一、产品说明: .Product description:压缩空气中含有较多的尘埃，金属磨损污垢，凝结水，润滑剂,酸性冷凝液,油雾以及碳氢化合物等,如果不将这些有害物质除去,则将导致自动化设备故障,仪器、仪表失灵，工艺污染导致产品品质下降，甚至废品等，严重影响生产运行。而造成经济上的重损失。因此，选择效率高，压损小的压缩空气过滤器是解决这类问题最为经济而有效的方法。Since there is too much dust, worn metal dirt, condensed water, lubricant, acid condensing liquid, oil fog as well as hydrocarbon, it will result in the automation equipments, instruments and meters unable to work and decreased product quality as well as rejects cased by process pollution if these hazardous substances are not removed, thus greatly influencing the production and operation and causing great economic loss. With complete and reliable accessory functions, and after many years of practice and application, it has replaced the imported products in many critical areas and met requirements for compressed air purification in various applications. 二、结构原理: .Structural principle: 精密过滤由于滤壳结构不同分法兰式和压盖式两种基本形式，上游压缩空气经进气口和滤芯上盖通气孔进入滤芯，由于滤芯由多层不同作用的过滤材料构成，压缩空气通过拦截，惯性、重力、扩散及吸附等效应，使其中的水汽，尘埃，油雾化学异味物质被阻隔截留，纯净的压缩空气通过滤芯从滤壳腔体的出气通道进入下游，源源不断供应气动装置使用，被截留的水分，油雾、尘埃等有害物质被收集在滤壳底部，达到一定容量后由自动排水器自动打开阀门使之排出机外。 Based on the difference in filter shell structure, the precision filter consists of two basic types-flange and cover models. Thanks to different liquid load capacity of different models of filter elements, the principle of Coarse First and Then Fine for Level TQ-Q-P-S-C must be strictly followed for filter element selection and installation, and a reversed sequence is not allowed, or not only the desired filter effect will not be obtained, but the components of filter element will be damaged prematurely.3滤芯是过滤器的主要部件，工作时要定期检查进出口的压降，本系列过滤器初期压降约为0.010.02Mpa(每支),随着使用时间增长,滤芯压降逐渐增长。当压降达到0.07Mpa时,说明该滤芯已被脏物堵塞,应及时更换,避免在压降0.21Mpa情况下继续使用。更换新滤芯时应拧紧中间的长螺杆并注意上端密封圈是否完好。3.
