新建一文档文件,黏贴复制上面的数据,另存为ss8550.cir,生成cir文件元件制作方法:以Multisim为例:打开“工具”中的“元件向导”在元件名中键入ss8550,点下一步后,点选择封装因为8550是三极管,所以选择TO-90封装,再点选择选择引脚数为3,懂的,再点下一步。因为要选择三极管电路符号,再点从数据库复制随便找一个PNP的三极管,后点确定出现下图,点下一步点下一步设置封装引脚从文件中加载由上面数据生成
