RSV-SRV-0042解决办法：open your FM model, select the data source, check properties, Query Processing should be Limited Local2、 jre冲突问题描述：解决办法：把cognosc8binjre1.4.2libext bcprov-jdk13-125.jar这个文件拷贝到java_home的jdk下的jre目录下的libext目录3、 ANS-MES-0005错误问题描述：解决办法：这个问题最终也没得到更好根据一直以来的总结：主要分析可能原因和相应的解决办法，但是有的人用这种办法好用，但我们的客户还是没好用，现写下来做参考。1、原因是对报表快速的进行 拖拽、点击，移动等操作时，有可能会发生这类错误（我自己猜想，这个可能是因为当前的这张报表比较大，cognos的BS报表程序反应不过来，程序内部出现了异常，这个好像是cognos analysis studio自身的BUG。）当出现这类错误时，不管后面进行何种操作都会报错，关掉后重新打开就不会报错了。2、我刚在网上查了一下。网上说，这种情况可能是因为开了杀毒软件的原因，把杀毒软件关掉试试（网上说的是瑞星）很多朋友用这个方法解决了问题网上还说： 清除IE浏览器缓存。 关闭所有弹出式窗口拦截器（例如： IE浏览器弹出bloker ，弹出式窗口拦截器上的MSN工具栏，弹出式窗口拦截器的雅虎工具栏） 。 3、我看了一下我的报表连接，因为在连接的时候少了一个“=”所以也出现了上述问题1、/groups/technical-functional/cognos-reportnet-l/analysis-studio-error-1038921?cv=expanded2、hi,这个错误原因比较复杂，如果一直出错，检查CUBE是否正确，如果偶尔，检查补丁是否打到sp34、IE8的问题问题描述：解决办法：信任站点级别改到最低。但不建议这样，这样系统容易受到攻击，建议安装IE7或者IE6。5、Tr1901错误的一种问题描述：解决办法：拖动滚动条，使desired partition size变大6、Tr0120错误问题描述：解决办法：这个是由于临时空间不足引起的，一般在transformer的路径设置默认是c盘，如果没做更改，可以更改到空间更大的盘符，如果本身磁盘空间不大，可能就要申请空间或者删除一些文件来增大空间才好，记得关一下transformer，这样才可以删除已经产生的错误文件，这样的文件占用的空间很大。7、太保的Portal和Cognos结合不能自动跳转问题问题描述：在Portal里登陆后跳转到main页面就停止了，需要点一下运行才可以正常跳转解决办法：查找了所有的跟跳转有关的java程序，没有发现问题，最后在运行mail报表时发现在状态栏的左下方有一个！打开报的是缺少对象错误，这时把main页面的html去掉就没有报这个错误，所以推断是JavaScript的错误仔细检查发现，正确的和错误的不同：正确的：function init()location.href=2:8080/Portal/Include/login.htm;错误的：function init()location.href=2:8080/Portal/Include/login.htm;嘿嘿，你发现了么？8、Transformer增量更新问题描述：解决办法：这个最后没有得到更好的解决办法，只是把原来的分区粒度由季度改到了月，并删除了所有的错误文件，在重新更新，在保证临时文件空间足够大的情况下就没有错误了！9、QE-DEF-0285 Logon failure问题描述：I am facing a problem connecting from Reportnet to the Datasource. I am able to connect one oracle server with out any problem. While i am connecting to other oracle server i am not able to connect and i am getting error message QE-DEF-0285 Logon failure. Here is the crnserverlog SQLNET.ORAOriginal Error: QE-DEF-0285 Logon failure. QE-DEF-0323 The DSN(ODBC)/ServiceName is invalid. Either the DSN is missing or the host is inaccessible. QE-DEF-0068 Unable to connect to at least one database during a multi-database attach to 1 database(s) in: testDataSourceConnection UDA-SQL-0031 Unable to access the testDataSourceConnection database. Reason: Cause Active Content Manager server is not part of the Content Manager URI listing in the Environment. 解决办法：Update the Content Manager URI to include all servers that are running the Content Manager service or set Content Manager service to False on the servers that are not listed in the Content Manger URI. Steps:Update Content Manager URI: 1. Open Cognos Configuration2. Select Environment from the left hand window3. Click the edit button for the Content Manager URIs4. Save and restart the services. Error Message: UDA-SQL-0432 Unable to locate the gateway cogudaif Solution: Cognos 8 connection libraries require certain api calls that earlier versions of the Informix client driver do not have. Review the supported environments page for the version of Cognos 8 that you are using and ensure that the Informix driver meets the build listed for your given database connection.4、 生成cube时报Tr0210警告问题描述：（TR0210）606 data input conversion or overflow errors occurred.See the log file for details解决办法：指标类型改成数字型的，或者是算数溢出，解决办法参考算数溢出的解决办法Cognos Connection上无法显示Report Studio等链接这可能有两个原因：1.用户没有足够的权限2.在FireFox2.0中可能出现该问题，即使用户拥有足够的权限如果是权限的问题，请进行如下设置：1.以Administrator的身份进入Cognos Connection2.点击Tools - Capabilities - Report Studio 后面的 Set Properties 图标，然后选择Permissions标签3.给对应的用户/Group/Role增加 execute和traverse 权限4.保证该用户没有Deny这些权限，因为Deny会覆盖Grant权限5.保存后退出，以该用户登录即可Cognos8 BI安全认证设置默认配置的Cognos8使用匿名访问，在Cognos Connection中将不需要登录，也看不到log on/log off的连接，自动以anonymous账户登录。这时如果在Cognos Configuration中直接将Securiy-Authentication-Cognos-allow anonymous access设置为False，则会无法启动服务，主要报错为：DPR-CMI-4006 Unable to determine the active Content Manager. Will retry periodically.CM-CFG-5076 A Content Manager configuration error occurred during the initialization of Cognos Access Manager.CAM-AAA-0145 There is no namespace that is properly configured for authentication这是因为，在Authentication只有一个默认的名为cognos(Type为Cognos)的namespace的情况下，必须使用anonymous，否则就需要新建一个namespace，以指定其他认证方式。在Securiy-Authentication点右键，选New resource-Namespace，在弹出的对话框中，输入该Namespace的名字，如MyCognos，以及类型，可供选择的有Active Directory，Cognos Series 7,Custom Java Provider,LDAP,Netegrity SiteMinder,NTLM,以及SAP。例如要使用如何配置Cognos的Access Manager里已经配置好的Access Manager认证资源，这里的type就选Cognos Serials 7，然后配置目录服务相应的参数，比如Host and port为localhost:389，Base Distinguished Name为o=cognos，Namespace Name为Default等。要是Directory Server正常，并且设置无误的话，应该可以正常启动Cognos服务了。更具体的设置过程，请参考Cognos文档Cognos 8 Installation and Configuration Guide 。再打开Cognos Connection，就会出现Log on的界面了：5、 QE-DEF-0313问题描述:QE-DEF-0313 error produced when running a reportSymptom QE-DEF-0313 An error occurred while calling the content store for model. 解决办法Cause Running a report on from a package where the package had Traverse only permission and the report had Read, Execute, Traverse Resolving the problem Add the Execute permission to the package will allow users to execute objects from this packageSteps:Display the package folder in Public Folders Open the properties for the package folder Select the permissions tab Add the Execute permission and click OK to save the settings 解决方法二:Problem(Abstract) CCL-RCI-0002 while publishing a new or existing package from Framework Manager, QE-DEF-0313 while opening the package in Report Studio.
