It stimulates eyes, and is combustible. It is potentially harmful to health. The water fog spray can cover and extinguish the fire. Youd better use the alcohol resistant foam extinguishant (ATCAype), if any available. The artificial synthetic foam (including AFFF TYPB) for general use or the protein foam may be useful, but has an inferior effect.灭火介质：水雾或洒水、二氧化碳、灭火乾粉、泡沫、喷洒水雾，可用作覆盖火焰，并把它扑灭。如果有的话，最好使用抗醇型灭火泡沫（ATCAype），普通用途的人工合成泡沫（包括AFFF TYPB）或蛋白质泡沫可能会有用，但效果较差。Avoidance of substance: It is not allowed to pour water directly.避免物质：不可直接注水。Directions for fire extinguishment: Disperse people from the fire scene, and isolate the scene and forbid unnecessary people from entering. Flush water to remove the burning liquid and protect the people and reduce the losses of properties. Use water to dilute the burning liquid and it can possibly stamp out the fire and avoid concentration. This product may be dispersed on water surface to have the fire extend or contact the fire source. Spray water to cool down the containers and the affected zone in the fire scene until the flame is extinguished, without the danger of after-combustion. Immediately retreat all the people to avoid the noise given out in gas exhaustion from the safety facility or the affection of the container fading. The fire source is removed. Stay in the upwind position. Keep far from the low-lying place where gas (smoke) may gathers. You must not directly pour water, which may lead to the extension of fire. It is useless to use water in fire extinguishment. Remove the containers out of the fire scene under the condition of having no danger in it.灭火指示：疏散人员远离火场。隔离火场及禁止不必要的人进入。冲水可移走燃烧的液体，以保护人员及减低财务损失。用水稀释燃烧中的液体，可能将火扑灭，避免积聚。本产品会分散于水面，可使火势蔓延或接触火源。喷洒水以冷却火场中的容器及受影响的地带，直至火焰熄灭，无复燃的危险。立即撤走所有人员，以避免安全设施于排气时的噪音或容器退色所造成的影响。去除火源。处于上风位置。远离会积聚气体（烟雾）的低洼地带。切勿直接注水因其可能造成火势蔓延。用水救火会没有效用。在没有危险的情况下，把容器移离火场。Protective apparatus of fire fighters: Use positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and wear fire fighting protective apparatus (including helmet, cloths and gloves). If having no available or not using the protective apparatus, they should attend the fire fighting in the protected zone or keep a safety distance.消防员保护设备：使用正压自携式呼吸器（SCBA）和穿着救火保护装备（包括头盔、衣服、靴和手套），如果没有保护设备可供使用或没有使用保护设备，应在所保护的区域内或在安全距离处救火。6.Accidental leakage Treatment意外泄露处理People protection: Remove all the fire sources in the place of spillover and vapor leakage to avoid fire and explosion. Prevent it from flowing to the sewer to avoid the danger of vapor explosion. For large volume of spillover and leakage, send out alarm of explosion danger to the public. Use the explosion detector first to make test before entering the zone. Have all the containers and treatment tools contact the ground.人员保护：在溢泻及蒸气泄露的地方，应消除所有火源，以防止火灾及爆炸。避免流入下水道，以防止蒸气爆炸之危险；对於大量泄露/溢泻，应向下风出大众发出爆炸危险的警告。再进入该区前，先利用爆炸测量仪作测试；将所有容器及处理工具接地。Environmental protection: The vapor of this product has the explosion danger, and it should be prevented from flowing to the sewer.环境保护：产品的蒸气有爆炸的危险，应避免流入下水道。Clearance: Pump out the leaked or spilled substances with the explosion proof pump or use sand or earth to absorb them. If possible, use foam to cover the leakage or spilled matter to reduce evaporation.清理：泄露/溢泻物应用防爆型泵抽取，可用沙或土吸收泄露/溢泻物。如果可能的话，使用泡沫把泄露/溢泻物覆盖，以减少蒸发。7.Product management and storage产品管理和贮存Product management: The container may contains vapor, even if the material in it is poured out. Do not cut off, drill hole on, crush, or weld the empty or nearly empty container or do similar operation. Smoking, ignition or existence of any fire source is strictly forbidden in the place of product management and storage. Must not use air pressure to transport the product. All the tools should be grounded.产品管理：即便容器内的材料已倒出，仍可能含有蒸气，不可把空的容器或差不多空的容器剪断、钻孔、压碎、烧焊或进行相类似的操作。在产品管理及贮存的地方，严禁吸烟、点火及任何火源的存在；切勿用空气压力输送产品；所有工具皆应接地。Storage: It is determined depending on the operating status. You can use sparkless or explosion proof tools. If static electricity is concentrated, or there is a hot spark or an open fire, reduce fire source as much as possible. The container should be fastened if it is not used. Observe the state, provincial/municipal and local regulations on the disposal methods. The regulations may vary depending on locality. It is the responsibility of the waste producer to handle the waste in accordance with the properties of the waste and with the regulations. The use and the management method of this product in the process of manufacturing is not under the control of this company. This material is applicable only when it concerns the loading and transportation condition as related in Part II (components of the product) MSDS.
