款人地址去取款时要带上自己的身份证还有(2)里面的内容形式发票总结最近有两位福友问到形式发票的事情,我想自己也做个总结,希望能帮到大家:首先大家看通常在什么情况下会用到形式发票呢?各种情况下分别要注意些什么呢?第一种情况是客户需要寄样:除了准备客户需要的样品和填写快运单外,就是做形式发票了。这个时候形式发票是快递公司用来帮你的样品清关用的,最重要的一点就是发票的总金额值越少越好。因为如果你总金额值少于目的国要单独收取海关费用的标准值,快递公司可以把你的样品跟其他货物一起清关,不需要再另交过关费,但如果你总金额值多于目的国要单独收取海关费用的标准值,目的国海关会向快递公司收取你的发票总金额对应的过关费,快递公司自然会再向客户收取,客户必然不接受,这个时候事情就麻烦了。第二种情况是跟客户已经谈好订单详情,签定形式发票作合同用:因为是做合同用的,所以务必把你跟客户谈到的有关细节列入形式发票作凭据。一般情况下跟客户先谈好敲定了具体细节问题后,做出形式发票电子版传给客户,客户认为有需要修改的修改后或都认为可以后会盖章传真回发给我,我盖章后再扫描或传真给客户。如何更准确地算出一个箱规在一个20尺普柜里面能放的箱数有了一个或者几个固定的箱规,再准确地知道一个20尺普柜的内柜尺寸就能准确地算出一个小柜能装的箱数。但20尺柜尺寸有很多种,各个船公司的柜子尺寸有相同有不同,怎样能更准确地算出来一个小柜能装的箱数呢?我们可以首先问客户有没有指定的船公司,如果有的话就直接到该船公司官方网站上面去查他们的普柜内柜尺寸是多少,再依此算出箱数;但是如果客户没有指定的船公司,我们可以向货代咨询到目的港有哪些船以及船价再跟客户确定,再跟船公司确认算出箱数。这样基本可以保证货量不会出现多或少的问题了。怎么判断出口港到底要不要四期费用什么叫四期码头?四期码头是相较于一、二、三期码头靠岸面积广些,靠岸海水深些,大船停泊更快更容易一些的码头,也叫深水码头,比普通码头远,所以要有提箱费、进四期费。我上次碰到一个货代跟我收四期费用一起300块,后来我一个朋友提醒我说UASC的船好像不用四期费的,可是也不太确定到底要不要,我就假装知道了不需要的去套了他一下,他马上很强词夺理地说我又没说要进四期的!看着他也承认了,我也没有说得太白,怎么着也给了人家一个台阶下了。这里不是说货代的不是哦,我那个提醒我的朋友就是货代,只是人都有好有坏,货代也一样。各位新人朋友,看需不需要四期费用是看船公司的,所以要看船进不进四期码头,你可以等客户订好船公司以后打电话到相应船公司去问到目的港的船在出口港需不需要进四期的,这样自己做到心中有数就不怕了FOB内陆费用一开始刚做外贸的时候很容易弄混淆,搞不清楚到底FOB内陆费用包括哪些,而且问的有些货代一下这个操作费一下那个操作费的,我想大部分新人朋友应该有跟我一样的困惑吧,因为没有实践操作过,分得再清总觉得会少知道了点什么。下面我就把FOB内陆费用分清列出来,基本上就这几个费用,货代再要多出来什么费用就不合理了:FOB内陆费用=订舱+THC(码头操作)+报关+文件+拖车+操作+箱单+输单+进出四期码头(前提是要进四期码头,怎么分辨船在始发港要不要进四期码头在121楼已经写出),我们公司在临安,一般出货都是在宁波出的,到宁波这些费用的大概标准是290+475+100+200+1800+150+20+15+300(进四期)。单据盖章关于单据盖章的问题,我之前借鉴过别人的一些东西,发现还是有很大不一样的,还是自己亲身经历做才是最正确的。就从跟客户接洽,到寄出第一份单据样品清关用形式发票开始吧:样品清关用形式发票中英文条形章和法人章合同用形式发票同上确立销售关系后,生产货物,在发货前一个星期左右(时间可调整,看单子情况来定)跟货代联系,货代发订舱委托书过来,有的货代要求委托书盖章有的不要求,订舱完成后,在报关前三四天把报关资料等寄给货代:订舱委托书公章报关资料:核销单骑缝公章和组织代码章代理报关委托书公章和法人章装箱单公章或者中英文条形章和法人章(这个看货代能力,我这次碰到的是一个新手,他只知道要用中英文条形章和法人章,说公章不行,我还认识几个做了几年的都说宁波出货公章可以的,而且在宁波出货,报关资料除了核销单和报关委托书要正本外,其他都可以是复印件,上海则一定要正本)商业发票同装箱单寄给客户的清关资料:装箱单、商业发票中英文条形章和法人章产地证中英文条形章增值税发票有进项税和销项税,进项税可用来抵销项税,少交税款船晚靠的情况船因为天气或事故造成的晚靠叫做船脱班,这样根据不同情况可分为落箱和滞港:落箱是指导货在码头非计划开港时间被送到码头会被拒收,只有在码头附近找到一个堆场来放货滞港是指货已经进港,可是由于各种原因,如船晚靠,不得不明治维新堆在港区,超过免费堆放期的费用叫滞箱费。在落箱或滞港的情况下,如果是由于不可抗力造成的费用要由客户自己承担。但是船如果晚靠岸,一定要及时通知客户,看客户的决定,是要换船还是继续等这班船,如果换船就要报退关等等手续。提单的背书只有指示提单要背书,指示提单又分不记名指示提单和记名指示提单,在收货人栏分别是“TO ORDER”和“TO ORDER OF .”,这两种提单都需要背书后客户才可以拿到货。这里记名指示提单又分空白背书的记名指示提单和记名背书记名指示提单,前者不注明被背书人,可以将货权转让给不定的其他人;后者要注明被背书人,只能将货权转让给特定的其他人,收货人发生变动则需要重新背书。出口单位背书只需要在提单背面加盖出口公司公章即可。电话英语篇下面是最常用的几种情况和两段对话,我先把中文放出来,下一篇再写出英文,大家可以先根据中文翻译出你的句子,再对照看看自己哪里可以更改一下会更好些。1、很抱歉你来电话时我不在 没关系 2、请帮我接玩具部好吗?3、您订的书请汇款1500元过来,邮资包括在内。4、请稍等。5、我去看看他在不在。6、对不起,他这会出去了。7、如果能的话,我很高兴去。8、请接121号分机 对不起,线路忙9、我可以和约翰先生通话吗? 对不起,这里没有人叫约翰10、稍等,我帮你去叫他 行,谢谢!11、史密斯先生现在脱不开身 好的,我回头再打电话过来对话一-这是国际贸易公司,早上好。-早上好,我想和史密斯先生通话,可以吗?-请问您是哪位?-我是联合纺织的李小姐-请稍候,李小姐史密斯先生,联合纺织的李小姐想和你通话-请把电话接过来,你好,我是史密斯先生。-早上好,史密斯先生,我打电话是为了你寄给我的那份协议草案。对话二-这是营销经理办公室,请问有什么事吗?-请史密斯先生接电话-对不起,他出去了。-那你估计他什么时候回来?-对不起,我不清楚。你要留个口信吗?-不用了,谢谢,我待会再打过来-那好,请过会儿再打过来-好的,谢谢你,再见 1、-Im sorry I wasnt in when you called. -Thats all right.2、-Chould you put me through to the toy department?3、-Please make a remittance of 1500 yuan for the books youve orderd.The postage is included.4、-Hold on a moment,pls.5、-Ill see if he is in.6、-Sorry,she is out at the moment.7、-Ill pleased to if I can.8、-Extension 121,pls. -Sorry ,the line is busy.9、-Could I speak to Mr.Johnson,pls? -Sorry,there is no one by the name of Johnson here.10、-Chould you hold a minute?Ill get him for you. -Certainly,Thanks.11、-Mr Smith is tied up at the moment. -Ok,Ill call again later.Dialogue 1-International Trading Co.,Ltd.
