超右脑英语学习法 4天记忆1000个基础单词 掌握1000个初中程度的单词 前面曾提到过，据学者统计，英美人在日常生活中经常用到的单词中，2000个基础词占到了953。 此外，英国的心理学家、语言学家查尔斯凯奥古丁在1932年出版的基础英语(Basic English)中指出：只要灵活组合850个基础词，就基本上可以表达所有想说的事情。我们也说过，英语学习首先应解决的问题就是掌握“用得上”的英语。 对基础词的把握要力求做到跟说汉语一样，不假思索、脱口而出。 这一阶段中我们的目标就是掌握1000个“用得上”的基础英语单词。 这里我们所选取的都是最基本、最常见的单词，我们的目标是将这些单词“图像化”。 学习的要点是：不要把英语翻译过来，直接通过图像联想法来记忆。 大家一定要记住，本阶段的目的不是翻译单词，而是要在听到或见到单词的时候，立刻唤起图像。 因此不要以为这个词我早就记住了，不用再看了，让我们以全新的视角来看这些单词。 第一阶段：听CD，争取每天掌握250个单词 按照以下的步骤，每天记250个单词，4天掌握1000个单词。 每天的学习时间大约为1小时，如果没有完整的时间，分多次进行也可以。第一步：一边听CD，一边进行联想。 在CD的第一部分，是每天250个，4天共1000个单词的朗读。关键还是在于能不能在脑中唤起对单词意思的联想。不是把单词翻译过来，而是要变成一幅幅画面。 在那些没能产生联想的单词上画框，等全部听完后，单独进行联想训练。 根据单词产生的联想会因人而异。比如说play这个单词，有人听了会联想起弹钢琴，有人则会联想起小孩子做游戏。这里的联想没有一定的规则，展开你的想象力，想到什么是什么。 这一过程至少重复3次。第二步：一边听CD，一边出声朗读单词。 捂住一边的耳朵，细心纠正自己的发音跟CD中发音的差异。 这时仍要在大脑中对单词进行联想。 将那些读得不流利的单词、不能产生联想的单词，单独标示出来，全部听完一遍后，个别进行复习。 对动词、形容词、副词等这些不容易产生联想的单词，比如great这个词，就可以附加其他词构成词组，如great musician，以此来唤起联想。 这一过程至少重复3次。第三步：把CD放到一旁，出声朗读单词。 一边读一边在脑中浮现画面。碰到不知道怎么读的单词时，画上记号，回头单独处理。如果遇见不知道重音在哪儿的单词时，也要标示记号。但是不可以用母语标音标。标上音标后，在朗读过程中眼睛会不由自主地盯住音标，而忽略了上下文的联系。 这一过程至少重复3次。第四步：只读画了记号的单词，边读边联想。联想的画面不必十分鲜明，只要联想即可。快来尝试一下吧。第二阶段：句子高速视听读训练 尽可能快速大量地记忆英语句子 本阶段将会训练大家在短句中记忆关键词的能力。 如果顺利掌握了前面的1000个基本单词，即使在阅读中出现了生词，也可以从前后文中推断出它的意思。 这个阶段还是要对所读单词展开联想，这种联想不是把英语翻译过来，而是直接把英语转化成图像。 要增加自己的词汇量，就要多看、多听、多读，并熟记文章中单词的用法。 此外还要认识到，一天5个、10个的单词输入量是远远不够的。 只有大量、快速地输人才能激活右脑，切记要大量、快速! 下面就开始训练吧。 这里为大家介绍每天40个句子为期5天的训练课程，即练习1练习5。反复练习，直至这200个句子能脱口而出。 边听CD边对照书、出声朗读 下面开始使用与本书配套的CD的第二部分，按照以下6个步骤进行训练。 第一步：高速视听训练。I 使用本书配套的CD。CD的第二部分首先收录的是练习1练习5的2倍速度的朗读。一边听CD，一边对照句子。 注意，手指或铅笔不要随着阅读字行而移动，让目光追逐字行。 让书本和眼睛之间保持最大的距离，保持视野开阔，一眼就能看到当前页的所有内容。 有余力的人还可以边听边展开联想。 如果遇到完全不懂的单词，可以看一眼汉语解释，接着展开联想。这一步反复5次。 第二步：高速朗读训练。I 高速朗读练习1练习5中的句子。这样做不仅可以使舌头更加灵活，还可以更有效地激活右脑的记忆力。 不听CD，用最快的速度分别朗读练习l练习5的40个英文句子，不用考虑意思，先把注意力集中到速度上面。 记下每次读完所用的时间。熟练后，可以达到1分钟左右读完40句的程度。不要在意发音、重音和语调，首要目标是速度。 读不好的地方要做记号，在复习时单独读上10遍。 如果实在跟不上，可以先用正常的速度进行训练，然后再进行速读训练。这一步反复10次。 第三步：跟读训练。l 下面来听CD第二部分中练习1练习5的正常速度朗读。 跟随CD，边听边跟读。 比如第一个例句，当CD读到“This mine”时就可以开始跟读了。 不要看书，跟随CD中的录音朗读。 如果没听懂的话，重复录音即可。把读得不好的地方标上记号，回头反复朗读10次。这一步反复5次。 第四步：填空测试。l 翻开书中填空测试的部分，在括号中填写关键词，进行测试。 要点是边读边填出括号内的关键词。如果不能顺利填出，要留下记号，回头反复读上10次。 不要在意拼写之类的小失误，只需测试括号内的单词自己能不能脱口而出即可。 第五步：背诵。l 能够顺利填写出括号内单词的人可以进入背诵训练。 背诵是建立在反复朗读的基础之上的，先把每个例句至少读上20遍。 然后盖住书，只露出前两个单词作为提示，凭记忆说出后面的整个句子。 第六步：英语翻译。I CD中的例句都烂熟于心后，让我们用英语翻译训练来结束我们的课程。 看一眼书中的英语例句，立刻翻译成汉语。 看一眼书中的汉语例句，立刻翻译成英语。 在CD的第二部分中，按照练习1练习5的顺序，首先是每个练习中40个句子的2倍速朗读，然后是正常速度的朗读。在做完视听读训练后，做每个练习后的填空测试进行自我检测。 最后，背诵练习1练习5共200个句子，并进行翻译训练。练习一：1This mane will be exploited 这个矿井将被开采。2An ant starts as an egg 蚂蚁的生命自卵开始。3This is a can of oranges 这是一个橘子罐头。4I cant bear the pain 我无法忍受这种痛苦。5I cant stand being treated like this 我受不了别人这么对我。6The sky will clear up this afternoon 下午天将转晴。7This tower dates back to the 14th century 这座塔的历史可追溯到14世纪。8Does this medicine really work?
