Ltd. 适用于肯发公司所有杠杆表的校准.3.0 Operation Procedure 操作程序3.1 Calibration standard : Calibration Tester with 0.2um resolution. 校准标准:分度值为0.2m的千分表检定器.3.2 Calibration environment: Room temperature 20+4/-2, Relative humidity 65%. 校准环境:室温20+4/-2,相对湿度65%. 3.3 Calibration period 校准周期 Six months.(180 days) 6个月 (180天)3.4 Calibration methods 校准方法:3.4.1 Visual inspection: Visual check the dial indicator, the bezel shall be clear with scale marking ,The probe shall not be wear off, rusting, chip off and scratches, otherwise, the dial indicator need to be repaired. 外观检查:目力观察表盘清晰,没有影响读数缺陷,其测头不应有严重的磨损,锈迹,崩缺和明显的划痕, 否则修理. 3.4.2 Usage of each part 各部分作用3.4.2.1 The indicator bezel matched its body that should not have apparent looseness, The bezel rotation should be stable and reliable. 表圈和表体的配合无明显的松动现象,表圈转动应平稳,静止可靠. 3.4.2.2 Tremble of the spindle and rotation of the long hand should be stable and flexible when shake the spindle and the pointer should not be loosen and fall when shake the spindle quickly. 拨动测杆时,测杆的摆动及指针的回转应平稳灵活,不得有跳动,卡住和阻滞现象,快迅拨动 时指针不应有松动和脱落. 3.4.2.3 The fixing handle and the direction exchanger should be used conveniently and reliably. 夹持柄,换向器等的作用均应方便可靠. 3.4.3 Fixation: Fix the test indicator on a special rack reliably. 装夹:将杠杆表可靠地安装在专用的支架上. 3.4.4 Calibration of the variation of indication 示值变动性校准.Set the spindle axis to parallel the grooving table surface. Then set the measuring head to touch the highest point of the “ half cylindrical block gauge with R10mm or so which is on grooving table, when the long hand is located at the max measuring range then move the block gauge along the direction which is perpendicular to its major line, in total twice, record the eight Max values of which displayed when the measuring head touched the highest point of the block gauge. The difference between the max value and the min value is the variation of the indication of the test indicator (variation of indication), the dial test indicator: not more than 5um is acceptable. The dial indicator not more than 1um is acceptable. 调整杠杆表的测杆轴线,平行于带筋工作台的 台面,然后将半径约为10mm的半圆柱侧块(量块附件) 放在工作台上,调整表的测头与测块圆柱面最高点接触,此时表的指针大致处于量程的终点,沿着测块 母线垂直的方向,分别按工作台的前、后、左、右四个方向移动,侧块各2次,每次侧块的最高点与表测 头接触出现最大值(转折点)时记下读数在8个读数中, 最大值与最小值之差,为受检表的示值变动性. 3.4.5 Checks of the indication deviation示值误差检定 Fix the test indicator on special rack, adjust the axis of the spindle perpendicular to the symmetry place of the bodyand adjust the touch point of the indicator located at the set the axis of the spindle of the checker. Rotate the bezel and set the zero graduation in the scope of the symmetry plane of the indicator body (the Zero graduation of the sectional test indicator should be within the scope of the plane which is formed by the spindle trembling). Rotate the checkers handle, the axis of the spindle should be perpendicular to the measuring axis of the checker when the long hand pointed to the middle of the measuring range. Read out the indication when the long hand pointed at zero. same as above rotate the handle 0.1mm each time, then readout the indication deviation DX1, DX2, DXn -(the dial test indicator, read out the error each separate 0.02mm). until the handle got to the max range, then go the negative direction checking, The negative first indication as the positive last indication. You mustnt change the moving direction of the spindle freely and make any adjustment on the checked checker or machine during the check process. The negative or positive sign is same as positive range when readout the negative range errors. Rotate the spindle 180 (clockwise for “I”,unclock wise for “II) twice to check the indication error of the other direction, the results should be fit for the requirements. Errors of the back range: take the max difference between the indication of each point which is according to the positive and negative range as the errors of the back range.将杠杆表装夹在专用支架上,调整杠杆表测杆轴线与表体对称平面垂直,并将杠杆表测头调在检定器测 杆轴心位置,转动表盘将杠杆表的零刻度置于表体的对称平面内(端面式杠杆表的零刻度应置测杆摆动 的平面内).转动检定器手轮,当杠杆表指针指到量程的中点时,表的测杆轴线应检定器的测量轴线垂直. 在转动手轮使杠杆表的指针指到零时,将检定器读数记下来,以后转动手轮,每隔0.1mm从杠杆表上 分别读出误差DX1, DX2.DXn.(千分表则每隔0.02mm从表上读出误差)直到工作行至终点.接着进 行反向检定,以正向检定的最后一次读数作为反向检定的起始数在检定过程中,中途不得任意改变测 杆的 移动方向,也不应对受检表或检定器作任何调整.反行程读数误差时,其正负号和正行程时的相同: 将杠杆表测杆转180度(前一个方向为I,后一个方向为II)用上述的方法检定测杆的另一个作用方向的 示值误差.两个作用方向的检定结果均应符合要求.回程误差:在示值误差检定完后,取正反行程各对应 点的读数之差中的最大为回程误差. 3.4.6 Data management - see table as follows ( Dial test indicator)数据处理-见下例表(杠杆百分表的数据处理).Spindle locationReadout(duration)Results( e.g.)测杆位置(errors) direction0 10 20 30 40 30 20 10 0检定结果计算示例受检点(分度)读数(mm)(误差)行程方向Positive range0 +4 +4 +7 +4 +2 +2 +4 +4正行程任意段示值误差:10-0=10 INegative range+1 +5 +4 +10 +6 +4 +5 +6 +4任意0.1mm示值误差:10-4=6反行程回程误差:10-7=3Positive range0 -3 -5 -1 0 +3 +4 +5 +2任意段示值误差:6-(-5)=11 正行程任意0.1mm示值误差: 6-2=4IINegative range0 -1 -3 0 +2 +6 +5 +6 +2回程误差:6-3=3反行程 3.4.7 Results management 校验结果处理:in the table .Its acceptable and labeled on and returned to the requested department if indication errors& back range error珠笔&variation of indication no more than Grade A values in the following table; Its limiting usage and labeled on limiting use label to return to the requested department if indication
