南京理工大学材料科学与工程系2010级本科教学计划进程表材料物理(光电功能材料)一 专业特色本专业隶属于南京理工大学“材料学”国家重点学科,是材料科学与凝聚态物理的交叉融合,紧跟当今世界材料微型化、功能化、智能化的发展潮流,着眼于各类材料的光、电、磁等物理性能及其应用,包含凝聚态物理、半导体和微电子方向的主干课程。本专业理论与实验相结合,培养学生具有扎实的凝聚态物理学科基础以及新型光电功能材料前沿学科领域的探索研究能力,能够适应光电信息功能材料及器件、半导体材料及器件、新能源材料及器件、智能磁性材料及器件等国家新材料战略领域的用人需求。二 培养目标本专业培养较系统地掌握光电功能材料的基本理论,具备制备、检测和评价光电功能材料及器件、半导体材料及器件、微电子材料及器件的基本技能,能在光电功能材料及其相关的领域从事研究、教学、科技开发及相关管理工作的高级专门人才。三培养要求本专业学生主要学习材料科学方面的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,受到科学思维与科学实验方面的基本训练,具有运用物理和电子科学与技术的基础理论、基本知识和实验技能进行光电功能材料的研究和技术开发的基本能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:1掌握光电功能材料、凝聚态物理、电子科学与技术等方面的基本理论和基本知识;2掌握光电功能材料及元器件的制备、检测、评价和应用等方面的基础知识、基本原理和基本实验技能;3了解电子科学与技术等相近专业的一般原理和知识;4熟悉国家关于材料科学与工程研究、科技开发及相关产业的政策,国内外知识产权等方面的法律法规;5了解光电功能材料与元器件的理论前沿、应用前景和最新发展动态,以及产业发展状况;6掌握中外文资料查询、文献检索以及运用现代信息技术获取相关信息的基本方法;具有一定的实验设计,创造实验条件,归纳、整理、分析实验结果,撰写论文,参与学术交流的能力。四学制与学位标准学制:四年修业年限:三至六年授予学位:工学学士 五、主干学科与交叉学科主干学科:材料科学与工程;交叉学科:物理学、电子科学与技术。六、主要课程大学物理、材料科学基础、固体物理、材料物理化学、材料现代分析方法、材料物理性能、半导体物理、半导体材料与器件、光电材料与器件、模拟电路和数字电路、纳米材料与应用、磁性材料、电子封装材料与工艺、硅器件与集成电路原理、电池材料与技术等。 七、集中实践教学环节军事训练、金工实习、材料工程综合训练、生产实习、毕业设计等。八、学科与专业本专业的支撑学科“材料学” 是国家级重点学科,具有博士学位授予权,设有博士后流动工作站。Materials Physics (Optical functional Materials)1. Professional FeaturesThis profession is a national key discipline, affiliated with “material science” of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, which is the cross fusion of materials science and condensed matter physics, in which miniaturization of materials has kept their status alive in todays world. The development trend of the function, intelligence, focusing on various types of optical materials, electrical, magnetic and other physical properties and applications, including condensed matter physics, semiconductor and microelectronics has given the directions to the main courses. With the combination of professional theory and experiment training, students should have a solid foundation in condensed matter physics and they should have the ability to explore new optoelectronic functional materials of leading research disciplines, and they must be able to adapt and new Photoelectric information function material and devices, semiconductor materials and devices, new energy materials and devices, magnetic materials and devices, which are the requirements for choosing and employing persons of for national new material strategy domain.2. Training objectivesThis profession training of students is the requirement to master their basic theory of optical functional materials systematically, and make them to have the basic skills to prepare, test and evaluate the optoelectronic materials and devices, semiconductor materials and devices. At the same time, the management related senior specialized talents can engage them in research, teaching, technology development in photoelectric functional material and some other career related tasks. 3. Training RequirementsStudents should mainly know the fundamental studies of material science, its basic knowledge and skills of their major research topics. They should have the basic training to generate the scientific thinking and conduct the scientific experiments, with the use of physical and electronic science and technology, and they should also know the basic theory, knowledge and skills to carry out their experiments of Optoelectronic Materials to increase their basic research and technology development capabilities.Graduates should acquire the following knowledge and abilities:1. Students must know the basic theory and basic knowledge of optoelectronic materials, condensed matter physics, electronics and other scientific and technical aspects.2. Students must have the basics grip on the preparation, testing, evaluation and application of other aspects of optoelectronic functional materials and components. They should know the basic principles and experimental skills.3. Similarly students should have the professional understanding and knowledge of the general principles of Electronic Science and Technology.4. Students should be familiar with the state laws and regulations concerning aspects of materials science and engineering research. They must be aware of the modern technology developments and related industrial policies, intellectual property rights and other domestic and foreign affairs.5. Students should learn about the optoelectronic materials and components, their theoretical fronts, prospects and the latest industrial developments.6. Students should have the idea, how to get the foreign data query, literature search and also the use of modern information technology to obtain information related to the basic methods. They should also have some sense of the experimental setups, control of experimental conditions, induction, consolidation, analysis of experimental results, writing papers, abilities to participate in academic exchanges.4.
