Some suggest the idea that experience is more important. Others argue that education plays a more important role. I personally think education outweighs experience in finding a job. Id like to explain my idea in the following aspects:Firstly, in a more and more advanced world, many jobs need special skills, and thus a less educated person is unlikely to do the job efficiently. For example, a teacher is a highly specialized job which needs high education. An experienced but not well educated teacher will probably do his teaching poorly. Secondly, enough education makes a person more intelligent. Intelligence is both important and necessary for doing an excellent job. Employers like to employ those well-educated and intelligent candidates. And well-educated employees can get experience during working, and then they will become more and more professional. For instance, jobs like accounting require good mathematical skill and high IQ. And after a period of training, a person who is good at math may do the job better. Thirdly, well-educated people can leave a good impression on their employers. A well-educated person may be a quick learner. This is very important in a competitive society. For example, when a company has an important foreign customer who cant speak Chinese, an employee who can speak foreign languages may be preferred by his employer. Nowadays, with the rapid development in our country, more and more people own their private cars. Some people think that private cars should be restricted, while others consider that private cars should be encouraged. From my point of view, just as an old saying goes, every coin has two sides, so owning a private car has also both advantages and disadvantages. So far as its advantages are concerned, there are two points for this. First, it plays a very important part in providing its owner with convenience, enabling the owner to go whenever and wherever he wants to easily and quickly. Second, it can help its owner to save a lot of time, which may be wasted by waiting for other vehicles. However, it also has its disadvantages. For one thing, it will have negative effects on both the crowded traffic system and the environment in the long run. With countless cars on the street, people find it becomes harder to find a parking spot. Whats worse, tens of thousands people are killed or injured in the traffic accidents. As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings and our environment is getting worse and worse nowadays. People throw their garbage here and there. In my opinion, the government should take measures to control the pollution. They can, for example, allocate more funds to plant more trees and flowers in urban cities and rural areas. Environmental law should be improved to guide and supervise citizens behaviors. It is also useful if more environment-related non-commercial advertisements are produced to increase peoples awareness of environment protection.As to individuals, there are numerous and easy things we can do to keep our environment clean and tidy in daily life. For instance, we can save or recycle water, use both sides of paper, classify garbage well, or use more public transportation instead of private cars.
