Dept.记录Records相关作业文件Operation documents Start3.1 填写样品确认单 Fill the application formPU、EN or other dept.样品确认单3.2 确定需提交的文件并给出技术要求Determine the doc. & give out the requirements on product & inspectionEN样品确认单图纸、标准及相关技术要求文件 / & technical documents3.3提供样品确认单及相关技术文件给供应商 Transfer the form and documents to supplier PU, EN or others样品确认单图纸、标准及相关技术要求文件 / & technical documents3.4生产样品，准备相关文件、记录和报告 Make the proto-part & prepare the documents required Supplier3.5 提交样品和相关文件、记录和报告至PU或EN / Transfer the part & documents related to PU or EN etc.Supplier样品确认单及要求提交的文件和资料 & documents from supplier3.6 提交样品及必要的检测报告至QM/ Transfer the proto-part from supplier to QMPU、EN or others样品确认单及要求提交的文件和资料 & documents from supplier3.7进行样品检验和测试 / Inspect or test the proto-partQM样品确认单及检验报告 & inspection report3.8 给出确认意见后，将样品确认单交回EN / give the comments in and return it to EN QM、EN样品确认单及检验报告 & inspection report3.9 给出最终确认结果/ Give out the final decision for approval EN样品确认单3.10 将样品确认单返回给Return the form to QMEN样品确认单及相关文件记录, 样品检验报告 / and attached documents3.11 QM保留原件，复印一份至PU / Keep the form and enclosed documents on file and send a copy to PU QM样品确认单及相关文件记录, 样品检验报告 / and attached documentsEnd1. 目的 Purpose 明确样品确认的操作流程和要求，确保供应商供应的产品满足法律法规和公司要求。Determine the operation processes, responsibility and requirements on proto-type approval to ensure the product provided by the supplier meet the rule & law and companys requirements.2. 适用范围 Scope通常下列情况下必须进行样品确认，且样品确认需在正式批量采购前完成；Proto-part approval procedure must be carry out before mass purchasing under below listed situations:a. 拟长期供货的供应商/ The supplier with long time business relation；b. 新开发的物料正式批量采购前/ New part developedc. 新开发的供应商 New suppler developed；d. 准备向合格供应商第一次采购的物料 Part planed to be purchased from old qualified supplier first time。e. 可能存在某些要求难于用语言进行规定，而双方必须以样品进行确认并作为今后验收的依据时，如：特殊颜色、花样和表面纹理等项目。 For the part with some requirements is difficult to regulate by language, however, both sides must take the proto-part confirmation as the inspection standard in the future, such as special colors, pattern, surface veins, etc.如存在下列情况之一，可以不必进行样品确认，只进行出厂证明文件和相关检测报告的确认即可：For below listed situations, No need to carry out the proto-part approval procedure but the certification documents & relevant test report need to be checked.a. 在普通商业市场采购的具有品牌的通用商品物料，如钢板、灯管、普通标准紧固件 / Universal commodity materials purchased in the common business market with brand such as steel plate, lamp pipe, normal standard tight parts, etc.b. 拟采购物料为专业技术厂家生产，而工厂没有能力和条件进行检测的，如钢丝绳、导轨、玻璃等；/ The materials planning to be purchased from professional technical factory, and TEC ZS factory has no ability and condition to test, such as steel wire, guide rail, glasses, etc.c. 向已供应过同类简单机械零部件的合格供应商采购，且新采购的部件加工难度不大于已供应过的部件，如连接板、弯板和角钢等。/ The material is simple machine part and planning to be purchased from TEC ZS qualified supplier which already supplied similar simple machine part , also the manufacture process and devices of new part besides is not more difficult than the previous supplied parts, such as connecting plate, bend-plate and angle steel etc.3. 程序要求和职责 Procedure requirement and responsibilities3.1 由相关部门根据需求，提出样品确认申请并填写样品确认单。若是原有物料更换供应商时，由PU提出样品确认申请；新产品开发时，由EN提出样品确认申请。一个样品确认单只能填写一种规格和型号的物料（一个物号）。EN, PU or other depart should fill while necessary. For the case of change supplier for the original materials, PU shall be responsible for the form raised. When new part development, EN shall be responsible for the form sending out. Other dept. also can apply this procedure if necessary.3.2 样品确认单需由EN给出相关技术和检测要求，包括必须依据的图纸、各种标准等。EN还需在样品确认单上明确供应商必须提交的文件和报告。相关的检测要求应考虑工厂的检验和测试条件，并应最大程度地依据供应商的相关检测报告；EN shall provides relevant technical requirements in the , including the drawings and technical standards etc. EN also needs to specify the necessary document & report provided by the supplier with the .3.3 样品确认发起部门必须在样品设计和制造之前，将样品确认单及相关技术文件提交供应商，以便供应商按要求生产样品并准备相关的文件和测试报告；Before the proto-part design and manufacture, the application department shall transfer the enclosed all documents to the supplier, in order to the supplier make the goods and prepare the relevant reports accordingly.3.4 供应商需按要求生产样品，并准备相关的过程质量控制文件和检测报告。Supplier shall make the part and prepare relevant process quality control document & testing report as requirements.3.5 供应商提交样品至样品确认申请部门（EN或PU），要求的相关文件需一并提交。The supplier should provide the part and the documents to application department of TEC.3.6 PU或EN收到样品后，在样品确认单上记录送样时间，并将样品及所有技术要求文件提交QM。After received the part, the application dept. EN should record the time then transfer the part and all required technical document to QM.3.7 QM按EN的技术要求进行必要的检验和测试，对于工厂没有条件检测的项目，应外协检测。QM shall inspect and test the part according to the technical requirements from EN. For the inspection or test items what the factory has no condition to do, QM shall contract out the inspection work.3.8 QM检验员填写样品检验报告，QE工程师进行确认并在样品确认单上给出意见，经QM经理审核签字后，将检验报告和样品确认单交EN做最终确认。当出现本程序2-e条的情况时，QM应封存样品，作为今后比对的依据。QM inspector shall provide the inspection report to the quality engineer, and then QE shall confirm the results. After reviewed by QM manager, the shall be sent to EN for final confirmation. In the case of item 2-e above, QM should keep the proto-part as the standard of inspection in the future. 3.9 EN应认真分析QM的检测结果及供应商提交的文件和记录，在样品确认单上给出最终确认结果，并经过经理批准。EN shall analyze QMs inspection results and the documentations from supplier, then give the final approval comments, EN manager shall review and sign. 3.10 EN负责将样品确认单及所有相关文件和资料的原件一并交回QM。如果样品检测不合格，由样品确认申请部门评估决定是否要求供应商改进后从新送样。第二次送样的情况，样品确认申请部门不必重新填写样品确认单，只需从QM取回原样品确认单，填写二次送样的相关信息，交QM进行检验即可。After all processes are finished, EN shall return the to QM, if the part dont pass the inspection or test, the application dept. shall decide whether ask the supp
