铸 钢 节 流 阀 Cast steel Throttle valve使用说明书 Operation Manual 双达阀门股份有限公司Shuangda valve co., ltd一、用途和性能规范 Usage and specification1. 本产品适用于水、油品、蒸汽等管路上做调节用，具有流阻小、启闭灵活、寿命长、安全可靠等优点。2. 适用温度：-29425。 Service temperature: -29425. 3. 常温下实验压力按下表规定：Test pressure under normal temperature公称通径 Nominal Diameter DNmm公称压力 Nominal Press.1.6MPa实验压力Test pressure壳体试验Shell test2.4低压密封试验Low press. Sealing test1.76上密封试验Back seat test1.76气密封试验0.6适用温度Service temperature-29425适用介质Service media水、蒸汽、油品等气体或液体Water, steam, oil etc.二、采用的主要标准 Standards adopted 设计制造按GB12236-89、API600的规定；Design and Manufacture: GB12236-89、API600 试验和检查按GB/T13927、API598的规定；Test and Inspect: GB/T13927、API598 法兰尺寸按ANSIB16.5、GB/T9113、JB/T79的规定；Flanged Dimension: ANSIB16.5、GB/T9113、JB/T79 结构长度按ANSIB16.10、GB12221的规定；Face to face: ANSIB16.10、GB12221 阀门压力-温度等级按GB9131、ANSIB16.34的规定。Pressure and Temperature: GB9131、ANSIB16.34三、阀门的结构特点：Valve structure features4. 本阀门靠旋转手轮带动阀杆螺母使阀杆升降而带动阀瓣作垂直于流体的直线位移来达到调节的目的。5. 本阀门关闭时手轮按顺时针方向旋转（手轮上设有标记）Valve is shut off through turning hand wheel in clockwise direction.(marks engraved on hand wheel)6. 本阀门结构简单、密封可靠、维修方便The valve style is simple, sealing is reliable, and maintenance is convenient.7. 采用上密封结构，能辅助填料密封，且维修方便。Back seat structure makes it assisting packing sealing and easy maintenance. 8. 密封面焊有耐磨材料，增强密封性能和提高使用寿命。Sealing surface is welded with durable material, which enhances the sealing performance and increases the usage time.四、阀门主要零件材料 Main parts materials阀体bodyWCB阀盖 bonnetWCB阀瓣 wedgeA105+13Cr阀杆 stem2Cr13填料 packing石墨 graphite垫片 gasket304+石墨(graphite)五、安装、操作和保养 Installment, operation and maintenance1. 细心的拆卸阀门的包装物，对照材料，规范和明细表等清单，检查标签和标牌。查看所选用的阀门型号，法兰尺寸，结构长度是否与系统的压力，温度等条件相适应。Remove the packing stuff carefully, and check the material specification and packing list, exam the tag and id plate. Inspect valve type, flange dimension, face to face. 2. 检查阀门内部是否清洁，有无异物和危害性的腐蚀，如有请进行清洗干净后进行安装。Inspect valve internal part is clean or not, it should be cleaned of before installment, if there is any corrosion stuff.3. 手轮不允许做起吊用。Hand wheel and actuator should be hanged.4. 阀门安装好后，请用水清洗管道，去除安装时可能带来的废物，以防止密封面被划伤。Valve should be cleaned after installed. Incase sealing surface is scratched by scrap irons. 5. 对于法兰连接的具体安装步骤及注意事项请查阅MSS 阀门用户指南。Flange conned valves should be installed as per .六、可能发生的故障及排除方法：Accident and Solution故障现象Accident原因 Reason排除方法 Solution阀杆转动不灵Stem is hard to turn.1填料压得过紧 Packing is too tight.1松动螺母重新调整2阀杆与其配合部位有损伤或积有污物 Stem and connected parts were damaged or dust was accumulated. 2拆开修整及清除污物Disassemble it and repair it, or have it cleaned.开、关次数过多 over operated 密封面有泄漏sealing surface is leaking.1 预紧力不够 Shutting off strength is not enough.1增加预紧力 Shut with more strength.2密封面有损伤或污物sealing sureface is damaged or dirty.2重新修整和硬度密封面并清除污物repair it and harden sealing surface, also clean it.3密封面变形或失效 sealing surface is distorted or invalid.阀杆填料处渗漏stem packing leaking1填料压紧力不够packing is not tight enough.1重新调换螺母、螺栓2填料使用过久失效 packing is invalid.2更换填料中法兰处渗漏mid-flange leaking中法兰螺栓松动mid-flange bolting is loose.重新均匀拧紧螺母tighten the bolting.七、注意事项 Points for attention1. 阀门材料的选用及其使用中变质的可能性和必要的定期检查由用户负责考虑User should concern material choosing and deteriorated during using and periodically inspection.2. 本阀门设计只考虑一般工况，如有特殊要求，须在合同中注明。Valve designed with concerning general working condition, special requirements should be mentioned in the purchase order. 3. 阀门工作温度范围不得超过性能规范定，超过（含瞬间）此范围引起的后果完全是用户的责任。Working temperature should not excess performance specification, if it did, its users responsible.4. 阀门工作过程中的体表温度可能引起人体接触烫伤，用户必须在相应部位设置警示标志。Temperature of valve may cause scald to human, so user should put warning mark on relevant parts during using.5. 阀门运行过程中不得焊接修理和表面涂漆。No welding and painting during valve in service6. 阀门在受压状态下不得拆卸。Not disassemb
