S: We should have a balanced diet /have a healthy lifestyle / relax / listen to music /read /take exercise . . .T: Yeah, many methods we can choose. I think we should take more exercise. Do you like taking exercise?S: Yes / No T: In fact, it is necessary for us to do some exercise. It can help us to lose weight and improve our body, keep healthy. Besides it can enrich our life in our spare time. So it can benefit us a lot. However, there are some rules we should obey when we take exercise. Such as dont play football in the rain.
