Before the gas enters into the compressor, exchange air for nitric or inert gas completely.站房内应有防止有害气体泄漏后聚积的措施。气路系统中对外排放口（如安全阀的释放口，冷却器的排污口等）应加接导管，引到室外的安全地带放空或集气回收。Measures to prevent the harmful gas leaking are taken in stand house. Pneumatic system (e.g. the export of relief valve, dirt export of coolers) export is joined with catheter, which will lead the gas to the safety zone emission into air or recovery. 电气设备应符合压缩介质所需的防爆等级要求。Electrical equipment must comply with the explosion-proof grade of compressed medium.1.4 润滑油要求1.4 Lubricants requirement压缩机应使用制造厂商制定的牌号的润滑油，其质量要求应符合标准规定。Use the brand of lubricants manufacture designated, and quality must accord with the relevant policy.不同型号的润滑油不得混用。Different model lubricants can not be mixed.润滑油应定期更换。Change the lubricants regularly.1.5冷却水要求1.5 Cooling water requirement1.5.1 冷却水应保持清洁，以防水道结垢。1.5.1 Keep cooling water clean and prevent the watercourse dirt.1.5.2有机的和机械的杂质和悬浮物应小于100mg/l，含油量小于5mg/l；1.5.3 Orangic and mechanical impurities and suspended particles should be less than 100mg/l. oil content can not exceed 5mg/l.1.5.3接近于中性，即氢离子浓度PH值为6.59；1.5.3 Cooling water is close to neutral ,in other words, PH valve of hydrogen ion concentration is about .4 具有热稳定性，暂时硬度小于101.5.4 Cooling water has thermal stability. Temporary hardness can not exceed 10 degrees.Jiangsu Permanent Machinery Co., LtdG-24/2-200Diaphragm Compressor32 pagesInstructionsPage 6（硬度1相当于1升水中，含有10mg的CaO或7.19mg的MgO）(A degree of hardness is equivalent to containing 10mg Cao or 7.19mg Mgo in 1 perminum cooling water.若水质未达到上述要求，应进行过滤和净化。允许城市饮用自来水做冷却水使用。1.6.人身防护1.6 Personal protection压缩机运转中，人身或衣物不得接触传动皮带，大小皮带轮等运动部件。When compressor is working, do not touch the drive belt and pulley with your body or clothing.不要触摸气缸壁或排气管道，以免烫伤。Do not touch the cylinder block or exhaust pipe to avoid scalding.1.7 电气要求1.7 Electrical requirement压缩机电气设备的安装与维护应符合电气安全的有关规定。Installation and maintenance of electrical requirement must accord with the relevant provisions about electrical safety.操作者必须持有相应的电工操作合格证书，并在电气技术人员指导下进行工作。Individuals must have got electrician certificate and operate the machine under the guidance of electrical technican.维修电气之前，应先切断电源，并设专人监护和警告标志。Turn off power supply and set alarm symbol before the maintenance process of electric machine.1.8 吊装1.8 Hoisting plan压缩机设备的吊装设备及吊具的承载能力因满足所吊射内的要求。Hoisting equipment must sustain the load requirement.吊装过程中，应注意人身及设备安全。起吊按下图所示。其中吊绳与顶板的夹角不得小于45，若小于45必须在吊绳间加辅助支撑，其长度与顶板等宽。Take care of your body in hoisting process as shown in the following diagram. Gas pipeline is full with high pure nitric under 0.1MPa pressure.若用户要求三个月之后使用，膜压机出厂前已进行油封封存，从出厂之日起十二个月以内为封存有效期，逾期必须拆箱检查，并按本说明书13条重新封存。If use 3 month later, seal the compressor before exiting factory, in the following 12 months is useful-life. Individuals do it as to base map and condition by themselves.压缩机的基础不得借用原建筑污的基础，必须单独建造，并与相邻设备的基础以土壤隔开。Do not use the architecture base as compressor base. Separate it with soil and from the base of adjacent equipment.3.2 机器周围至少留有1.5米宽的操作通道。3.2 Keep operator passages width 1.5 meters around the machine.3.3外联管路3.3 External pipeline 与压缩机进、排气口连接的管路由用户自行设计、安装。Outlet and inlet export is made and installation by individuals.3.3.1 管道要求： 3.3.1 pipeline requirement: 所有输气管路必须进行耐压实验，其试验压力为最高许用压力的1.5倍； All of the inlet pipeline should be about pressure.
