文档简介

Independent spirit about Jane Eyer This is a story about a special woman whose name is Jane Eyer. She has been exposed to a hostile environment but constantly and fearlessly struggling for ideal life. She sets a good example for us of the independent sprit. When I read the story, I was deeply impressed by her encouragement and belief. After we refer to the name “Jane Eyer”, I think, everyone has his own feelings. But the common thing we can read from the story is the spirit of the story remain-to be an independent person, both in physically and mentally. She lost her parents when she was very young, and her aunt ,the only relative she had treated her badly. It just seemed as she was a rag. Janes education in Iowood Orphanage began, she didnt get what she expecting-simple be regarded as a common person, just the same as any other girls around. This suffering experience made her know more about life, and be dignity over anything. As a reward of revolting the ruthless oppressions, Jane got the change to be a tutor in Thornfield Garden. There she made acquaintance of lovely. Adele and that gardens owner, Rochester, a man with warm heart in despite a cold face outside. Jane expected to charge her life from then on. After Jane and Rochester feel in love with each other, she sadly found that Rochester had had a legal wife, who seemed to be the shadow following Rochester and led to his moodiness all the time. Rochester was also a person who was in need of salvation. Jane didnt want to give him a hand, however, she made up her mind to leave because she didnt want to betray her own .Principles she was Jane Eyer. Actually, she wasnt pretty, and of course, the ordinary appearance didnt make others feel good of her, even her own aunt felt disgusted with it. And some others even thought that she was easy to look down on and to tease. But as the little governess had said: Do you think, because I am poor, obscure, plain, and little, I am soulless and heartless? You think wrong! This is the idea of equality in Jane Eyres mind. God hadnt given her beauty and wealth, but instead, God gave her a kind mind and a thinking brain. Her idea of equality and self-respect impress us so much and let us feel the power inside her body.I dont know what others feel but personally speak, I would rather regard the section that Jane began hear teaching job in Thornfield as the storys end-especially when I heard Janes words “Never in my life have I been awaken so happily.” For one thing, this idea and brandnew beginning of life was what Jane had been imagining for long as a suffering person .For another, this is should be what the audiences with my own hope.,to wait for a totally different result: There must be something wrong coming with the excellent-perhaps not only should on other section be added to enrich the story ,but also we may see the next transition of Janes life that “Life is as box of chocolates, you can never know what you would get.” In this era of rapid social and technological change leading to increasing life complexing and psychological displeasure, both psychical and mental effect on us, call for a balance. we are likely to find ourselves bogged down it the sargasso sea of information overload. Its our spirit hat make the life meani
