机械:电焊机、卷扬机、绞车扒杆; Machinery: Electric welding machine, hoist, winch lift rod; 6.0 劳动力组织 Labor force 技术员2人,施工员2人, 起重工6人,电工1人,机修工1人,壮工4人。2 technicians,2 constructors, 6 cranemen, 1 electrician, 1 machine maintenance man, 4 laborers.7.0 施工工序和施工方法 Construction procedure and plans7.1 施工工序 Construction procedure 7.1.1井架、提升(装置)架拆除工序 Working procedure for disassembling the derrick and hoist (device) tower内模板支撑、撑杆及内外钢箍拆除内外模板拆除围檩拆除吊架脚手板及吊架拆除将平台降落在烟囱顶面,由烟囱筒体顶部和井架同时受力支撑平台安装辅助扒杆(在井架上)在操作平台上安装临时脚手架(内平台) 由辅助扒杆拆除回转半径内的辐射梁由主扒杆拆除另一半辐射梁拆除扒杆安装烟囱顶铸铁盖帽和避雷针拆除和安装临时脚手架(位置变化)至套架圈梁提升机及套架下降拆除附墙支撑并封堵耐酸砖洞逐节拆除井架和附墙支撑及封堵砖洞(循环拆除降至地面)拆除套架等和剩余井架清理拆除件、运输退场。Disassemble the inner formwork support, stay bar and the inside and outside steel hoop removal of the inside and outside formwork removal of encircling purlin remove the scaffolding board of hanging bracket and the hanging bracket landing the platform on the top face of chimney , support the platform through the stress of top of chimney barrel and the derrick at the same time installing the auxiliary lift rod ( on the derrick ) installing the temporary scaffolding on the operating platform (inner platform ) remove the radius beam in the rotation radius by the auxiliary lift rod remove another half of radius beam by main lift rod remove the lift rod installing the cast-iron cap and lightning rod on top of chimney remove and install the temporary scaffolding (change position) to the circling beam of framework descend the elevator and the framework remove the attached wall support and seal the hole of acid resisting brick remove the derrick and attached wall support section by section as well as sealing the hole of brick (remove circularly till to the ground ) remove the framework and so on and the rest derrick clean up the removal element and exit from the field through transportation.7.1.2操作平台变径工序 Radius change procedure of operating platform 平台辐射梁拉杆移至变径范围以内在直径10m处用钢筋箍卡扣安装槽钢环梁(带栏杆插孔)将平台外围栏杆(含钢丝网和密目网)拆除移至变径处重新安装栏杆拆除变径范围内的平台铺板和外端环梁割除变径长度的辐射梁安装栏杆钢丝网和安全网。Move the pull rod of radius beam of platform to within the range of radius change install the channel steel beam by the rebar hoop buckle(including the guardrail jack )at 10m of diameter remove the peripheral rail of platform (including steel wire mesh and thick net ) and move it to the location of radius change and then to reinstall the rail remove the platform plank which is within the range of radius change and the out end ring beam cut off the radius beam which is the length of radius change install the steel wire mesh of rail and the safety net.7.2 施工方法 Construction plans 7.2.1 在烟囱内衬、外部爬梯、信号平台、休息平台、航标涂料施工完毕后进行(提升架构造见图1-1)提升(装置)架拆除。 Remove the hoist (device) tower after completing the construction of chimney inner liner, outer climbing ladder, signal platform, rest platform and navigation marker coating (refer to the drawing 1-1 on the hoist tower structure).7.2.1.1 模板拆除 Formwork removal 施工烟囱筒体到顶后,即可拆除全部内外模板。由于模板采用的是组合定型钢模板,其单块重量轻(仅5.4kg),易于拆除,故以人工分块拆除,操作在内外吊架上层进行。拆除时先用小铁锤敲松卡扣,然后拿住钢模板传至操作平台,再用吊蓝运至地面。拆除前,外吊架兜底网应拉紧箍在筒壁上,直至平台外钢圈拆除前。卡扣用塑料桶、袋集中后利用吊笼运至地面。Remove all the inside and outside formwork after the chimney barrel reaching the top. It is easy to remove the formwork due to adopting the assembled retaining formwork, and the weight of the single piece of formwork is light (only 5.4kg). So remove the formwork piece by piece through manual work on the upper layer of the inside and outside hanging bracket. Make the buckle loose through striking with small hammer prior to remove, and then hold the steel formwork to pass it to the operating platform, then transport it to the ground with basket. The safety net of outer suspension bracket should be tightened on the chimney wall before removing till the outer steel ring of platform is removed before. Collect buckles and put them into plastic bucket or bag, and then transport them to the ground with suspension cage. 7.2.1.2 吊架拆除 Removal of hanging bracket 内外吊架均系由扁钢-505组成,其构造如图3-1。拆除时先将吊架上端安全网移至辐射梁上,把吊架全部罩住,再从筒壁一点开始,沿环向依次拆除吊架下层脚手板和吊架扁铁架,上层脚手板和扁铁架、三角架,丝杆可铺搭临时脚手板作为拆除吊架的站人操作点,拆除的脚手板、扁铁架、三角架均运到操作平台,再用吊绳捆绑后用扒杆吊运至地面。The inside and outside hanging bracket are all made up of the flat steel 505 , see the drawing 3-1 about its structure. Firstly move the safety net on the upper end of hanging bracket onto the radius beam prior to remove, cover the hanging bracket completely, then start from a point of chimney wall, remove the underlayer scaffolding board and flat iron bracket of suspension bracket, upper layer scaffolding board and flat iron bracket, triangular bracket in turn along the ring direction, set up temporary scaffolding board with feed screw to be used for operation point of suspension bracket, scaffolding board , flat iron bracket ,triangular bracket which have been removed are transported onto the operation platform ,and then lift them to the ground with lift rod after binding with climbing rope. 7.2.1.3 支模门架拆除 Removal of support formwork portal 支模门架构造如图3-2所示,拆除时先站在门架上拆除丝杆,然后在操作平台上用人力将门架从辐射梁的槽钢中抽出,用扒杆吊运至地面,锅炉烟囱的辅助门架拆除方法亦相同。Shown in drawing 3-2 on the structure of support formwork portal, firstly stand on the portal to remove the feed screw, then to draw out the portal from the channel steel of the radius beam by manpower on the operating platform, lift it to the ground with lift rod. The method of removing the auxiliary portal for boiler stack is the same as that. 7.2.1.4 安装临时(操作)辅助平台及辅助扒杆,拆除操作平台外栏杆.外钢圈 Install the temporary (operating) auxiliary platform and lift rod, and remove the outside rail and outside steel ring of platform将操作平台降至烟囱顶部,支撑在有垫木的筒壁顶部,在筒顶平台下方井架上,安装供拆除使用的临时(操作)辅助平台(如图3-3所示),用钢管脚手架,以井字形夹在井架四周,并支承在安装于井架主肢的夹具上,此时即可依次拆除外栏杆上的安全网、栏杆、外钢圈,栏杆拆除后应立即拉设临时水平安全绳,然后用吊绳将外吊架安全网底部箍绳提至操作平台,拆除外吊架安全网。在井架扒杆的对角上安装一根辅助扒杆(用于拆除辐射梁);最后由外向内依次拆除操作平台上的脚手板并吊运至地面。Drop the operating platform down to the top of chimney, support it on top of the chimney wall which has crosser, install the temporary (operation) auxiliary platform (shown in drawing 3-3) which is used for removing on the derrick below the platform of the top of chimney, then clamp it around the derrick in the form of well type by steel tube scaffolding, supporting on the clamping tools installed on the principal branch, here, the safety net of the outer rail, rail and outer steel ring can be removed in turn, draw the temporary horizontal safety rope at once after removing the rail, then lift the hoop rope which is at the bottom of safety net of outer suspension bracket to the operating platform with the climbing rope, remove the safety net of outer suspension bracket. Install a piece of auxiliary lift rod (used for removing radius beam ) on the cross of the lift rod of derrick; finally remove the scaffolding board of operating platform in turn from outside to inside and then lift them to the ground. 7.2.1.5 辐射梁拆除 Removal of radius beam 辐射梁单根最长6.6m,重210kg,拆除方法如图3-4所示。先用吊绳将要拆除的辐射梁栓住两(吊)点并挂于扒杆上,使扒杆吊绳处于接近拉直位置,再由操作人员站在临时辅助平台上拆除辐射梁与外套架的连结螺栓,然后吊起辐射梁,调整扒杆(与水平)夹角为最小,使吊件离开筒体并绕过已安装的烟囱信号平台等障碍物,若所吊构件与信号平台、休息平台相碰时,应派人从外爬梯下到平台上将构件推离平台,再慢慢降落至地面,栓挂辐射梁吊点时,应先在辐射梁上铺设临时脚手板,栓好吊点后拆除。当拆至最后两根辐射梁时,应同时分别栓好两根梁,并先后拆除和运到地面,最后拆除辅助扒杆。下到平台的操作人员必须佩挂安全带和防坠器或安全绳。防坠器或安全绳应挂于井架上。The longest single piece of radius beam is 6.6m, and its weight is 210kg, the removal method is shown in drawing 3-4.Firstly fasten two points of radius beam which is to be removed with climbing rope and hang it up the lift rod, make the climbing rope of lift rod is close to the straight position, then ask the operators to stand on the temporary auxiliary platform to remove the radius beam and the connecting bolt of outer frame, then lift up the radiation beam, make the inclination of lift rod ( with the level) least through adjusting it, so as to make the lifted component be off the chimney body and round the installed chimney signal platform and such obstacles, send person to go down the platform from the outer climbing ladder and push the component away the platform and then land it to the ground slowly if the lifted component hit the signal platform and rest platform each other, Firstly lay the temporary scaffolding board on the radius beam prior to fasten the lifting point and then, remove the scaffolding board after fastening the lifting point. Fasten two pieces of beam respectively at the same time when removing the last two pieces of radiation beam, and remove them and transport them to the ground successively, finally remove the auxiliary lift rod. The operator who goes down the platform must gird on the safety belt and falling protection machine or safety rope, the falling protection machine or safety rope should be hung up the derrick. 7.2.1.6 扒杆拆除 Removal of lift rod 扒杆拆除方法见图3-5。先在套架底座上搭设临时平台,用调臂绳将扒杆收到靠近套架位置,并用钢丝绳临时固定在套架上,拆除调臂绳,换成吊绳,(扒起吊绳)将挂钩套住扒杆的保险绳吊环,略收缩吊绳,拆除扒杆底座的转轴,使扒杆离开底座自由悬吊,用卷扬机降落吊绳,使扒杆在烟囱筒体内下落到地面,此时可利用临时平台完成烟囱铸铁顶盖和避雷针的安装。The removal method of lift rod is shown in drawing 3-5。Firstly set up the temporary platform on the frame plinth, pull the lift rod back to the position where it is close to the frame through the adjusting arm rope, and fix it up on the frame temporarily with steel wire rope, remove the rope which is used for adjusting the length of rod, climbing rope can be instead, (lift up the climbing rope)make the pothook hitch the hoisting ring of life rope, constringe the climbing rope a little , remove the rotary axes of plinth of lift rod in order to make the lift rod be off the plinth to suspend freely, descend the climbing rope with hoist so as to make the lift rod fall down the ground inside the chimney body, here, the installation of cast-iron top cover of chimney and lightning rod can be completed through employing the temporary platform.7.2.1.7 井架及附墙支撑拆除 Remove the derrick and the attached wall support 拆除方法见图3-6。利用提升机或液压缸与上升相反向的转(移)动,分节(每节1.5m高)拆除井字架,在套架上部挂滑轮,用卷扬机吊钢丝绳,将井架件运到地面,在套架下端搭设临时平台,当套架降至接近附墙支撑时,将吊钩绳套住附墙支撑靠井架一端,拆除该端联结点,放松吊绳,让支撑杆沿筒壁端另一铰接点旋转,并降至该铰接点下,用吊绳固定在临时平台上,然后下降临时平台至该段铰接点时,即拆除该支撑。用同样方法拆除同高度四根附墙支撑,拆除支撑的同时,对筒壁孔眼进行填补、修整。直至拆除全部井架节及附墙支撑,降至地面,最后拆除套架、提升机或液压缸,清理杆件退场。The removal method is shown in drawing 3-6.Remove the well type bracket section by section (1.5m high for each section), hang the pulley on the upside of frame, lift the steel wire rope with hoist, deliver the derrick component to the ground, set up the temporary platform below the end of frame , hitch one end of derrick for attached wall support with lifting hook rope when the frame is close to the attached wall support, remove the connecting point of the end , loose the climbing rope, make the strut bar rotate along another hinged joint of the end of chimney wall, and descend it below of the hinged joint, fix it up on the temporary platform with climbing rope, then descend the temporary platform till to the hinged joint of the segment, here, remove the support. Remove four pieces of attached wall support at the same height with the same method, fill and finish the eyelet of chimney wall at the same time of removing support. Remove all the derrick sections and attached wall support, fall down the ground, finally remove the frame, lifter or hydraulic cylinder, clean up the member of framework and make it exit from the field. 7.2.2 锅炉烟囱提升架操作平台变径 Changing radius of operation platform of hoist tower for boiler stack7.2.2.1 变径位置及范围 Changing radius position and range 锅炉烟囱提升架操作平台直径为14m,筒体底部外径为12.46m。当施工到49.85m标高(高度为43m)时,筒体外径为8.21m,筒体直径已减小4.25m。为减少操作平台重量(自重+活荷载+风荷载),将操作平台减小4m,平台直径变为10m。The diameter of operating platform of hoist tower for boiler stack is 14m, the external diameter of bottom of chimney body is 12.46m. The external diameter of chimney body is 8.21m when it is at an elevation of 49.85m (the height is 43m), the diameter of chimney body has been decreased in by 4.25m. Decrease the operating platform in by 4m in order to decrease the platform weight (sole weight + active load + wind load), the diameter of platform is changed to 10m.7.2.2.2 移动拉杆和安装环梁 Move the pull rod and install the ring girder 用6钢丝绳临时栓在套架顶端和辐射梁上,将辐射梁吊拉杆逐根移至10m直径以内,在直径10m处,用U型钢筋箍卡扣安装槽钢(18环梁。Fasten the 6 steel wire rope on the top end of frame and the radius beam temporarily, move the lifting climbing pole of radius beam piece by piece to be within the diameter of 10m, install the (18ring girder of channel steel with U type rebar hoop buckle on location of the diameter of 10m. 7.2.2.3 拆安平台栏杆 Remove and install the rail of platform 将外端安全网、钢丝网、栏杆依次拆除,当拆除栏杆立柱时,应留34根用于拉设水平安全绳,待最后拆除。外端栏杆拆除后,移至10m环梁处重新安装栏杆,然后拆除外端环梁和变径范围内的平台脚手板,松脱平台外端下口水平兜网。拆除外端环梁时应将安全带挂于拉杆上,且必须挂防坠器。Remove the safety net at the external end, steel wire mesh and rail in turn, remain 34 pieces of pole to be used for pulling the horizontal safety rope when removing vertical pole of rail , and remove them at last. Hang the safety belt upon the pull rod when removing the ring beam at the outer end and, hang the falling protection device. 7.2.2.4 割短平台辐射梁 Cut the radius beam of platform short 割短平台辐射梁的操作方法见图4-2。单根2m长度槽钢重量为25kg,割短时,先用8铁丝套在槽钢中间的预留孔眼中,扎成套圈,用20棕绳连结,另一端栓在井架上,在新安装栏杆处安设三角架钢管支撑棕绳,高度为1.8m,然后操作人员在新安装栏杆内向外割切辐射梁。当切割至构件下口3-5mm时,停止切割,待切口冷却后由操作人员拉动棕绳,(在两个吊点中拉动外吊点,内吊点则将绳收紧稍松,防断后冲击力)反复弯折切割口至断开,再由人力提升到平台,捆绑后用扒杆吊运到地面。The operation method of cutting radius beam of platform short is shown in 4-2。The weight of single piece of 2m channel steel is 25kg, firstly cover the 8steel wire into the middle pre-set eyelet of channel steel, make it form the ferrule , connect it with 20 coir rope , fasten the other end on the derrick, set the tripod steel tube support coir rope on the location of newly installed rail , the height is 1.8m, and then the operator cut the radius beam forth inside the newly installed rail. Stop cutting when reaches 3-5mm of underside the component, pull the coir rope after cooling the notch, (pull the outer lifting point between two lifting points, frap the rope of the inner li
