May be you can ask yourself frequently.“Am I have any “soft spots”?”if you do,try to find them and make some effort to identify the weaknesses,then try to do better tomorrow.The last is “hold out a carrot”,whatever your work needs,always hold out a reward for your achievement. If you want to reach the top of the mountain, you have to keep climbing up step by step and overcome all the difficulties during the way. There is no easy way to climb up without paying. In order to master piano, you have to practice scales everyday to strengthen your fingers no matter how boring it is; to learn a foreign language well, you have to start with the very basics and learn step by step. All these achievements, you know, its not about a single moment of inspiration or brilliance, its about years and years of hard work and practice. When it comes to success, there are no shortcuts.To clarify my view, I would like to give an example. Michael Jordan, the basketball superstar, its easy for you to see his achievements. However, what you dont see is the price of blood and sweat that he has paid on the court in order to come out on top.
