The current edition / revision is the issue in effect on the date of Purchase Order Acknowledgment / Contract signing. Other nationally or internationally recognized standards may be submitted to FMC SOFEC for approval prior to their use as equivalent standards. If a conflict exists, the more stringent requirement shall govern. 涂料与涂装应该与规范要求及涂料生产厂商的指导说明和施工建议保持一致,包括安全防范措施。如果存在冲突,须采取较高要求的规范。3.2 Any deviation from this Specification must be approved, in writing, by FMC SOFEC. 任何与本规范要求相背离的措施必须采用书面形式报FMC SOFEC批准。3.3 The requirements for each Paint and Protective Coating System (i.e. type of paint/coating, percent solids, number of coats and dry film thickness) are defined in Table 1.0. Any Manufacturers Paint / Coating System, which satisfies the requirements of Table 1.0, may be utilized with FMC SOFECs approval. Proposed Paint / Coating Systems, including the Manufacturers Product Data Sheets, shall be submitted to FMC SOFEC for approval prior to their use. 表1.0里定义了每一种涂料与涂装方法(即:涂料类型、固体比率、涂层数、干膜厚度)。在FMC SOFEC的批准下,满足表1.0的任何涂料生产厂商/涂装方法均可以使用。涂料与涂装方法的建议,包括涂料生产厂商产品膜厚数据在犹如使用前都应该提交FMC SOFEC批准。3.3.1All coats of any particular Paint / Coating System shall be from the same Manufacturer to insure compatibility. No mixing or overcoating of paints from different Manufacturers is permitted. 同一涂料生产厂商的任何特殊涂料/涂装方法都应该确保兼容性。不允许不同涂料厂商的涂料产品混合或是涂装。3.4 The appropriate Paint / Coating System and top coat color for various equipment segments is defined in Table 2.0. Each subsequent coat of a Paint / Coating System shall be a contrasting color to the previous coat to aid in indicating complete coverage of the surface. 在表2.0里定义不同设备的涂料/涂装方法和表面颜色。涂料/涂装方法每一种后续的涂层应该使用对比颜色与先前的涂层区分开,帮助指示完成了的涂层表面。3.4.1 FMC SOFEC Engineering Drawings and/or FMC SOFEC Product Specification, when applicable, are to be used in conjunction with this Specification to define the applicable Paint / Coating System and top coat color. If a conflict exists, the Engineering Drawings and/or Product Specification shall govern. FMC SOFEC工程图纸和/或FMC SOFEC产品说明书,在可能的情况下,应该结合该本规范定义的可应用的涂料/涂装方法和表面颜色。如果存在冲突,以本规范为准。3.5 The following shall not be painted unless noted otherwise in the FMC SOFEC Engineering Drawings and/or FMC SOFEC Product Specification: 除非FMC SOFEC的工程图纸和/或FMC SOFEC产品说明明确指出,以下项目不需涂装:(a) Copper and copper alloys 铜和铜合金(b) Weld overlay surfaces 焊缝区域(c) Instrument tubing, instrument cases (except carbon steel), nameplates, machined surfaces, instrument glass, flange faces, control valve stems, and similar items 仪器的管路和外壳(碳钢表面除外),标示牌、机加工表面、仪器屏幕、法兰盘表面、控制阀以及其它类似的部位。(d) Fiberglass, plastic, or plastic-coated material 玻璃纤维、塑料或表面喷塑的材料。3.6 Machined and threaded surfaces shall be protected with a temporary, readily removable rust preventative or thick plastic protectors. 机加工表面和有装饰的表面应该用临时性的、易移动的防锈保护或塑料保护物。4 SURFACE PREPARATION 表面处理4.1 All burrs, weld spatter, indentations, corner / edge of bolt holes and all other sharp surface projections shall be ground smooth prior to further surface preparation. Any areas ground after abrasive blasting shall be blast cleaned to obtain the proper anchor pattern. 所有的毛刺、焊渣、缺口和所有其它锐边在下一步的表面处理之前都应该清理光顺。冲砂之后的所有表面区域都应该清理干净并做出适当的标记。4.2 Sharp edges and corners shall be rounded to a radius of 2.4 mm minimum before blast cleaning. 在冲砂前锐边和尖角应该打磨成至少半径2.4mm的圆角。4.3 All local mounted instruments, gauges, nameplates, control valve stems, code stamps, electrical fixtures, navigation aids, sacrificial anodes, bearings and mechanical equipment / components shall be protected to prevent damage during blasting and painting. Where practical, electrical cable shall be installed after blasting or protected during blasting operations. Nameplates, which are attached in a manner that will allow corrosion to occur behind the nameplate, shall be removed prior to abrasive blasting and painting and then reattached after painting is completed. 所有安装好的机具、量表、标示牌、控制阀、编码印记、电气装置、导航设备、牺牲阳极、轴承、机械装置/部件都应该做好保护措施,防止在冲砂和涂装过程中损坏。电缆安装应该在冲砂之后或是在被保护的状态下冲砂操作。4.4All oil and/or grease contamination shall be removed by solvent washing in accordance with SSPC-SP-1 before starting abrasive blasting. No acid washes, petroleum based or other injurious solvents may be used on metal surfaces after being abrasive blasted without reblasting. This includes any inhibitive washes intended to prevent rusting. 在开始冲砂之前,所有的油类和/或油脂污物都应该用与SSPC-SP-1中一致的洗涤溶剂清除。冲砂之后不得用酸性溶剂、石油基或其他有害溶剂涂于已冲砂的金属表面。包括任何被禁止的溶剂,防止生锈。4.5Abrasive blasting shall be done in an area away from painting operations and freshly painted surfaces to prevent contamination. 冲砂应该在远离已实施涂装和新涂装的表面处完成,防止污染。4.6All abrasive blasting shall be performed with equipment in good working order. The air compressor shall be capable of supplying a continuous air volume of at least 250 cubic feet per minute (425 cubic meters per hour) at a minimum pressure of 100 pounds per square inch (700 kPa) to each blasting nozzle. Accumulations of oil and water shall be removed from air receivers by frequent and regular purging. Blasting discharge air temperatures at the compressor shall not exceed 150F (65C). 所有的冲砂都应该使用工况良好的设备完成。空压机应该有能力提供至少每分钟250立方英尺(425立方米每小时)连续大量的空气,喷嘴最小压力为100磅每平方英寸(700 kPa)。油和水的堆积物应该被不断地、规则地从空气接受器被清除。在空压机冲砂出口的空气温度不得超过150(65)。4.7The abrasive should be discharged through a nozzle diameter from 5/16 to 3/8 inch (8.0 mm to 9.5 mm) at 100 PSIG (700 kPa) unless manufacturers specifications permit a variance of this requirement. The nozzle shall be held a distance of 6-12 inches (150-300 mm) from the blasted surface. 磨料出口管的管径应该在5/16至3/8英寸之间(8.0 mm9.5 mm)在100磅/平方英寸(700 kPa)的压力下,除非制造商的规格书许可必要的不同。The use of centrifugal wheels to propel the abrasive will be permitted if it is demonstrated an acceptable anchor pattern is being produced. 如果证明能够形成可接受的冲砂图案,允许使用离心轮驱动磨料。4.8Unless specifically approved in advance by FMC SOFEC, the abrasive will be synthetics and flint or metal grit and shot, sized to give the specified cleanliness and anchor profile as determined by SSPC-SP-10. A mesh size will be used as prescribed for thickness of primer to be applied. The grit particle size shall be 10/30 mesh. Reused or blast materials containing impurities or inclusions will not be allowed. 除非特别地被FMC SOFEC预先认可,磨料必须采用由SSPC-SP-10指定的人工合成材料和硬石或金属粗砂shot, 指定大小的清洁的anchor profile。最初应用的磨料需用指定大小的网筛筛选,砂粒的大小应该为10/30网筛格。回收的或是包含杂质的磨料不允许被使用。4.9All abrasive material will be absolutely clean and dry. Filters necessary to accomplish this will be provided in the compressors and elsewhere, as needed. No oil or moisture of any kind will be acceptable. 所有磨料必须绝对纯净和干燥。如有必要,在压缩机和其他地方使用必需的滤筛来完成。不能有油类或其他任何种类的潮湿。4.10Unless noted otherwise in this Specification, all surfaces to be painted (including welds, cut edges, and other bare metal surfaces) shall be blast cleaned to Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning per SSPC-SP-10. 除非本规范另有说明,所有要求涂装的外表面(包括焊缝、开口边缘以及材料的其他裸露表面)应该冲砂达到SSPC-SP-10标准。4.10.1Surface preparation for surfaces painted with a Surface Tolerant paint shall be in accordance with the Paint Manufacturers specification. 表面涂装使用某种表面附着力的涂料与表面处理所要达到的要求应该与涂料厂商的说明书一致。4.11The profile height of the anchor pattern shall not be more than 2.5 mils (63.5 micrometers) nor less than 1.0 mil (25 micrometers) and be of a “jagged” nature as opposed to a peen pattern, unless specified otherwise by the Paint Manufacturer and approved by FMC SOFEC. 锚链标记的漆膜厚度不得超过63.5m也不得小于25m,除非涂料厂商另有说明并且被FMC SOFEC认可。4.12Cleaning, blasting, and surface preparation with the use of abrasives shall be done per Paint Manufacturers specifications with respect to temperature and humidity. No blasting shall be permitted when metal surface temperatures are less than 5(3)above the dew point or when the relative humidity of the air is greater than ninety percent (90%) unless Paint Manufacturers specifications indicate otherwise. 清理、冲砂和使用磨料表面预处理应该在涂料厂商说明的温度和湿度下进行。当材料表面的温度小于露点以上5(3)或者空气的相对湿度大于90%时,不得进行冲砂作业,但涂料厂商另有说明得除外。4.13When an area of abrasive blasting adjoins a painted surface, the blasting shall continue a minimum of one inch (25 mm) into the adjoining painted surface. 当冲砂接近一个已涂装的表面时,冲砂面应该覆盖到已涂装表面距边缘至少25mm的部位。4.14When approved in writing by FMC SOFEC, power tool surface preparation shall be in accordance with the requirements of SSPC SP-3. 当被FMC SOFEC书面认可后,动力工具除锈表面应与SSPC SP-3规范要求保持一致。5 STORAGE, MIXING AN D THINNING 存储、搅拌和稀释5.1Paint materials shall be stored in the original container bearing the Paint Manufacturers label which identifies the batch number and the date (month and year) of manufacture. The containers shall remain unopened until the paint is required for use. 涂料应该存放在带有涂料厂商标识的原装罐内,便于鉴别同批次涂料的数量和生产日期。除非需要使用,否则涂料罐必须密封。5.2Paint shall be properly stored to maintain the temperature within the Paint Manufacturers recommended minimum and maximum temperatures. Paint, which has exceed the Paint Manufacturers recommendations for length of storage (shelf life), is unacceptable for use and shall be discarded. 涂料存放环境的温度应该在涂料厂商规定温度的最大值和最小值之间。超过涂料厂商规定使用期限的涂料不得使用,应予报废。Paint which has jelled or otherwise deteriorated during storage is not acceptable for use and shall be discarded. Where a skin has formed in the container, the skin shall be cut loose and discarded. If the skin is sufficiently thick to have an adverse effect on the composition and/or quality of the paint, the paint is not acceptable for use and shall be discarded. 涂料在存储期间出现胶结或是其他恶化情形时不得使用,应予报废。当罐内涂料表面有结皮时,结皮应予以剔除。如果结皮很厚到使涂料成分和品质发生变化时,该涂料不得使用,应予报废。5.4All paint, including two (2) component systems, shall be thoroughly and completely mixed before use, by power-driven mixers, to incorporate all settled pigment into the paint vehicle and attain a smooth, uniform consistency. The paint shall be re-mixed throughout painting, as required, to prevent settling and maintain a uniform consistency. 所有涂料、包括双组分涂料在使用前必须充分和彻底地搅拌均匀,用电动搅拌器,加入调色色素到涂料中,达到调和。涂装作业时如有必要涂料要重新搅拌,防止沉淀,保持涂装的一致性连贯性5.4.1 A portion of the paint vehicle may be temporarily poured-off to facilitate mixing. 一部分成膜物质可以被临时取出,利于搅拌。5.4.2 Paint shall not be mixed, or kept in suspension, by using a bubbling air stream. 在使用气流喷射时,涂料不能被混合、或者保持悬浮状态.5.5All pigmented material shall be strained after mixing except where application equipment is provided with adequate strainers. Strainers shall be capable of passing the pigment and removing any skin. 混合后要将所有有颜色的杂质过滤掉,除非涂装设备被证明有足够的过滤器。过滤器要能够通过颜料和移开任何表面。5.6Paint material, which does not have a limited pot life or does not deteriorate on standing, shall not remain in spray pots or buckets overnight but shall be placed in the original closed container and re-mixed before use. 未用完且没有失效的涂料不应该保存在喷涂罐或是上次使用的桶中,而是应该保存在原始密封罐中并且再次使用前要重新搅拌。5.7Thinner shall be added, as necessary, to obtain the consistency required for proper application。 Thinning (type of thinner, quantity, etc.) shall be in accordance with the Paint Manufacturers documented recommendation / instructions. Thinner shall be added during the mixing process. 如有必要,应加入稀释剂以获得必要的方便使用的浓度。稀释(稀释剂的种类、数量等)应该与涂料厂商的说明文件/指导书保持一致。6 GENERAL PAINTING PROCEDURE 一般涂装程序6.1 PAINT APPLICATION. Surfaces to be painted must be clean, free from foreign matter, and dry before priming or application of any paint. Surfaces shall be painted according to the specific Paint Manufacturers specifications. Surfaces shall not be painted when rain, wind, snow, fog, mist, dust and/or other detrimental airborne elements are present. Paint may be applied only if all of the following conditions exist, unless authorized by FMC SOFEC: 涂装申请:在底漆和其他涂装前,要求涂装的表面必须清洁、干燥、无其他杂质,涂装表面应根据涂料厂商的说明要求进行涂装。当有雨、风、雪、雾和/或其他有害空气现象出现时不得进行涂装作业,除非经过FMC SOFEC特别认可,在这些情形存在的情况下不得涂装。(a)Air temperature above 50 (10) 空气温度在50(10)以上。(b)Surface temperature above 40 (4.5) 表面温度在40(4.5)以上。(c)Surface temperature at least 5 (3) above dew point 表面温度至少高出露点5(3)。(d)Relative humidity is below eighty-five percent (85%) 空气相对湿度在85%以下。(e)Any other conditions, as recommended by Paint Manufacturer, are adhered to. 涂料服务商建议的其他任何条件。6.1.1Prepared surfaces shall be painted with the first coat of the appropriate Paint System as soon as practicable and before any oxidation occurs. Any prepared surface that is wet by rain or moisture, shows indication of oxidation or “Surface Blush”, or has rusted, shall be reblasted prior to painting. 已处理的表面必须在氧化之前尽可能快地涂上第一道漆。任何已处理的表面被雨水或湿气打湿,出现氧化或发红迹象,或者生锈了都必须重新冲砂后再涂装。To the max
