devices and other methods to control the unexpected energization, start-up or release of stored energy from machines or equipment that could cause injury to employees during the servicing and maintenance of such equipment. procedures will be developed, documented, and utilized in compliance with the requirements of 29 cfr 1910.147, control of hazardous energy as promulgated by the
