US Mechanical Simulation Corporation)【Abstract】This paper describes the test and evaluation methods on Electronic Stability Control (ESC) defined in American federal regulation FMVSS126. Based on this regulation, the FMVSS126 test and simulation process are developed on software Carsim, and the ESC control algorithm is tested and evaluated by using this process with a four-wheel drive SUV in Carsim database as target vehicle. The ideas of lightweight design data, product structure modularization, standardization of design information transfer and synchronized design were presented, the design method adapt to truck design was discussed.Key words:Truck, Top-down, Design method基于约束处理求取车轮静载荷的新方法秦玉英 李杰(吉林大学汽车动态模拟国家重点实验室)【摘要】针对很难精确计算多轴或整车振动模型的车轮静载荷,从而影响汽车行驶平顺性研究这一问题,提出利用计算结构力学中通过约束处理获得反力而给出汽车静止时只受自身重力作用条件下车轮静载荷的求解方法。实例求解验证结果表明,该求解方法不仅适用于求解1/4汽车模型和1/2双轴模型的车轮静载荷,更适用于求解复杂多轴汽车结构模型的车轮静载荷。主题词:车轮 静载荷 平顺性 约束处理A New Method of Solution to Static Load of Vehicle Wheels Based on Constraint DisposalQin Yuying, Li Jie(State Key Lab of Automobile Dynamic Simulation, Jilin University)【Abstract】 For it is difficult to precisely calculate static load of wheels for multi-axle or complete vehicle vibration model as to interfere with the study of ride comfort, this paper raises a solution of calculating static load of vehicle wheels when the vehicle is static and only bears self gravity by utilizing constraint disposal in computational structural mechanics to obtain reacting force. The result by examples shows that the method is not only applied to the calculation of wheel static load for 1/4 vehicle model and 1/2 dual-axle model, but also for the complicated multi-axle vehicle model.Key words: Vehicle wheels; Static load; Ride comfort; Constraint disposal轮边缓速器制动力矩的计算方法何仁,丁福生,张圆圆(江苏大学)【摘要】介绍了轮边缓速器的基本结构与工作原理。根据电磁学原理对轮边缓速器的磁路进行了简化,确定了气隙中磁感应强度的计算公式,进而推导了轮边缓速器的制动力矩公式。并利用MATLAB将该公式计算出的制动力矩数值绘制成出曲线。计算结果表明,本文所提计算方法对于轮边缓速器的结构参数选择具有指导作用。关键词: 轮边缓速器 制动力矩 计算A Calculation Method for BrakingTorque of Wheel RetarderHe Ren, Ding Fusheng, Zhang Yuanyuan(Jiangsu University)【Abstract】The structure and work principle of wheel retarder were presented in this paper. Based on electromagnetic theory, the magnetic circuits of wheel retarder were simplified and the formula of the magnetic induction in the gas gap was defined so as to deduce the formular of wheel retarder braking torque. The braking torque curve is drawn based on the calculation data from formular on MATLAB. The body structure deformation parameters in four kinds of impact modes were obtained by using dynamic simulation calculation, the deformation characteristic and the degree of occupant injury were analyzed and compared in different impact modes, and the methods are presented to improve the side structure crashworthiness.Key words: Automotive; Side Impact; Body Structure Deformation; Simulation汽车侧面碰撞帘式气囊泄漏特性研究乌秀春,裴洋,赵洪波(辽宁工业大学)【摘要】泄漏特性是帘式气囊建模仿真过程中较难获得的重要参数之一。通过对一未折叠的正面安全气囊进行建模仿真和试验对比分析,调试其压力和泄漏率之间的曲线函数,使仿真结果的压力曲线逼近试验曲线。将所得到的泄漏特性用于帘式气囊的静态、动态起爆仿真中,由仿真结果和试验结果比较可知,利用该方法获得的泄漏特性准确有效,为帘式气囊系统的开发及优化设计提供了灵敏的特性参数。关键词:汽车 侧面碰撞 帘式气囊 泄漏特性 Study on Leakage Characteristic of Curtain Airbag in Side ImpactWu Xiuchun Pei Yang Zhao Hongbo(Liaoning University of Technology)【Abstract】The leakage characteristic is one of important parameters which is difficult to obtain in the process of modeling and simulation on curtain airbag systems. Simulation and test on a front airbag which is not folded are made, and pressure curves of simulation results approach the tests curves by adjusting curve function between pressure and leakage ratio. The leakage characteristic is used to simulate static and dynamic explosion of curtain airbag, it is indicated from the comparison between the simulation and test results that the leakage characteristic obtained through this method is accurate and effective, and which provides sensitive characteristic parameters for the development and design of curtain airbag systems.Key words: Vehicle; Side impact; Curtain airbag; Leakage characteristic汽车电子机械制动执行器的研制及压力估算研究杨 坤 李 静 谭树梁 李幼德 (吉林大学)【摘要】针对某轿车研制了电子机械制动(EMB)系统执行器,给出了EMB执行器的设计开发流程,搭建了EMB执行器压力估算试验台。从减小执行器体积、降低执行器成本及增加执行器可靠性的角度出发,由试验数据拟合得到了电机电流与执行器输出压力的关系曲线及执行器丝杠位移与执行器输出压力的关系曲线,为EMB执行器输出压力的估算提供了依据。关键词:轿车 电子机械制动 执行器 压力估算Development of Electromechanical Brake Actuator and Research of Pressure EstimationYang Kun, Li Jing, Tan Shuliang, Li Youde(Jilin University)【Abstract】Based on a passenger car, the electromechanical brake (EMB) actuator is developed with its design process presented, and the test bench of pressure estimation is built. For reducing the size and cost of EMB actuator and increasing its reliability, the relationship curve between the current of EMB motor and the pressure of EMB actuator as well as the relationship curve between the displacement of screw rod and the pressure of EMB actuator are obtained by test data fitting, so as to provide basis for pressure estimation of EMB actuator.Key words:Passenger car; Electromechanical brake; Actuator; Pressure estimation动力总成悬置支架的多工况拓扑优化黄庆 杜登惠 黄小飞(泛亚汽车技术中心有限公司)【摘要】为保证车辆低振动噪声和高耐久性等性能,动力总成悬置支架的刚度、模态、应力和质量都必须符合一定要求。采用多工况拓扑优化方法对动力总成悬置支架进行改进设计:选择Optistruct作为拓扑优化工具;以最小加权柔度作为目标函数;以模态650Hz、应力120Mpa、体积650Hz, strain 120Mpa and volume 80 original volume are selected as constraint function. Hefei University of Technology)Abstract: Based on ADAMS/Car, a multi-body dynamics model of an air suspension vehicle was built by using virtual prototype technique in the paper, and a PID controller for the active suspension under MATLAB environment was designed. The two road models, impulse input and random input, were established by using the road builder in the software ADAMS, and the co-simulation of ADSMS and MATLAB were carried out. By comparing the results of numerical simulation and test data, the correctness of virtual threshold test system is validated. The result shows that the system could be used to predict A-alloy wheels threshold value.
