silicate shopprimer to 15 microns of dry film thickness 本船箱柜制作所采用的钢板和型钢均需经预处理 除锈等级为 Sa2 5 级 然后涂无机锌车间底漆一度 干膜厚度为 15 m 2 Secondary surface preparation grade for portable tanks for welded parts burnt and damaged parts of shopprimer shall be SIS St3 制作后的箱柜二次除锈方法采用风动工具打磨 除锈等级为 St3 级 3 The pipes inner surface except the galvanized pipes such as sea water pipes cargo oil pipes inert gas pipes etc shall be shot or grit blasted to the Swedish standard SIS Sa2 5 before the first coat applied Pickling may be applied while the shot blasting is impracticable The welding residue and splash to be removed before pickling After pickling and neutralizing cleaning the surface to be neutral Galvanized pipes non ferrous pipes stainless steel pipes and other alloy steel pipes shall not be painted 本船非镀锌钢管表面 如海水管 货油管 惰气管内部采用冲砂的方法处理 处理等级为 Sa2 5 不能进行冲砂的管子采用酸洗法除锈 进行酸洗前钢管表面的焊渣 飞溅等 均须清除 酸洗并经 中和清洗后的钢管表面应呈中性 镀锌管 非金属管和不锈钢等其它合金钢管不涂漆 4 The first coat to be applied in four hours after pickling and the pipes nozzle coating inside of pipe on below table the internal coating shall be applied for pipes of ND 200 mm and above while smaller pipes ND 150 mm and below shall be galvanized instead of coating
