Introduction Harborough Developments is a private residential development company based in Scotland. The company concentrates on the niche market forsmaller development projects, where quality in both design and construction are the overriding considerations. The company has been granted planning permission for a development of 150 homes in the village of Deaconsbank in East Lothian. The development will be scattered across the village situated on two fields and on three plots.
