。 Contract on Transportation of SewageFor good and efficient cooperation, Party A:SEPCOIII ELECTRIC POWER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION NOOR BRANCH and Party B:MCI, reach an agreement on the transportation of sewage as followings:1. As per the requirements and demands of Party A, Party B completes the handling work of sewage in Party As living area on time.2. Party B should obtain and send to SEPCOIII the legal certificates authorized by local government, MASEN and other relevant institutions. Party B should guarantee all sewage work to be legal. If there is any reasons of laws, regulations and certificates, which make the service interrupt, Party B should take all responsibility for the consequence.3. Party B should possess at least 3 trucks with7-9 cubic meter of each truck for the transportation of sewage. All trucks should in accordance with government requirements on environment-protection and safety, and drivers of transportation trucks should follow traffic regulations of government and MASEN. Any reason causes stoppage of sewage transportation, Party B should provide other alternative trucks in 24 hours and ensure the sewage transportation work to be normal.4. Party B should provide service of handling sewage as per requirements of Party A. Party A informs Party B to prepare work by phone calling at any time. Party B should start the work in 2 hours when receiving the information from Party A.5. When Party B completes handling of sewage in living area of Party A, Party B should go to the appointed staff by party A for register. Party B will settle account strictly as per the register data. The contract price is 1500DH (excluding TVA) per truck.6. Party B should submit qualified invoice of sewage transportation in 3 days of each months beginning, Party B will settle the payment by cheque in 3 days after receiving the qualified invoice. If Party B cannot submit invoice in time or submit unqualified invoice, Party A keeps the right to delay the payment.7. If Party B has problems on safety, environment-protection and delay, Party A keeps the right to request Party B to modify. If Party B could not modify as per requirements, Party A has the right to make penalty or terminate the contract.8. The contract will be effective from July 25th, 2016, and ends on July 25th, 2017, the contract period is one year. The extension service will depend on the cooperation and the negotiation of both sides
