4.1.2施工组织Construction organization （1）根据本标段建筑物多、点多面广等特点，分区域施工，各区域施工相对独立，区域间只有在调剂工作面、短时间阶段抢工期及施工后期，施工资源可在项目部的统一协调组织下，进行合理调剂。As it has various buildings, wide areas and other features in such section, it should carry out construction according to different areas. As each area is relatively independent, they should cooperate on adjustment of working area, seize short duration of construction, and during late construction, they should properly adjust the constructional resources under direction of project department.（2）每个施工区域的各建筑物本着“先交安先施工（完工）、先主要建筑物后次要建筑物”的原则安排施工，在进度要求允许的前提下，区域内组织按次序开工、流水施工。All buildings in construction areas should be carried out in line with the principles that “construct (complete) project first if achieve civil engineering delivery first, and first carry out key construction before secondary construction” , and if the schedule requirements are permissible, they should be put into operation and flow construction in order.（3）根据工程特点，我们将以主厂房施工为主线，附属建（构）筑物基础工程与主体工程同步施工，减少土方开挖项目，保证工程的整体施工进度。According to project features, we will take the main workshop as a key line, and construct the auxiliary buildings(structures) and main works at the same time, reduce earth excavation items, and guarantee the integral construction progress of project.（4）各建（构）筑物施工分三个阶段，即：地下结构、框架结构、建筑及建筑安装。本着“先基础、后框架、再围护，交安、逐层反交安、最后装修” 的施工原则。Each construction of buildings(structures) falls into three phases including underground structure, frame structure, building and installation based on principles of “foundation first, frame second, enclosure, delivery for installation layer by layer and decoration at last”. （5）工程组织本着抢前抓早原则，今早开工原则，工程开工后，须尽快形成施工高峰，各施工区域同时开工，平行施工，各区域施工资源配备充足，适当加大投入。The organization of project should be based on “construction, preparation and commencement of work being first”. After commencement of works, it shall achieve construction peak time as soon as possible, start working and perform parallel construction in each construction area at the same time, and each area should have enough resources and properly increase input. （6）施工过程统筹策划安全文明施工要求，各区域内尽量最大程度同步完成零米以下结构，杜绝重复挖土，并尽快回填，创造一个良好的安全文明施工环境。It should plan safety and civilized construction as a whole, synchronize completion of the structures below zero meter in each area, forbid repeated earth cutting, backfill the ditch soon, and create a favorable environment for safety and civilized construction.（7）集控楼尽早进行封闭，为电气设备的安装和厂用受电创造条件。Close the centralized control building as early as possible so as to create conditions for installation of electrical equipment, and power supply for plant. （8）厂区道路先期施工完成路基施工，待工程移交前进行道路面层施工；The roads in plant area should finish roadbed construction at first, and before delivery of project, finish construction of surface course;（9）本标段的开工时间为2017,-10-1，施工进场后，立即进行主厂房区域以及本标段生活办公、生产临建建设，以满足主厂房第一灌混凝土浇筑的工期。The commencement time for such section will be 1st Oct., 2017. After construction, it should immediately construct the main workshop, office building and living facilities, and temporary building to meet the duration of the first pouring of concrete of main workshop. （10）主厂房区域附近或区域内的深基础一并进行开挖，如循环水泵坑、凝结水泵坑、汽机底板、精处理再生间基础等。主厂房区域开挖到位后，立即进行基础施工。The deep foundation nearby or within main workshop should be excavated together, such as circulating water pump pit, condensate pump pit, turbine base plate, base of precision processing regeneration chamber, etc. After completion of excavation of main workshop area, it should immediately perform the foundation construction. （11）主厂房基础、汽机基础施工完工后，马上进行回填，并开始进行上部结构的施工。After completion of foundation of main workshops and turbine, it should backfill them immediately, and start to construct the upper structures.（12）为减少循环水管施工与主厂房及A排外建筑物交叉，在主厂房基础开挖时，循环水管同步施工，为主厂房上部结构施工、钢屋架吊装创造便利条件。In order to prevent circulating pipe from crossing main workshop and A-row outer buildings, during footing excavation of main workshop, it should construct the circulating pipe at the same time, to provide convenience for construction of superstructure of main workshop, and steel roof truss hoisting. （13）为避免与锅炉安装的交叉，同时为锅炉安装创造良好施工环境和、增加设备临时存放场地，磨煤机基础、送风机、电除尘器基础与锅炉基础同步施工In order to prevent from intersection of boiler erection, and provide favorable construction environment for boiler installation, and increase temporary storing area of equipment, the coal ill base, blower and electric precipitator base should be constructed together with boiler foundation.（14）引风机、烟道支架与烟囱外筒施工交叉，首先施工引风机基础及烟道支架基础，待烟囱外筒到顶后再组织引风机室、烟道支架上部结构施工。The induced draft fan, flue support, and outer barrel of chimney should be cross structure. First construct the foundation of induced draft fan and flue support, and when the outer barrel of chimney reach the peak, construct the superstructure of induced draft fan and flue support. （15）部分建筑装修工序（容易受污染或成品保护困难的工序），部分厂区性建（构）筑物，须在确认基本不会导致受损且不妨碍安装的前提下施工，否则安排在工程后期再进行施工。As for partial architectural decoration process (easily gets polluted or difficult to protect finished product) and partial plant buildings (structures), they shall be constructed under premise of not damaging and interfering with installation, otherwise they should be constructed in later period of project. （16）本工程建筑物在满足安装工期的前提下，考虑工程全局性均衡施工，合理安排施工节奏，并可设置部分建（构）筑物作为调剂工作面。Under premise of meeting installation period, the buildings of project should consider overall and balanced construction, properly arrange construction speed, and may set partial buildings(structures) as adjustment. 4.1.3大体积混凝施工Bulk mass of concrete construction对于大体积混凝土的施工重点控制：采用低水化热的水泥、合理砂石级配并掺外加剂。汽轮机基础、磨煤机基础、灰库基础等大体积混凝土采取覆盖保温的方法养护，控制混凝土浇筑的温度，必要时采用循环冷却水进行降温。在混凝土中预埋电子测温元件，在线监测混凝土内部温度，严格控制混凝土内外温差，加强大体积混凝土二次振捣及表面的抹压，避免混凝土裂缝的产生。For key control of bulk mass of concrete: adopt lowhydrationheat cement, proper gravel grading which mixes with additives. The foundation of turbine, coal mill, ash bin and bulk mass of concrete should take covering and heatproof approaches for maintenance to control the temperature of concrete pouring. When necessary, it should use circulating cooling water to cool. Embedding electric temperature measurer in concrete, monitor the inner temperature of concrete on line, strictly control the inside and outside temperature difference, and strengthen twice vibrating and superficial plastering of mass concrete so as to prevent from cracks producing.4.1.4主厂房上部结构结构施工Superstructure construction of main workshop布置3台QTZ80固定式塔式起重机，作为主厂房的钢筋、模板等材料及钢结构安装的垂直输机械。塔式起重机布置在汽机房外侧一台，煤仓间固定端和扩建段各一台。钢煤斗、吊车梁及汽机房屋架采用流水施工，均采用CC2500(450t)SCX2000(200t)履带吊吊装，设置一台50t汽车吊辅助作业。Arrange 3 QTZ80 fixed type cranes to convey the rebar, templates and other materials, and installation of steel structures. There is one tower crane outside of turbine, and two respectively for fixed end of coal buffer bin and extension section. The steel coal hopper, crane girder, and the frame of turbine house adopt flow-process construction, which will be hoisted by CC2500(450t)SCX2000(200t) of crawler crane, and there is a 50t of auto crane to cooperate with operation. 4.1.5清水混凝土施工工艺Fair-faced concrete construction process本工程的主厂房、汽机基座、变压器防火墙、灰库、综合管道支架等所有外露部分框架混凝土结构达到清水混凝土效果，施工采用清水混凝土工艺，模板采用覆膜大模板方案，采用普通脚手管、木方、型钢加固肋加固措施，框架梁、柱采用倒角施工工艺。The main workshop, turbine base, transformer firewall, dust bin, complex piping rack and frame concrete structure of all exposed parts should be up to fair-faced concrete effect, whose construction adopt fair-faced concrete process, templates adopt large laminating formwork scheme, adopt reinforcement measures of common scaffold tubes, batten, shape steel supporting rib, and the frame beam and column should adopt chamfer construction process.混凝土通过对原材料的检验、外加剂的掺入、配合比的试配及控制和混凝土生产、浇筑及养护过程控制，达到业主所要求的清水混凝土的效果。Through materials inspection, additive mixing, mix proportion premixing and control, as well as control of concrete production, pouring and maintenance process, the concrete meets the effect of fair-faced concrete which is required by owner.4.1.6 合理安排工序的交叉Proper arrangement of process intersection（1） 汽机基座施工的专业间配合Professional cooperation for turbine base construction汽机基座作为电站施工的重点，在施工前必须与安装专业共同进行图纸会审，提前发现问题并解决。汽机锚固板、地脚螺栓、埋件验收由建筑、汽机专业共同验收。As key construction of power station, it should carry out drawing reviewing with installation specialty for the turbine base, so as to find problems and solve them. The acceptance of turbine anchor plate, anchor bolt, embedded parts should be conducted by architecture and turbine specialty.（2） 汽机基础预留孔施工Construction of presetting hole of turbine foundation在施工前，加强和安装专业的配合，提前进行图纸会审，把预留孔、预埋件的位置和大小，管道及设备的位置等分析清楚，分步实施。在预留孔施工结束后，小的预留孔设专用盖板，大的预留孔设临时栏杆并铺设安全网进行防护。Before construction, strengthen to cooperate with installation specialty, and conduct drawing reviewing in advance and analyze position and size of preformed hole, embedded parts, and the positions of pipes and equipments, etc., and carry out which step by step. After construction of preformed holes, small preformed holes should be protected by special cover, large ones should be protected by temporary landrail, and placed safety net.（3） 钢煤斗的交叉施工Cross construction of steel coal hopper钢煤斗吊装与煤仓间结构施工交叉，当煤斗梁混凝土强度达到要求后，进行钢煤斗存放。在钢煤斗焊接时要做好安全防护措施，钢煤斗施工完后，在煤斗上部做好安全防护设施后，再进行下一步施工。The hoisting of steel coal hopper and coal buffer bin structure should be cross construction. When the strength of coal hopper girder concrete is up to standard, store the steel coal hopper. During welding steel coal hopper, properly take safety protection measures.
