2 再生电热 kw 91212 料管直径 mm 515151 10 4 功能描述 4 1工作原理 干燥部份 本机工作原理为除湿机把从烘料桶排出的湿热风收集 到转轮蜂巢 由转轮蜂巢把湿热风内的水份分离并从湿热风口 排出 使湿热风重新变成干燥风 由管路输送到烘料桶的进风 口 从而使原料达到使用要求 吸料部份 通过本机的吸风气泵对烘料桶上的真空料斗抽真空 使原料经吸料胶管填入烘料桶 填满后气泵停止工作 送料部份 通过本机的吸风气泵对注塑机上的料斗抽真空 使原 料经吸料胶管填入注塑机 填满后气泵停止工作 4 2产品特点 1 随着塑胶工业的日益发展 吸湿性较强的NYLO PC PET等工 程塑料被越来越广泛应用 随之而来的工程塑料干燥问题便成 了必须解决的问题 2 由于上述工程塑料受气候条件的影响很大传统的干燥机已无法 达到干燥要求 而这些工程塑料在成型前必须采用稳定性较高 的低露点风 32 以下 搭配适当的干燥温度才能保证其含水 率低于0 02 以下的要求 所以就必须使用除湿机 3 本机集除湿 干燥 吸料及送料功能为一体 多种功能集于一 体 操作方便 移动快捷 特别适合用于干燥要求较高 换料 较为频繁的工作场所 本机除湿系统采用蜂巢式除湿机 可确 保长时间稳定的低露点 11 5 安装说明 1 安装机器的位置必须考虑其它设备 物料堆放 维护工作的要 求 建议其四周保留适当的空间 2 在安装前 应先完成电源供应的布置工作 电源的电缆线能承 载功率应大于机器的总功率 3 机器的使用环境要求在干净整洁的室内 当干燥可能产生有毒 气体的原料时 请预留安装排气系统的空间 4 检查机器外观在运输过程中是否有损坏的地方 如有明显损 坏 请与工厂或销售商联系 5 1准备工作 4 本机除湿系统与供送料系统均为全密闭管路设计 保证除湿干 燥后的原料不再接触外界空气 免除了除湿干燥后的原料再次 受潮的可能性 12 5 2安装方法 1 连接耐热风管从干燥机排风口到除湿回风口 连接耐热风管从干 燥机风机入风口到除湿出风口 2 连接主电源电缆线至主电源 确定电网电源和本设备电压相 同 打开本设备控制箱内电源开关和主开关 再切入自动运转 开关 此时假如面板显示逆相 请切断电源后 交换主电源电 缆线之任意两条线的连接即可 3 当管路和电源正确的连接后 打开电源及 系统运转 开关 除湿机将自动开始运转 风机转向将不需要检查 因为本机有 加装逆相检测器 但如果拆卸过风机电源线 则必须检查所有 风机及气泵转向是否与本身箭头相符 4 本设备需有压缩空气方可正常工作 所以安装时必须用相匹配 的气管与设备后板上气管入口接头连接好 并保证压缩空气压 力在4 6Bar2范围内 5 本设备必须连接冷却水 冷却水进出口在设备背面有明确标 示 冷却水温度须低于35 压力达3 6Bar 流量60L Min 6 机器的运输及安装必须由指定的专业人士完成 并充分了解机 器的相关参数 2 机器在安装完成后使用前 必须清理干净机器并检查有无工具 及杂物遗忘在设备内 3 机器安装后需检查机器零件 电器元件及电线是否由于运输时 产生松动或脱落 如有请再紧固一次 完成后便可进入实际操 作 4 机器在安装时必须垂直安放且保证地面平实 5 请务必将保护接地线正确接地 以免发生触电事故 6 本机使用的电源有三相电或单相电 请按线头上的标识电压正确 联接 L1 L2 L3接相线 N接零线 PE接地线 接地电阻要求低 于0 1欧姆 7 主电源电压应在额定电压 10 频率应在额定频率 2 以 内 如果电源波动超过此范围不得开机 若强行开机而引起损 坏 将不在本公司保修范围之内 8 开机前应检查机器是否有异常 电源是否接妥 电压是否符合 要求 9 通电后如发现电机反转 请将电源相线的L1 L2调换位置连 接 10 操作人员在操作前必须经过必要的培训 内容包括 关于使用 本机时可能存在的危险 机器的工作原理 正确的使用方法 机器参数的调整和调整后可能产生的后果 关于机器的安全装 置及安全知识 任何对设备安全会造成损坏的活动都必须停 止 11 管理者有义务告知操作人员有关安全 操作性能方面的知识 工作时可能发生怎样的危险 以及怎样保护自身和机器安全的 措施 12 控制箱内温控表显示之温度为再生温度 此温度不允许用户调 整 出厂设定为180 固定值 6 2使用须知 16 1 干燥除湿功能使用方法 打开本设备控制箱内电源开关和面板上的 系统启动 开关 并将24小时定时器 见操作面板图 上的 功能开关 拔到 I 的位置关闭 定时 开关 设备开始运行 本机设有转轮检测装置 原理为利用转轮旁边之微动开关和控 制箱内之10min时间继电器可检测转轮是否在运转 所以控制箱 内之10min时间继电器不要乱调 出厂设定为10分钟 2 蜂巢转速的调整方法 马达最大转速在在50HZ是15rpm 调速器将此转速分为 100 所以转轮转速可被调为0 100 转轮转速将视不同 的原料决定其转速 理论上高转速可以有较高的除湿效果 但 本公司建议转轮转速最好设定在30 60 之间 且出厂已设 定为30 3 24小时定时功能使用方法 若要使用定时开机功能 请打开 定时 开关 不用时请关 闭 旋转定时器旋钮校对为当前实际时间 把定时器上之 功能开关 调到 状态 不用时调到 I 状态 将定时器上之开关齿按需要进行设定 开关齿往外按处为开 往内按处为关 每齿代表十五分钟 当定时器面盘上的小三角形指到 外按处 则机器开始运行 当定时器面盘上的小三角形指到 内按处 则机器停止工作 只要不重新对机器进行设定 机器将会一直按此设定间隔进行 工作 4 干燥温度设定方法 操作面板上的数显温控仪为干燥原料的使用温度 按仪表上的 键可改变设定值 最大设定值为180度 最小设定值为0度 用 户可根据实际需要进行设置 6 3使用方法 17 5 干燥除湿系统停机方法 关机时 应先将系统开关关闭 机器会延时5 10分钟后再关 风机 以避免电热管余温过高 损坏设备 切忌直接将总电源关 闭 6 吸料和送料的使用方法 A机吸料时间参数设定方法 当A和B都处于关闭状态时 长按 键秒 出现 H1 后松 开按键 之后显示框中显示闪烁数值 其值表示吸料时间的参 数 可以用 或 键来进行增减 调整完成后按 键确认 B机时间参数设定方法 当A和B都处于关闭状态时 长按 键秒 出现 H2 后松 开按键 之后显示框中显示闪烁数值 其值表示吸料时间的参 数 可以用 或 键来进行增减 调整完成后按 键确认 A机启动时关料阀工作时间参数设定 当A机和B机都处于关闭状态时 同时按 和 键3秒 当显示框中数值HF闪烁时 用 或 键来进行增减 参数设为 0 时 表示A机启动不开启关料阀门 调整完成后 松开按键 等待5秒后自动确认 B机启动时关料阀工作时间参数设定 当A机和B机都处于关闭状态时 同时按 和 键3秒 当显示框中数值LF闪烁时 用 或 键来进行增减 参数设为 0 时 表示B机启动不开启关料阀门 调整完成后 松开按键 等待5秒后自动确认 7 吸料和送料的启动和停止 键为A机的启动 停止键 按第一次 开启A机 同时A机吸料指示灯点亮成红色 此时如A 机缺料 则启动马达 开始吸料同时A机吸料指示灯变成绿色 按第二次 关闭A机 同时A机吸料指示灯熄灭 键为B机的启动 停止键 18 按第一次 开启B机 同时B斗吸料指示灯点亮成红色 此时如B 机缺料 则启动马达 开始吸料同时B机吸料指示灯变成绿色 按第二次 关闭B机 同时B机吸料指示灯熄灭 当A机出现缺料报警时 其对应的缺料指示灯点亮 表示A机缺 料 要解除可按 键关闭 当B机出现缺料报警时 其对应的缺料指示灯点亮 表示B机缺 料 要解除可按 键关闭 当发生马达过载后 则心须切断电源后 检查马达及电源 并 将热继电器复位后方可恢复正常工作 关料阀开启时间和吸料时间一定要调整适当 关料阀开启时间 太长 会造成吸料管堵塞 太短会造成储料斗吸不满 出厂设 定15秒 吸料时间太短 也会造成吸料管堵塞 出厂设25秒 参数设定时 必须先设定H1和H2 再设定HF和LF 因为HF最 大值受H1设定值限制 LF最大值受H2设定值限制 8 手动开闭关料阀 当需要手动打开关料阀时 只需点按一下开阀按键 关料阀就 会自动开启 再按一下关阀按键 关料阀会自动关闭 19 7 维修和保养 7 1 常见故障及排除 故障现象原因处理 电源灯不亮 1 机器电源开关没打开 或保险丝烧毁 打开电源开关 更换保险丝 逆相报警 2 的除湿机 检查露 点计是否有效 缺料报警 机器没有吸到 原料或无原料 或吸料管堵塞 添加原料或清 理管路 压缩空气不足报警 无压缩空气或 气压过低 检查压缩空气 21 7 2 维修注意事项 1 当机器工作中 并且温度很高时 请不要打开桶盖 以免发生 烫伤的危险 若必须打开桶盖 请关闭电热并等机器冷却后方 可进行 2 所有维护和修理工作都必须在主电源开关闭的状态下进行 必要 时请将切断开关用锁锁住 3 所有维修人员必须由指定的合格人员进行 维修人员进行维修 时都必须了解机器的性能及参数 4 维修后应经过仔细检查 确认一切正常后才能交付操作人员 并作好维修记录 7 3 保养 使用者需根据不同的使用情况来调整保养时间 不可在保养机器 的同时使用机器 每周清洗空气滤清器一次 取出滤清器 使用压缩空气清除盖子 和滤清器上粉尘 使用抹布擦拭空气滤清器桶壁 当取出空气 滤清器时
