Basic Information 项目简介GREKA (hereinafter “COMPANY”) plans to drill 5 vertical CBM wells in Shizhuang South Block, Shanxi Province Peoples Republic of China. Through this “Request For Proposal” (RFP) we are looking for qualified Drilling Company/Companies (hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”) to perform this drilling project.格瑞克能源（国际）公司（以下简称“甲方”）计划在中国山西柿庄南区块钻5口煤层气直井。特通过此招标邀请挑选有资质的公司（以下简称“承包商”）来实施此项钻井工程。The drilling project will be on “Turnkey” basis, and CONTRACTOR shall drill the wells according to the CBM Well Drilling Standard (“Operating Rules on CBM Drilling Engineering” and “Operating Rules on CBM Geological Logging”, issued by CUCBM). General Requirements总体要求 The project includes drilling, logging, and cementing for wells. CONTRACTOR shall further guarantee that the equipment shall not require inspection by the third party. In case of any problem or breakdown of the equipment during the drilling process, CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for any or all risks and shall bear all expenses.承包商应保证其提供的设备在钻井作业期间均处于良好工作状态并得到适当的维护。承包商应进一步保证其设备不需来自第三方的检验，一旦钻井过程中出现问题或设备发生故障，承包商应负责承担一切风险及产生的费用。 COMPANYS site supervisor shall inspect CONTRACTORS Equipment and Personnel, write an inspection report with his comments and send to Beijing office for approval to go ahead with drilling.甲方现场监督应考察承包商的设备配置和人员编制，并向北京办公室书面汇报其考察意见，批准后方可开始钻井作业。 COMPANY has the right to require CONTRACTOR to change any unsuitable/substandard Equipment or unqualified Person/Persons according to the site supervisors comments.甲方公司有权利根据现场监督的建议，要求承包商更换任何不合标准或不适用的设备，或不具资格的施工人员。2.8 Site Office for COMPANY Staff 甲方人员的现场办公室CONTRACTOR shall provide office space at wellsite equipped with fixed phone and fax facilities for at least three (3) COMPANY personnel.承包商应为甲方至少3名员工提供配有固定电话及传真的办公场所。2.9 Language 语言CONTRACTOR shall designate at all times at least one person who can speak and understand English to communicate with and/or interpret for COMPANYS expatriate staff.
