CFB 锅炉本体的运行操作 本手册运行操作中涉及到的定值 联锁条件等需待现场调试后进行补充和修改 由于资料不全 该手册可能会存在不少错误和欠缺的地方 随着资料的逐渐齐全 我们会 不断地对该手册进行改进和完善 Preface This manual Operation Manual for CFB Boiler Body is compiled according to the instruction books and relevant drawings provided by the manufacturer Wuxi Boiler Company of Indonesia Nagan raya 2 110MW coal fired power plant and this manual is only applicable for Nagan Raya power plant as the operation reference The set value interlock conditions and others related to this manual needs to be replenished and modified after jobsite commissioning Due to the insufficient materials 锅炉采用无锡锅炉股份有限公司生产制造的高温高压循环流化床汽包锅炉 锅炉为单 锅筒横置式 单炉膛 自然循环 全悬吊结构 锅炉露天布置 在运转层 9m 标高设 置格栅平台 炉膛采用膜式水冷壁 锅炉中部是蜗壳式汽冷旋风分离器 尾部竖井烟 道布置两级三组对流过热器 过热器下方布置四组省煤器及一 二次风各三组空气预 热器 The boiler used in this power plant is high temperature high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler manufactured by Wuxi boiler company The boiler is configured with one horizontal single steam drum single furnace natural circulation and fully suspended structure The boiler is arranged outdoors and the grid platfrom is arranged on the operation layer 9m elevation The furnace uses membrane water wall The volute steam cooled cyclone separator is applied in the middle part of boiler There are three groups of two stage convectional superheater arranged in the vertical flue gas duct and the four groups economizer and three groups cyclone separator 分离器是循环流化床锅炉的重要组成部件 本锅炉采用炉膛出口并列布置两只汽冷旋 风分离器 分离器采用膜式壁作为旋风分离器的外壳 并采用蜗壳进口的方式形成结 构独特的旋风分离器 旋风分离器将被烟气夹带离开炉膛的物料分离下来 通过返料 口返回炉膛 烟气则流向尾部对流受热面 分离器内表面焊有密排抓钉 并浇注一层 耐磨可塑料 Separator is an important part of circulating fluidized bed boiler This boiler applies two steam cooled cyclone separators arranged at the outlet of furnace in series the separator applies membrane wall as the outer casing of cyclone separator and volute inlet to form special constructure The cyclone separator is used to separate the materials carried by the flue gas and recycle them to furnace and the flue gas will flow to the vertical convectional heating surfaces There are densed packing bitch welded in the surface of separator and one layer wear resistant plastic materials are poured 1 3 1 2汽包 1 3 1 2Steam drum 汽包内径 1600mm 厚度为 100mm 封头厚度为 100mm 筒身长约 17500mm 全长约 19350 mm 锅筒内采用单段蒸发系统布置有旋风分离器 清洗孔板和顶部百 叶窗等内部设备 锅筒给水管座采用套管结构 避免进入锅筒的给水与温度较高的锅 筒壁直接接触 降低锅筒壁温温差与热应力 锅筒内装有旋风分离器 分前后两排沿 锅筒筒身全长布置 汽水混合物采用分集箱式系统引入旋风分离器 The inner diameter of steam drum is 1600mm The thickness is 100mm the seal head thickness is 100mm The drum shell length is 17500mm approximately and the full length is around 19350 mm The steam drum utilizes single section evaporation system The cyclone separator cleaning orifice and top luver separator are arranged inside of that The feedwater pipe seating on steam drum uses bushing structure to avoid directly touching between feedwater and inner wall with high temperature and and reduce the temperature difference of steam drum walls and thermal stress The cyclone separator is installed inside of steam drum and arranged along drum shell in two rows The steam and water mixture uses different headers to be interduced in cyclone separator 3 124 1 3 1 3返料回灰系统 1 3 1 3Coal and ash recycle system 返料器内的松动风与返料风采用高压冷风 由小风帽送入 返料风大 松动风小 并 采用分风室送风 入口风管母管上要装设流量计 压力计和风量调节阀门 The loosening air and material recycle air inside of material recycle device applies high pressure cold air The air is delivered through small air caps The material recyle air flow is bigger than loosening air flow and these two kinds of air are delivered through different air chamber The flowmeter pressure gauge and air flow regulator valve are installed on inlet air manifold 1 3 1 4过热器系统及其调温装置 1 3 1 4Superheater system and its temperature governing device 锅炉采用辐射和对流相结合 并配以二级喷水减温器的过热器系统 饱和蒸汽从锅筒 由管子引至分离器前导流加速段包墙的入口集箱 经过包墙管至出口集箱 再由导汽 管引入旋风分离器下环行集箱 蒸汽经膜式壁上行到上环行集箱后引至尾部包墙的两 侧上集箱 随后下行 流经两侧过热器包墙 再由转角集箱进入前包墙 顶包墙和后 包 后包墙出口下集箱作为低温过热器入口集箱 过热蒸汽从低温过热器出来后 经 连接管进入一级喷水减温器进行粗调 过热蒸汽经一级减温后进入屏式过热器 屏式 过热器布置在炉膛上部 再经连接管交叉后引至二级喷水减温器进行细调 最后经高 温过热器加热后引入出口集箱 The boiler superheater system combines the radiation type and convectional type which are equipped with two stage water spray desuperheater The saturated steam is introduced to flow deflecting and accelerating section of the inlet header of enclosed wall superheater in front of separator after passing through enclosed wall tubes to outlet header the steam will goes into the lower ring header of cyclone separator through steam lead pipe and then moves upwards to the upper ring header and is introduced to the upper headers on two sides of vertical enclosed wall superheater and then goes downwards passes through the enclosed wall tubes on two sides enters front enclosed wall tube top enclosed wall tubes and rear enclosed wall tubes and then rear enclosed wall lower header After out of low temperature superheater the superheat steam will enter the first stage desuperheater to be adjusted roughly through connecting pipe The superheat steam will enter platen superheater located in the upper part of furnace through first stage desuperheater After alternating with the connecting pipe it will go into the second stage water spray desuperheater to be adjusted finely Finally the steam will pass through high temperature superheater and be introduced to the outlet header 4 124 图 1 1 过热蒸汽流程 Diagram 1 1 Superheated steam flow 1 3 1 5省煤器 1 3 1 5Economizer 尾部竖井烟道中设有四组光管省煤器 采用顺列布置 具有较好的抗磨性能 省煤器 管束最上排装设防磨盖板 蛇形管每个弯头与四周墙壁间装设防磨罩 在锅筒和下级 省煤器之间设有再循环管道 以确保锅炉在启动过程中省煤器有必要的冷却 There are four groups economizer with bare tubes which have high abrasion resistance arranged in vertical flue gas duct in line Anti abrasion cover plate is installed on the top row bare tubes and each elbow of coiled tubes and surrounding walls are equipped with anti abrasion cover There are recirculation pipes installed between steam drum and lower economizer to ensure the enough cooling for econmizer during boiler startup 1 3 1 6空气预热器 1 3 1 6Air heater 在省煤器后布置 3
