The most humanoid of the planets inhabitants are the Navi, and it is the struggle between the Navi and human interlopers that forms the core narrative of the film. My own interpretation of their conclusions is that they point very clearly to the authenticity of the video”The American security firm Blackwater have raised a settlement in a series of lawsuit brought over a killing of Iraqi civilians. The amount of the settlement is not be disclosed. Blackwater which has since changed its name to Xe said it could not move on under new management. Jenner Bryon reports from Washington.The lawsuits were seeking compensation for Iraqis killed in several shooting between 2006 and 2007,allegedly involving Blackwater contractors. One of the lawsuits accused the companys founder Erik Prince of allowing a culture in which a heavily armed private army with allowed to roam the streets of Baghdad killing innocent civilians. Last week criminal charges against the individuals alleged involved were dropped when a judge said prosecutors had comprised the case and fair trail was not possible.The US justice apartment said the two former employees of Blackwater have been charged in connection with the murder of Afghan citizens in Kabul. The suspect allegedly fired on two afghan men at a scene of road accident, they have said they acted in self defense.World news from the BBC. Medical staff in the Somalia capital Mogadishu say at least 12 people have been killed in clashes between Islamic soldiers and government pro government forces. Reports says the soldiers fired shells into the excite district which is controlled by the insurgents in response to a motor attack on the presidential palace. The BBC has learned that two senior Burma officials have been sentenced to death for leaking details of secret government visit to Russia and north korea and of military tunnels that allegedly built in Burma by the North Korea. It is thought the tunnels now under construction are intended to house communications systems ,weapons factory and troops In the event of invasion. The European union has announced that its satellite navigation system Galileo will start operating in 2014. Rescue workers will be the first to use it with other services road out over the following years. Mark Gregory reports. The Galileo project is already way over budget in several years late. Two years ago it was nearly scraped,but now the first commercial contract has been announced. A clear signal that Europe alternative to the American GPS satellites locating net work will go ahead. The German company OHB System will supply 14 satellites,the French group Arianespace will launch them into orbit,Starting in October 2012. it is Europes largest ever venture in space. Alex Capstick reports from Angola.Its now believe the incident took place at the border between Congo and Angola, one of the players on the bus had just entered Angola when a group of armed gunmen opened fire. He said they were under their seat for 20 minutes trying to avoid the bullets. The bus driver has been killed, but is not clear how many others have been injured. The Minister for Cabinda said rebels carried out the attack.The separatist group Flec say they did it. The Togo Football Federation has failed to inform the organizers they were travelling overland to Cabinda with no security.The Nigerian accused of attempting to blow up an American airliner on Christmas Day in the United States has pleaded not guilty in his first appearance in court. Mr.Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab has been indicted on 6 charges, including the attempted murder of the 290 passengers and crew on the airliner. Our correspondent Matthew Price was in court in Detroit. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab walked into court with slight lame, perhaps is the result of injury he sustained, perhaps because of the leg-iron he was wearing. His lawyer told the judge he was entrying a plea of not guilty to all the charges against him.A judge in Argentina has ordered the reinstatement of the head of the Central Bank Martin Redrado and blocked to attempts by President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner to use fund reserves to pay the national debt.
