NOV. 2011Doc No:319000-3A106-IFC-CM8896-011、 概述GeneralThis article offers guideline for the lifting of LINE 1 DUCT CE1CB05.此方案描述了1号线CE1CB05风管的吊装方法。2、参考文件REFERENCE DOCUMENTSEK公司给的图纸Drawings by EK。319000-00300-A2001-4100-0007-50263、施工内容 Items to be installedLifting the duct CE1CB05 to install height.把风管吊装到安装高度。4、吊装注意事项LIFTING PRECAUTIONST4.1 All the heavy lifting equipment, slings and pulleys must be subject to careful calculation and inspection prior to use.施工前，所有起重搬运机具、钢丝绳和滑轮等，必须经过检验和验算，证明确实可靠后方可使用。4.2 Operation for the heavy equipment must strictly follow the safety rules relevant to operation and construction.操作起重机械，必须严格遵守安全操作规程及有关施工安全规定。4.3 The equipment shall be lifted according to the sling point specified by the anufacturer. If such hoisting position is not clearly stated, center of gravity shall be determined.起吊设备时，必须按设备出厂标志的吊装位置起吊，无明显标志时，应事先找好重心，确定受力部位。4.4 When 2 or more slings are used for lifting, each sling shall take equal stress; the angle between perpendicular and stress direction shall be no bigger than 300用两根以上的钢丝绳起重时，每根钢丝绳受力应均匀，并与垂线所成的夹角不得大于300。4.5Slings for equipment lifting shall not contact directly with the corners and finish surface of the equipment. Pads shall be applied on these points, in order to prevent damage to the finish surface and wire.吊装绳索不能与设备的加工面或棱角处直接接触，必须垫以木板、胶皮等物，以防损坏加工面和切断吊装绳索。5、安装前准备PREPARE FRONT OF INSTALL 5.1Review the drawings； 图纸是否已经熟悉； 5.2Temporary placement & identification of the members； 设备构件的临时摆放位置，找到构件；5.3Check for the quantity, size & direction of the members； 核对构件的数量、尺寸、方向。6、吊装步骤LIFTING STEPS 6.1Firstly, we should conform the quality of the welding lug again. 首先，我们应该再次确认焊接吊耳质量合格； 6.2Prepare method statement as per drawing and get approved by signature from relevant dep. 根据图纸信息制定施工指导书，并得到相关部门的签字确认； 6.3Technical instruction and JSA shall be provided specifically to workers involved according to the lifting plan. 根据所指定的吊装方案，有针对性的对作业人员进行技术交底及JSA分析； 6.4Rquest for lifting gears 、spreader and 600t (CC2800) crawler crane100t crawler crane (SCC1000) from SARENS, and transport them on site. 向SARENS申请吊索具、扁担、600t和100t的起重机并倒运至现场； 6.5 Transport the part to be lifted to the workplace and install warning signage. Recheck the location of lifting points to make sure safety. 把所需吊装的构件倒运至现场作业区域，并用警示带维护。以及再次复查吊点的分布情况，确保吊点的安全性； 6.6Allocate workers involved appropriately, and ensure they are familiar with drawing and lifting plan. Shackles, slings and spreader bars etc. should be prepared accord- -ing to technical information on the lifting drawing, and rechecked by field rigging engineer and safety personnel. 合理分配吊装工作人员，确保其熟悉图纸及吊装方案。按照吊装方案上面的技术信吊 装卡环、吊带、扁担等吊索具，准备完毕后还要得到现场专业起重工程师及安全人 的再次审查，确保万无一失； 6.7Prior to lifting, familiarize crane driver with lifting plan and work details, and signal- -man from our part shall communicate with corresponding personnel from SARENS to make sure of same signature. Only signalman can send lifting signal to SARENS. 吊装前，确保吊车司机明白我方的吊装方案及所涉及到的工作内容，我方的信号人 提前与SARENS的信号人员沟通好，保证统一的信号手势。并且我方只有信号人 才能给SARENS提供吊装信号；6.8 According to the lifting direction, the 600t crawler crane and the 100t truck crawler crane are to be used together, the two cranes should be lifting the equipment together, till the equipment leave ground a certain height, now unload the 100t crawler crane slowly till the equipment are completely held by the 600t crawler crane. 根据吊装指导，600t的履带吊和100t履带吊配合，同时吊起吊装的设备直到设备离开地面一定的高度，让后100t履带吊缓慢卸载，直到600t履带吊完全受力吊起设备。6.9 A chain block should be used as planed to adjust duct until equipment reached a suitable angle for installation. 用倒链调整吊起的设备到适合现场安装的角度。6.10 There shall be two or three people to hold the wind rope ensuring that equipment penetrates smoothly and exactly through structure holes after equipment is lifted up to t
