外研版必修二 Module2 No Drugs课标要求与教材分析The topic of this module is about No Drugs. Students can know about something about smoking and drugs from this passage. Besides, students realize drugs and smoking are harmful to our health and society. And it can also cause some social problems such as burglary and shoplifting. It tells learners the importance of YES TO LIFE NOT TO DRUG.学情分析The topic in this unit is familiar to the students. They can tell the disadvantages of smoking and using drugs. But some vocabularies about drugs are difficult to understand. So learners should be given more background information about drugs.教学目标Knowledge and skills1.Make the students get to know the danger of smoking.2.Learn some new words related to smoking.3.Improve the students speaking, listening and writing skills.Process and methods1. Skimming Activities: Read the opening paragraphs of two different articles and decide what the topic of each article is. Choose the topic from this list. Ask students to pay attention to the picture and ti is helpful for them to decide the topic. Suppose you are going to have a program to make people realize the danger of taking drugs and you are going to interview Adam Rouse. You play a reporter, and the other student plays Adam Rouse. Then act out an interview in front of the class. As a reporter ,you can choose some questions from Activity6 or add some questions. Ok ,go ahead!设计意图: This part is aimed to check whether the students have a better understanding of the passage or not. Besides, the students spoken English can also be improved. Especially, during interview the students did a very good job. But some students still have difficulty in speaking English, more practice should be given to them. Besides, it would have been better for showing their ideas if more time had been given to them during discussion. 教师简介英语教师邓亚利,中教二级职称,太原市第63中学校,善于创设民主和谐的学习气氛,让学生真正成为学习的主人,能有效激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生的合作精神,使每个学生在各自不同的基础上都能得到提高。 并且注重学生知识形成和探究过程中获得的经验和方法的积累,使学生初步学会自主学习形式上可以多采用动手、动脑、动口相结合,讨论、抢答等形式的学习,引导学生自主创设良好的语言环境。好班主任需要做到“五勤” 在班级工作中,班主任的决策与管理、组织与协调、教导与服务的多重角色地位,决定了他(她)必须具备一套符合社会、家庭等需要的角色行为。但长期以来,许多班主任却对自身角色及其行为要求缺乏自觉认识。学校在班主任的选派及其考核中也缺乏规范化的依据和具体明确的尺度。因此,归纳并阐述班主任角色的具体行为模式,对于提高班主任的业务素质和班级工作管理水平都是大有稗益的。一个成功的班主任,其行为首先表现出的特点是:有理想,爱学生,能为学生的成长奉献出身心,具有做好自己班级工作的各方面的才能。那么,在实际工作中,班主任应采取怎样的符合自身角色的基本行为模式呢?综合班主任工作的过程、方式及职业性质等特点,笔者以为,班主任应努力做到“五勤”。 一、好班主任应勤于深入学生的生活,即“足”勤 从管理学的角度看,班主任工作的实质,就是按照预定的目的,依据一定的原则、程序、方法、手段,对班级中的人、事、物进行计划和调控。而有效的计划和调控,必须建立在对班级及学生的了解和研究的基础之上。正如俄国教育家乌申斯基所说的那样,要想从一切方面教育人,就必须从一切方面了解人。实践证明,班主任走进学生的生活,有利于全面了解学生的思想面貌、智力状况、健康状况、生活经历、个性特征、兴趣爱好及生活环境等,有利于掌握班级总貌、特点及基本倾向,制定出切实可行的教育计划。 同时,在与学生日常的实际接触中,班主任能及时地把握班级的动态,对班级新出现的有利和不利因素能随时予以具体的引导和控制。目前,我国不少学校在实施班主任管理的过程中,提出班主任参与学生活动的多种不同的“到位”要求,并以此作为班主任工作评估考核的重要内容,其意义正在于督促班主任变间接、简单的“遥控式”管理为直接、具体的“走动式”管理,避免工作的主观性和盲目性。 当然,班主任的“走动式”管理决不是“巡警和看守式”的,而是与学生情感交流、对学生循循善诱的过程。当今的青少年学生与过去的学生相比,心理上有一个明显的变化,即希望班主任和他们打成一片,参与他们的各种活动,希望得到教师的尊重、爱护和关心,希望能直接得到班主任的多方面指点。班主任如果能抓住这一契机,深入学生,对他们充满热情,那么学生便会对他(她)产生心理认同,“亲其师,信其道”,教育也便成功了一半。 二、好班主任应勤于观察,即“目”勤 班主任要获得关于学生的第一手资料,就要事事留心、时时注意、处处发现,比如,在课堂上观察学生的注意状况、情绪表现、答题的正误和角度、作业的质量和速度,在课外活动中观察学生的活动能力、意志品质、个性倾向、人际关系和集体观念,在家访中观察学生的家庭表现、家长对子女的要求和教育方法,等等。全国优秀班主任毛蓓蕾老师从一个学生在课堂上露出的一丝怪笑,访到了该生与社会后进青年的秘密交往。姚亚平老师从家长为孩子系鞋带的极普通的小事,发现了独生子女教育的严重问题。可见优秀班主任总是一位优秀的观察家,他们不仅勤于观察,而且目光敏锐,能从学生的一举一动、一言一行,甚或是极微小的情绪变化上,感知学生的思想和心理状态,把握偶发事件的荫芽,及时采取针对性教育和防范措施。 “目”勤也有助于班主任从观察量的增加上把握对学生质的认识,每个学生都是一个独特而复杂的个体,在不同时间、不同场合、不同事情上的表现不尽相同,班主任只有经常地、有目的地反复观察学生相同与不同的方面,才能在大量感知材料的基础上,从外部的种种表象中洞悉学生内心世界的本质,也才能对学生的思想、行为作出实事求是的评价,进行“长善救失”的教育。 三、好班主任应勤于捕捉与学生交谈的机会,即“口”勤 班主任整天和学生打交道。一方面,在了解学生的过程中,“口”勤可弥补眼观之不足,拓宽获得学生信息的渠道,避免了解学生过程中的“晕轮效应”;另一方面,“口”勤在说服、教育学生的过程中,能收到巩固和强化学生知行的效果。 教育的过程是一个从晓理、动情到导行的过程,理的阐发、情的表达、行的引导,往往要借助于语言“媒介”来实现。称职的班主任无不与学生有大量的语言交流。他们或及时向学生传递国内外的最新信息,引导学生进行讨论;或提出敏感的人生问题供学生思考,给学生以有益的忠告;或对学生所表现出的积极态度和才能予以肯定和赞赏,对偶发事件进行艺术处理和巧妙的引导这些在学生思想、品德、学习、生活等诸方面无处不在、无所不包的“言传”而非空洞的说教,其熏陶和感染的作用是多方面而巨大的,切不可等闲视之。 四、好班主任应勤于用自己的双手给学生做出示范,即“手”勤 在学校,与学生接触最频繁的是班主任,学生受班主任的影响也最大。学生接受班主任的教育,不只听其言,还会观其行。班主任只有用行动做出榜样,使学生“耳濡”和“目染”。久而久之,才能产生影响学生的巨大效能。有一位班主任接了一个差班,学生大多有随手扔纸团、纸片的不良习惯,这位班主任既不批评,也不言语,而是躬身捡起印有泥迹的废纸,送到教室后面的“卫生角”。 从此后,教室地面开始清洁起来。在以后学校教室卫生随机检查中,该班积分总居榜首。正所谓“话说百遍,不如手做一遍”。学生工作面广量大,要想取得好效果,班主任必须抓住每一个“用手说话”的机会,做到手勤。比如,清除卫生死角时,首先扒开又烂又臭的陈年垃圾;放学了,随手
