It is an art form enjoyed by human which could also have the function of education. As a teaching method, dance not only could help to build the bonny body, flexibility, rhythm and expressive force, but also it could express emotion. For humans (actor or audience) attitude, physiology, emotion, moral, etc, dance influences them unobtrusively and imperceptibly. It has great social significance for improving the moral quality of human being, and it is recognized by more and more people.Under the vivid and beautiful music, dance helps children in the development of music, action and rhythm through pas teaching in scientific way. Dance also enhances the flexibility and elegancy of Childrens basic action, such as walk, run and jump. Meanwhile, Dance could make children be more interested in learning, feeling music and dancing, so that childrens ability of imagination and expressive force will be enhanced. In the learning process of dancing, children could build a lively, enthusiastic and extroversive character. To sum up, there are many advantages for children to study dancing, and the advantages include: building beauty, increasing charm, exercising body, annealing will, enriching imagination and forming aura elegance.There are many children like dance, while only small number of them are boys. The reason is that some parents think boys will become sissy when talk and walk if they learn dancing, which is not a right point of view actually. Now many boys like street-dance, and street dance is one type of dances also. The basic skill of each type of dance is same, and even street dance also need the basic skill to make difficult action. There are many advantages to learn dance in childhood:1. To shape elegant figure: Through dance training, some children figure problems like humpbacked, shoulder up-lifted could be corrected. Training make children stand up straight, and be more elegant in figure.2. To coordinate actions: When dancing, children need to coordinate every part of body; combined with music, children will more coordinated in action and keen in rhythm as well.3. To make body more flexible: Childrens body flexibility could be improved by practising feet-pressing, bend over and split. 4. To anneal will: It is hard for children to practise basic skills, so that they could overcome many difficulties in future life.5. To improve physical quality: Dance will cost childrens physical force, so that children will have a good appetite for meals after dancing. As a result, dance could enhance digestion ability and body resistibility, so that the chance for children falling ill is small.6. To build teamwork ability and team prestige: Dance has solo dance, dance for two people and group. For dance types with more than two people, only teamwork could make the dance perfect. By this reason, dance could also help to build the childrens cooperation spirit.7. To enhance beauty appreciation: Dance is a way to express peoples inside feelings through music, action, face expression and gesture, and it could influence children in beauty appreciation unobtrusively and imperceptibly. Dance make children love the life and enjoy beauty.8. To cultivate confidence: Dance could improve childrens performance ability, so that children will not be afraid of performing in front of audience and be more confident in themselves.9. To cultivate childrens imagination: Dance shows its meaning through gesture, action and eyes, and it could inspire the childrens imagination and creativity in the dancing process. There are many self-direct and self-dance programs which could help to enhance the childrens intelligence development in particular.The above are the advantages for children to learn dance. Some parents are not willing to let their children to learn due to they think their children are not suitable for it since their childrens physical conditions are not good.
