This part is very important in this unit, because its the beginning of this unit and we can get the main language goals for this unit very easily in it. And the students can improve their mixture abilities. 1. Teaching goals:(1). Knowledge goals:a. Topic: Talk about the room b. Vocabulary: where, table, bed, dresser, bookcase, sofa, chair, drawer, plant, in, on, under, they, theyre=they are c. Structure: wheres Its in /on/ under Where are. Theyre in /on/under.d. Functions: Ss are able to talk about where the things are. (2). Abilities goals: Four skills mainly listening and speaking.(3). Emotion goals:a. Make students have interest and the desire of learning English.b. Learn to put away their things and to form a good habit.2.
