混凝土应力应变、钢筋应力、接缝开合度、温度监测3.1主要完成工作量截止2006年5月20日右岸厂房坝段应力应变监测第二标段共计埋设监测仪器202支。本月在右厂26坝段埋设J14CF26测缝计1支。另依据(2005)长三设枢监字第17号设计通知、(2005)厂房171号设计通知审核单,在右纵坝段上游面布设测缝计5支,在06年04月裂缝监测仪器、电缆牵引及保护管安装全部完成。仪器埋设累计完成情况统计见表3-1。本月按设计和规范要求完成了已埋设仪器的电缆牵引、常规观测和日常巡视工作,编写月报1份。表3-1 为新埋仪器,月变化量栏中数据只有温度计为温度月变化量,其它仪器为成果(锚固力、开合度、砼自生体积变形、砼应力应变、砼应力、钢筋应力、钢板应力)月变化量。3.2.1右厂25、26坝段锚索测力计:6台锚索测力计中目前SF02CF25(25-2坝段)测值最大为3434.7kN,SF01CF25(25-2坝段)测值最小为2966.6kN;目前总损失率SF01CF26(26-2坝段)最大为10.78,SF02CF25(25-2坝段)最小为5.23。本月锚索测力计锚固力月变化量在-7.011.1kN之间。监测成果见表3-3,锚固力变化过程见图3-13-2。表3-3 右厂26#管槽右厂26#管槽测得本月砼温度在13.925.2之间。管槽上弯段钢筋应力为-25.487.94MPa,月变化量-5.721.92MPa;钢板应力为-15.609.58MPa,月变化量-5.991.73MPa。管槽斜直段钢筋应力-17.2828.90MPa,月变化量-10.42-0.13MPa;管槽斜直段共埋设4支钢板计(GS05-08CF26),顶部钢板计GS08CF26测值为9.17MPa,腰部最大钢板应力为25.63MPa(GS07CF26),底部钢板计GS05CF26测值-5.74MPa,月变化量-8.041.35MPa。测缝计J15CF26J18CF26测得压力钢管与钢管外包砼接触缝缝面开合度-0.24-0.05mm,均呈闭合状态,月变化量-0.03-0.02mm。管槽斜直段处砼自生体积变形63.40,系膨胀变形,月变化量2.00。管槽下平段钢筋应力为-14.075.24MPa,月变化量-5.671.95MPa。管槽顶部钢板计GS13CF26、GS18CF26测值为-18.22、-108.23MPa,腰部最大钢板应力为-133.90MPa(GS11CF26),底部GS15CF26测值-72.50MPa,钢板应力月变化量-44.52-0.15MPa,温度变化量为1.94.2。管槽下平段处裂缝计K01CF26(s49.7m)当前测值-0.05mm,月变化量-0.04mm。监测成果见表3-6,监测仪器J18CF26温度及成果变化过程见图3-4。表3-6 mm,均呈张开状态,灌后增开度-0.090.31mm,开合度月变化量-0.040.31mm;26-2纵缝I开合度0.831.39 mm,均呈张开状态,灌后增开度-0.140.03mm,月变化量-0.050mm。26-2甲钢筋应力-38.3615.48MPa,月变化量-8.44-0.37MPa;26-2丙钢筋应力为-5.029.63MPa,月变化量-2.340.77MPa。K02CF26测得并缝廊道顶部开合度为-0.14mm,月变化量-0.01mm; 位错计JW01CF26(s50.2m)测得位错变形为0.49mm,月变化量为-0.01mm;JW02CF26位错计5月20日测得位错变形为-0.12mm。砼自生体积变形在25.8028.70之间,为膨胀变形,月变化量0.305.70; 三支应变计S06-08CF26测得砼应变为拉应变,在16.6036.80之间,月变化量-11.30-8.30。监测成果见表3-7、3-8,新埋仪器监测见表3-9,监测仪器J09CF26温度及成果变化过程见图3-5。表3-7
