研究采用基于非晶铁心的电感滤波器和变压器，较传统材料的电磁元器件的铜损和铁损减少20%以上，同时研究交错并联技术，基于纹波抵消技术，减少滤波器并进一步提高转换效率。通过将电解电容更换为薄膜电容，延长产品的免维护时间，进一步提高可靠性。提高软硬件的保护可靠性，减少缺陷产品的几率； 研究新型SiC开关器件，以进一步提高开关频率，减少开关损耗，提高逆变器整体效率，争取实现在额定工况下逆变器最大效率大于99%，欧洲效率达98%； 在中试生产线基础上完成生产工艺技术升级，进行连续生产产业化研究，实现产品的成品率达到99.99%，采用自动检测和在线校准、焊接、组装、集成和检测的工艺流程，时间缩短20%，人力成本和物料成本降低10%，适合大规模生产线组装和规模化生产。1.4.2 有望实现的主要技术突破和创新点 大型光伏电站并网及电能质量综合管理技术：在本项目基础上研究光伏并网逆变器与电力有源滤波器的综合技术，使得在用户终端的光伏电站既能实现光伏并网发电，又能起到抑制当地非线性负载产生的谐波对电网的污染，还能起到无功补偿的能力。在晚上光伏发电停止时，系统还具有有源滤波器的全部功能，实现电能质量优化治理。 微电网运行控制技术及智能能量管理：在本项目的基础上研究大功率储能双向逆变器，与其它分布式发电系统组成微电网，实现并网和离网运行模式之间的灵活控制，并集成智能能量管理，为新能源的智能电网建设提供技术基础。1.4.3 项目投资总额和产业化目标项目总投资7300万元，已完成投资1200万元。新增投资6100万元， 本项目实施期内累计可实现销售收入2亿元，缴税总额3500万元，净利4000万元；达产见效后销售收入可达到4亿元，利税1亿元。未来3-5年可实现年销售6亿元的生产规模。目标产品在国内市场占有率达到8%。1.4.4
