针对一座二级处理的城市污水处理厂,要求对主要污水处理构筑物的工艺尺寸进行设计计算,确定污水厂的平面布置和高程布置。最后完成设计计算说明书和设计图纸。设计深度一般为初步设计的深度。二、污水处理课程设计任务1.设计题目某城市日处理水量5万m3污水处理厂工艺设计2.基本资料(1)污水水量与水质 污水处理水量:5万m3/d; 污水水质:COD 350mg/L,BOD5 150mg/L,SS 250mg/L,氨氮 25mg/L。 (2)处理要求 污水经处理后应符合以下具体要求: COD70mg/L,BOD520mg/L,SS30mg/L,氨氮5mg/L。 (3)处理工艺流程 根据要求自行拟定3套可行方案,最终选择最佳方案。(4)气象与水文资料风向:多年主导风向为东南风;气温:最冷月平均为10; 最热月平均为32.5;地下水水位,地面下56m。(5)厂区地形污水厂选址区域平均地面标高为64.5m。平均地面坡度为0.05,地势为西北高,东南低。厂区征地面积为东西长350m,南北长250m。3.设计内容(1)对工艺构筑物选型作说明。(2)主要处理设施(格栅、沉砂池、初沉池、曝气池、二沉池)的工艺计算;(3)污水处理厂平面和高程布置。4.设计成果(1)设计计算说明书一份;(2)设计图纸:污水处理平面图、高程图各一张,共计2张A3图纸,打印后附在说明书后。三、设计指导及说明1.对设计文件内容和质量的要求设计计算说明书和设计图纸,是反映设计成果的技术文件,课程设计应满足初步设计深度对设计文件的要求。(1)设计计算说明书注:严禁抄袭。特别提示:对于计算错误、书写不认真、字迹潦草、用纸及装订不规范、不符合要求的说明书,一律要求进行重新计算和重写;对于雷同的说明书全部返回重做。否则不能考核成绩。内容 有关内容如下所列。a.封面b.目录c.正文内容1 绪论 设计基础资料1.1基础资料:城市基本情况、气象资料、水文地质资料等1.2污水水质、水量及变化特点1.3处理后的出水水质目标1.4有关设计依据:相关设计规范与标准及参考文献综述。2 总体设计2.1 设计方案的选择与确定根据原水水质及处理后的目标水质,确定合理工艺流程,说明理由。2.2工艺流程说明对工艺流程中各构筑物单元的功能进行详细说明。3 工艺流程的计算3.1污水处理部分对流程中所有单元构筑物进行设计计算:粗格栅、进水提升泵站、细格栅、沉砂池、初沉池(对出水堰进行校核)、生物处理单元、鼓风曝气系统、污泥回流系统、二沉池(对出水堰进行校核)。要求列出计算参数、计算过程、画出计算草图、设备选型。3.2污泥处理对流程中单元构筑物进行设计计算:计算初沉池污泥量和二沉池的剩余污泥量,计算浓缩池、消化池(包括池体设计等)、污泥脱水设备等。要求列出计算参数、计算过程、画出计算草图、设备选型。3.3工艺流程高程的水力计算包括构筑物及连接管渠的水力计算。4 附属建筑物的确定 根据室外排水设计规范进行选定。5 污水处理厂的总体布置5.1 平面布置设计对平面布置原则、依据、设计的特点、管线、构筑物及辅助建筑物等进行说明。5.2 高程布置写出高程计算的过程,画出图形、标注标高。6 结论对自己的设计进行全面的分析评价,即给出其优点及其不足之处。7附录对于一些不宜放在正文中,但又有参考价值的内容,如一些主要计算数据、图表等。8主要的参考文献如:张自杰主编,排水工程(下册),中国建筑工业出版社,2000排水工程(上),中国建筑工业出版社,1996年6月给水排水设计手册中国建筑工业出版社,2002年12月(第5、11册)室外排水设计规范GB 50014-2006高廷耀等编,水污染控制工程(第三版),高等教育出版社,2007唐受印等编,水处理工程师手册,化工出版社,2000要求 a应说明污水厂污水处理的工艺过程,说明选择构筑物型式的理由。 b应说明构筑物设计参数,并列出数值。 c应计算污水处理构筑物或设施的主要工艺尺寸,应列出所采用全部计算公式和采用的计算数据。应附相应计算草图。 d应说明采用的污水泵、鼓风机、剩余污泥和回流污泥泵的型式和主要参数。 e应说明主要处理构筑物的排泥方法。 f应结合污水厂总体布置原则与污水处理实际过程需要,说明污水厂平面布置和高程布置的合理性,并附平面和高程布置草图。 g设计计算说明书应有封页和目录。 h说明书针对计算和说明,应内容完整、条理清楚、简明扼要、文句通顺、字迹端正。 (2)设计图纸污水厂总平面图应按初步设计要求去完成,图上应绘出主要处理构筑物、处理建筑物、辅助构(建)筑物、附属建筑物、道路、绿化地带及厂区界限等,并用坐标表示其外形尺寸和相互距离,应有坐标轴线或坐标网格。总平面图上绘出各种连接管渠,管道以单线条表示,并标明管径。图中应附构(建)筑物一览表,说明各构(建)筑物的名称、数量及主要外形尺寸。图中应附图例及必要的文字说明。图中应附比例、风玫瑰图。污水高程图上应绘出主要处理构筑物和设施的构造简图,应绘出各构筑物之间的连接管渠。图上应标出各处理构筑物的顶、底及水面标高,应标出主要管渠、设备机组和地面标高。图上应附处理构筑物、设备名称。图上应附图例、比例。单体构筑物可以选择污水工艺流程中比较重要的主体构筑物,要求详细绘出细部尺寸,应能达到初步设计标准。绘制图中文字一律用仿宋体。图例的表示方法应符合一般规定和制图标准。图纸应注明图标栏及图名。图纸应清洁美观,主次分明,线条粗细有别。图幅采用A3号图。注:严禁抄袭。对于图面(平面图、流程高程图)雷同的图纸全部返回重做。对于设计错误较多、绘图不认真、不符合要求者要求重画,否则不能考核成绩。2.设计的一般步骤明确设计任务及基础资料,复习有关污水处理的知识和设计计算方法。分析污水处理工艺流程和污水处理构筑物的选型。确定各处理构筑物的流量。 初步计算各处理构筑物的占地面积,并由此规划污水厂的平面布置和高程布置,以便考虑构筑物的形状、安设位置,相互关系以及某些主要尺寸。进行各处理构筑物的设计计算。确定辅助构(建)筑物、附属建筑物数量及面积。设计计算说明书校核整理。进行污水厂的平面布置和高程布置。设计图纸绘制。3.设计要点(1)设计处理设施设计的一般规定该市排水系统为分流制,污水流量总变化系统数按公式计算,雨水经初沉可直接排入水体。处理构筑物流量:曝气池之前,各种构筑物按最大日最大时流量设计;曝气池之后(包括曝气池),构筑物按平均日平均时流量设计。处理设备计流量:各种设备选型计算时,按最大日最大时流量设计。管渠设计流量:按最大日最大时流量设计。各处理构筑物不应小于2组(个或格),且按并联设计。(2)格栅型式:平面型,倾斜安装机械格栅。城市排水系统为暗管系统,且有中途泵站,仅在泵前格栅间设计中格栅。格栅过栅流速不宜小于0.6m/s,不宜大于1.5ms。栅前水深应与入厂污水管规格相适应。格栅尺寸B、H参见设备说明书,宜选中间值。(3)沉砂池1)平流式沉砂池水力停留时间宜选30-60s。流速0.15m/s-0.3m/s。沉砂量可选0.050.1L/m3,贮砂时间为2d,宜重力排砂。贮砂斗不宜太深,应与排砂方法要求、总体高程布置相适应。2)曝气沉砂池若选择曝气沉砂池,设计要点及设计参数选择参照相关设计资料。(4)初沉池1)平流式沉砂池型式:平流式。除原污水外,还有浓缩池、消化池及脱水机房上清液进入。表面负荷可选2.03.0m3(m2h),沉淀时间1.52.0h,SS去除率5060。排泥方法:机械刮泥,静压排泥。沉淀池贮泥时间应与排泥方式适应,静压排泥时贮泥时间为2d。对进出水整流措施作说明。2)辐流式沉砂池若选择辐流式沉砂池,设计要点及设计参数选择参照相关设计资料。(5)曝气池型式:传统活性污泥法采用推流式鼓风曝气。曝气池进水配水点除起端外,沿流长方向距池起点0.50.75池长以内可增加23个配水点。曝气池污泥负荷宜选0.3kgBOD5/(kgMLSSd),再按计算法校核。污泥回流比R 3080,在计算污泥回流设施及二沉池贮泥量时,R取大值。SVI值选120150ml/s,污泥浓度可计算确定,但不宜大于3500mg/L。曝气池深度应结合总体高程、选用的曝气扩散器及鼓风机、地质条件确定。多点进水时可稍长些,一般控制L58B。曝气池应布置并计算空气管,并确定所需供风的风量和风压。(6)二沉池型式:中心进水,周边出水,辐流式二沉池。二沉池面积按表面负荷法计算。选用表面负荷时,注意活性污泥在二沉池中沉淀的特点,q应小于初沉池。计算中心进水管,应考虑回流污泥,且尺取大值。中心进水管水流速度可选0.20.5ms,配水窗水流流速可选0.50.8m/s。贮泥所需容积按排水工程(下)相关公式计算。说明进出水配水设施。(7)平面布置平面布置原则参考相关资料,课程设计时重点考虑厂区功能区划、处理筑物布置、构筑物之间及构筑物与管渠之间的关系。厂区平面布置时,除处理工艺管道之外,还应有空气管,自来水管与超越管,管道之间及其与构筑物,道路之间应有适当间距。污水厂厂区主要车行道宽68m,次要车行道34m,一般人行道13m,道路两旁应留出绿化带及适当间距。污泥处理按污泥来源及性质确定,本课程设计选用浓缩厌氧消化机械脱水工艺处理,但不做设计。污泥处理部分场地面积预留,可相当于污水处理部分占地面积的2030。污水厂厂区适当规划设计机房(水泵、风机、剩余污泥、回流污泥、变配电用房)、办公(行政、技术、中控用房)、机修及仓库等辅助建筑。厂区总面积控制在(280380)m2以内,比例1:1000。图面参考给水排水制图标准GBJ 106-87,重点表达构(建)筑物外形及其连接管渠,内部构造及管渠不表达。 (8)高程布置高程布置原则相关资料。构筑物水头损失参考相关资料。水头损失计算及高程布置参见排水工程(下)。污水进人格栅间水面相对原地面标高为-2.7m,二沉池出水井出水水面相对原地面标高为-0.30m。污水泵、污泥泵应分别计算静扬程、水头损失(局部水头损失估算)和自由水头确定扬程。高程布置图横向和纵向比例一般不相等,横向比例可选1:1000左右,纵向1:500左右。4.总体要求在设计过程中,要发挥独立思考独立工作的能力;本课程设计的重点训练,是污水处理主要构筑物的设计计算和总体布置。课程设计不要求对设计方案作比较,处理构筑物选型说明,按其技术特征加以说明。设计计算说明书,应内容完整(包括计算草图),简明扼要,文句通顺,字迹端正。设计图纸应按标准绘制,内容完整,主次分明。图纸应正确表达设计意图,符合制图要求;布图合理,图面整洁美观。设计说明书手写,设计图纸打印。四、课程设计的时间和地点安排 可分组进行,每组2人,上交时间最迟期限为7月4日,提前上交者在同等质量情况下加分。 18周:查找资料,确定工艺流程,进行各部分构筑物计算;
