Translation assistance (verbal and written); clerical and administration activities. Manage all daily departmental operation s in line with F&B Standards and Procedures. 岗位概述:为行政总厨办公室提供秘书服务, 协助翻译及行政管理工作。 依照餐饮 部政策及执行程序管理部门日常工作。Duties & Responsibilities:1. Provide secretarial services to Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations.2. Provide accurate verbal and written translation as and when needed in dealing with various situations with Associates, Guests, and Suppliers.3. Translate written items.4. Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.5. Arrange appointments and meetings for Executive Chef and record in diary.6. Maintain a filing and trace system.7. Type correspondence and documents and photocopy documents.8. Operate telephones.9. File and retrieve documents and information.10. Maintain up to date data on the Start Register.11. Assist with control and manage payroll, leave applications, all data concerning Kitchen associates12. Assist in coordinating the screening of all applicants for employment.13. Assist in the day-to-day administration of the Executive Chefs office.14. Assist to ensure all Banquet Event Orders, Amenity Requests, Personnel records are maintained accurately and secure.15. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail (including express services).16. Assist in Purchase stock/inventory according to purchasing procedures and specifications.17. Handle and store stock according to stock control procedures.18. Be aware of duty of care, and adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.19. Ensures associates complete a maintenance request form and sends it directly to the maintenance section for all repairs and servicing. 20. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors/managers of potential danger.21. Adhere to the hotels security and emergency policies and procedures.22. Be familiar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.23. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.24. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.25. Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Starwood & Westin standards.26. Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times.27. Analyze, evaluate and improve your personal performance on a continual basis.28. Apply hotel quality assurance principles.29. Abide by the Starwood & Westin Code of Conduct.30. Abide by the Starwood & Westin Associates Handbook.31. Abide by both the hotel and Starwood & Westin policies and procedures.32. Access and use Westin Human Resources Management system.33. Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.34. Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures.35. Work effectively in a team.36. Prepare and maintain files, reports, letter, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.37. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.38. Provide ongoing feedback on current internal Kitchen issues to Executive Chef and F&B Director.39. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.职责义务:1. 为行政总厨提供秘书服务。2. 在不同时候为员工,客人及供应商提供书面及口头翻译。3. 翻译书写种类。4. 保守机密。5. 帮助行政总厨安排会议并记录到日记中。6. 文件存档系统管理7. 打印回复、文件及复印资料。8. 接听电话。9. 存档文件和信息。10. 保存最新员工数据库。11. 协助管理、控制薪资和假期申请等相关员工数据。12. 协助筛选填好求职申请表的应聘者。13. 协助行政总厨办公室的如常工作。14. 确保获得最新的宴会定单,礼品单,人员记录。15. 协助处理进出信件。16. 根据采购程序及细则采购、存储物品。17. 根据库存程序存储物品。18. 清楚工作职责,执行饭店健康及安全法规、政策及执行程序。19. 确保员工完整的填写好请修单并直接转交维修部门以便维修服务20. 及时清除险情,向上极报告安全隐患。21. 遵守饭店安全及紧急情况政策及执行程序。22. 了解掌握饭店安全、急救及消防程序。23. 根据饭店要求记录安全事件、事故。24. 遵守饭店清洁及保养程序。25. 根据威斯汀及饭店标准保持个人仪表。26. 随时保持专业态度及行为。27. 不断分析、评估、提高个人工作表现。28. 遵守饭店质量保障原则。29. 遵守威斯汀商业行为准则。30. 遵守威斯汀员工手册。31. 遵守喜达屋及饭店政策和执行程序。32. 执行并运用威斯汀人力资源管理系统。33. 以专业的、积极的态度和各部门及员工建立亲密关系以促进团队精神及进行有效的双向沟通。34. 与具备不同文化背景的客人和同事进行有效沟通。35. 在团队中有效工作。36. 准备并保存文件、报告、信件、备忘录和其他相关商业文件。37. 保证所有报告和服务按时完成。38. 向餐饮总监及行政总厨提供最新的反馈意见。39. 执行上司交待的其他任务。Job Knowledge / Skill:1. Good at both oral and written English.2. Good at computer skill.3. Knowledge of office procedures and systems.专业知识技能:1. 英文口语及书写流利。2. 熟练使用电脑。3. 了解办公室工作程序及系统。Education:College graduate with English Degree or equivalent.
