The supplier shall supply to the seller about 1 million RMB game players in accordance with the sellers market demand. The specifics of the game players are listed in the Attachment.2. The seller shall pay the supplier 50 thousand RMB guarantee as pledge in a lump sum.3. The seller shall remit the guarantee to the suppliers account within 10 days after the contract being signed. Whereas the supplier shall ship all the game players needed within 7 days on the receipt of the guarantee.Shipment: shipped by automobiles.Package: packed in wooden boxesThe costs of packing and shipping are assumed by the supplier.The shipment shall be inspected by both parties after it arrives at the sellers warehouse. Thereby the seller shall write out the bill of receipt to the supplier if the shipment is qualified.As far as the damaged game players are concerned, they shall be repaired by the suppliers staff and the resultant costs shall be assumed by the supplier.4. The supplier shall send the seller a resident technician in charge of the servicing, repairing and maintenance of the game players concerned. The technicians salary and welfare are assumed by the supplier whereas the accommodations are assumed by the seller.5. The seller shall pay the commissioned price to the supplier within 7days after the commissioned game players are sold. Otherwise the supplier shall charge an overdue fine of 1% of the commissioned price per day.6. The supplier is responsible for the servicing, repairing and maintenance of the game players and the resultant costs before the game players are sold. Whereas the seller is responsible for the after-sale service and the costs concerned.7. The seller can at any time change or return the game players supplied by the supplier but on 3 days notice in advance to the supplier. And the supplier can at any time withdraw the commissioned game players but on 7 days notice in advance to the seller.8. The supplier shall ensure continued supply after the seller sells part of the commissioned game players. As to the game players thus supplied, no new contract shall be signed. The seller shall write out the bill receipt after the shipments are received and pay the supplier the price of the game players that have been sold.9. If any disputes concerning this contract arise, the two parties shall settle them on the basis of friendly consultations. Otherwise, they shall be submitted to the arbitration organizations of Fanyu city or appealed to the Peoples Court of Fanyu city.This contract shall be in force since February 26, 2002.
