Installation Pipeline and Cables of I greater than 5D at the downstream side D refers to the internal diameter of process line 4 1 10 Installation azimuth of the pressure tap at the level or tipping pipes shall meet the 5 following regulations 1 The measuring points shall be at the upper half of the pipeline when measuring the gas pressure 2 The measuring points under the horizontal center line of the pipeline shall form an included angle with the pipeline within the range of 0 45 when measuring the fluid pressure 3 The measuring point shall be installed at the upper half of pipeline or form an 0 45 included angle under the horizontal center line when measuring the steam pressure 4 1 11 Plug defending or sweeping defending structure tap shall be installed when measuring the pressure of turbid media with dusts 4 1 12 Furnace tap shall be installed at the upper side of the flame kernel of fire chamber the specific position shall be determined by boiler works The tap shall possess plug resistant or sweeping facilities 4 1 13 One time wind pressure tap of each burner shall be installed on the ascending pipe segment and the resistance from each tap to corresponding burner shall be equal 4 1 14 For middle storage hopper type milling system tap and coal grinding mill fore and aft wind pressure tap the former shall be installed at the entry neck of coal grinding mill and the latter shall be installed near the gasses powder mixture pipeline near the mill separator 4 1 15 Temperature tap shall not be installed at the dead angles of facility and pipeline shall not be installed at places easily vibrated or jerked otherwise corresponding measures shall be adopted 4 1 16 When the temperature tap is installed at a process line with diameter smaller than 76mm and there is no mini type temperature element expanding pipeline shall be adopted However when its nominal pressure is equal or smaller than 1 6MPa it is allowed to insert at the elbow section along the pipe center line against the media flow direction 4 1 17 Tap measuring the coal powder temperature inside the powder bin shall be installed at the top of the powder bin and inserted perpendicularly to measure the temperature of coal powder from upper middle and lower three different sections 4 1 18 Hot blast temperature tap at the entry of coal grinding mill shall be installed behind 6 the admixture throttle and in front of the coal conduit 4 1 19 Heights of sockets for temperature measuring elements installed at the process pipe or facility shall be determined according to the penetration depth and or external diameter of the process line of selected temperature elements generally it is 50mm or 70mm The material quality of socket shall conform to the requirements of the measured environmental parameters 4 1 20 When measuring steam flow the liquid level data mark inside the condensation vessel or pipeline at the upper and down stream tap of throttling component shall be equal but shall be no lower than the pressure taps 4 1 21 Level tap shall be installed in a section where the media behavior is stable and is not easy to be jerked and the installment of tap shall meet the requirements of diameter measuring range 4 1 22 Adopt differential pressure method to measure the liquid level of closed container with steam inside when the vapor side tap is installed at the balance vessel vapor side at the upper part of the balance vessel shall not be insulated 4 1 23 Tap of aerated water analysis meters shall be installed at position where the analytical sample has representativeness and real time character and shall satisfy the requirements of manufacturer The sampling pipeline can be connected from the behind of the chemical sampling device cooler 4 1 24 Installation mode of the fume composition analysis of Cr2O3 tap shall adopt insertion method 4 1 25 Sampling system of hydrogen analyzer shall be introduced from the high hydrogen pressure side go through the analyzer and then is discharged into the low hydrogen pressure side The entire air system must be rigorously airtight 4 1 26 Tap for flame failure protection of combustion chamber and flame monitoring tap shall be installed at the pre established monitoring hole of the main body of furnace Meanwhile blowing washing and cooling measures shall be taken to prevent the clinker pollution and or high temperature damage 4 2 Installation of the sensing elements 4 2 1 Measuring end of the surface thermocouple used to measure the metal temperature shall cling to the measured surface closely The contact shall be in good state firm and 7 secure and shall be insulated during the process 4 2 2 Surface thermocouple used to measure the temperature of boiler super heater re heater pipe surface shall be installed within 100mm above the top of the ceiling as required by the boiler works Wire connecting terminal shall lead to the outside of the furnace wall convenient to repair 4 2 3 When temperature measuring element must be installed at the hidden point or at a place where people cannot approach the terminal of temperature measuring element shall be led to a place where the maintenance is easy to carry out 4 2 4 For temperature measuring elements horizontally installed if the insertion depth is greater than 1m support measures to prevent the protective pipes from winding shall be taken 4 2 5 Temperature measuring elements installed at the gas powder pipelines should be equipped with wearable protective pipe At the exit of coal grinding mill detachable protective hood shall be installed at the side facing the gas powder flow 4 2 6 Throttling component of flow measurement may be installed at the horizontal perpendicular or oblique ascending pipe which shall be convenient for maintenance and overhauling Maintenance platform shall be installed if necessary 4 2 7 Length of the shortest straight section at the upper and lower stream of throttling component shall conform to the requirements of the instruction manual as well as regulations of GB T 2624 The following requirements may also be referred in the selection 1 Length of the shortest straight section of both the upper L Width of the pipeline mm 3 Fore and aft flow development length of duplex Venturi air quantity measuring device shall meet the requirements of manufacturer 8 Table 4 2 7 1 Length of the shortest straight section for both upper and down stream of throttling component Pattern and the length for the shortest straight section length of the upstream choked flow measured from pressure tap end surface of the upper stream of the classic Venturi pipe At least within the listed length range in the table coarseness of pipeline shall not exceed that of the smooth pipe purchased at the market about K D 10 3 Note 5 Straight pipeline section for the down stream Pipeline pieces or other throttling components located at least 4 times the diameter under the surface of the throttling pressure tap or other throttling components will not influence the uncertainty of the measurements Note 6 The shortest straight pipeline section length required by Classic Venturi pipe is shorter than that of the required straight pipeline of the standard orifice plate orifice and Venturi nozzle The reasons are 1 They are obtained from different experimental results and different upper stream coupling pipes 2 Designing the contraction section of classic Venturi pipe may enable its throat to have a more even velocity distribution Test shows that for the same diameter ratio the required shortest straight pipeline section at the upper stream of classic Venturi pipe may be shorter than that required by the orifice plate nozzle and Venturi nozzle 4 2 8 Rota meter shall be installed erectly and the flowing direction of fluid shall be from bottom to top Length of the straight pipeline section at the upstream of flow meter shall not be smaller than 5 times the process line diameter 4 2 9 Upstream of electromagnetic flow meter shall have a straight pipeline at least 5 times the process line diameter and the downstream shall have a straight pipeline at least 2 times the diameter of process line For electromagnetic flow meter installed at the perpendicular pipeline flow direction of fluid shall be from bottom to top Upstream of plug type electromagnetic flow meter shall have a straight pipeline at least 10 times the process line diameter and the downstream shall have a straight pipeline at least 10 5 times the diameter of process line Plug in location of flow meter shall be 45 from both above and underneath of the horizontal centerline of pipe Electromagnetic flow meter shall have a good grounding 4 2 10 Straight pipeline length for the upper and down stream of swirl vortex trail flow meter shall meet the regulations of Table 4 2 10 Table 4 2 10 The shortest straight pipeline length of the vortex shedding flow meter under different of vortices generating body is 12D and the 5D for the downstream 4 2 11 Upstream of the turbine flow meter shall have a straight pipe segment 15 times the process line diameter and the down stream shall have a straight pipeline segment 4 times the process line diameter Distance between the preamplifier and the transducer of the turbine flow meter should not be greater than 3m 4 2 12 Length for upstream straight pipeline of target type flow meter shall be 5 times greater than the process line diameter and for its downstream it shall be 3 times greater than 11 the process line diameter 4 2 13 Length for the upstream and down stream straight pipeline of the uniform velocity pipe Annubar Verabar Torbar flow meter shall meet the regulations of Table 4 2 13 or requirements of manufacturer 4 2 14 Length for fore and aft straight pipe of different types of ultrasonic flow meters and mass flow meters shall conform to the requirements of manufacturer 4 2 15 Positive displacement and current type flow meter directly installed on the process line and continuously operated shall have by pass block valve installed Table 4 2 13 The shortest straight pipeline length of uniform velocity pipe installation 4 3 1 On site equipment shall not be installed near the manhole fire watching hole explosion proof door and sewage discharge door 4 3 2 On site equipment installation shall meet the following requirements 1 Convenient for repair and overhauling not affecting the beauty and appearance of the factory workshops 2 Satisfy the device requirements on environment temperature and relative humidity 3 Avoid vibration source magnetic filed sources disturbance sources and corrosion sites 4 Rain proof and frozen proof measures shall be adopted for opening working occasions 5 Dust proof enclosure measures shall be adopted where the locations are dusty 4 3 3 Teletype instruments shall not be installed near the electrodes magnetic sources or power sources otherwise corresponding sheltering measures shall be adopted 4 3 4 Mechanic instruments should not be installed near the vibration sources otherwise corresponding measures shall be adopted to reduce the vibration or vibration proof meter is adopted 4 3 5 Electrical equipments installed in the tank station natural gas pressure regulating station hydrogen manufacturing station and so on where explosion hazards exist corresponding anti hazard classifications shall be ensured and electrical equipments without explosion precautions shall not be installed where 4 3 6 Transducer or indicating instrument for measuring vacuum shall be installed higher than the tap Cabling shall prevent water accumulation inside the pipe 4 3 7 When measuring steam or liquid capacity differential pressure instrument or transducer should not be installed lower than tap when measuring gas flow differential pressure instrument or transducer should not be installed higher than the tap Otherwise deflation or drainage measures shall be adopted 4 3 8 Installation location of transducer or switching value instrument shall meet the 13 following regulations 1 Near the tap components 2 Convenient for repair and corrections 3 For location where the environment is clean and not influencing the layout of power plants it may be installed on the bracket relatively centralized 4 Relatively centralized installed inside the protective casing or insulated cabinet 4 3 9 When the transducer or switch instrument is installed within the protective casing or insulated cabinet where the conduit introduces shall be pressurized and the blow down valve shall be installed outside the casing with dump tank and blow down trunk installed 4 3 10 Installation position of actuator shall meet the following regulations 1 Convenient for the operation and maintenance without influencing the traffic 2 Not eroded and drenched by aerated water 3 Link rod of the actuator and regulating mechanism shall not clash with other objects during the total excursion and its rotatable parts should adopt ball hinge 4 Height from the operation hand wheel center of actuator to the ground surface is about 900mm 4 3 11 When the regulating mechanism engenders thermal state displacement with primary device the installing position of actuator shall be able to sustain its relative location with regulating mechanism 4 3 12 It is appropriate that movements of swing arms for angular travel actuator and the regulating mechanism swing arms are at the same surface otherwise interlink shall be installed 4 3 13 Link rod length between the actuator
