白云机场地勤员工工作满意度研究(2007级工商企业管理本科 张莉楠)中 文 摘 要高素质且稳定的员工队伍是企业保持高速、持续发展所必须的，是企业制胜的一个重要法宝，调查白云机场地勤员工工作满意度可以诊断机场人力资源管理的现状，了解他们的需求，提出有针对性的管理措施，避免人力资源危机的产生。地勤员工工作满意度水平高，对工作就可能持积极的态度；反之，则对工作就可能持消极的态度。这对于机场建立“以人为本”的管理理念有深刻意义。本文通过对白云机场地勤员工工作满意度分析，试图分析地勤员工工作满意度所存在的问题并提出相关建议。通过问卷对白云机场地勤员工工作满意度现状进行了调查，运用SPSS软件对调查结果进行了深入分析，掌握了机场地勤员工工作满意度的基本情况和存在的问题。改进地勤员工的工作方式，完善机场地勤员工的在职培训，开展机场地勤员工的职业生涯管理，同时建设优良的机场文化，改善经济性薪酬体系，这样才能把机场地勤员工工作满意度引向较高的水平。关键词：机场地勤员工；工作满意度；人力资源管理AbstractHigh quality and stable staff teams are the main factors that enterprise maintains high speed, sustained development and an important magic weapon which the enterprise subdues. Investigating White Clouds Airport grounds duty staffs the work degree of satisfaction so that we can diagnose the airport human resources managements present situation and understand their demand, proposing the target-oriented management measure to avoid the production of human resources crisis. The ground duty staffs degree of satisfaction level is high, which means that these staffs hold the positive manner to their work. Otherwise, they will hold the negative manner to the work. This research has the profound significance to the airport to establish “humanist” the management idea.Through the analysis about White Clouds Airport grounds duty staffs the work degree of satisfaction, this article trying to analyze the problem exist in grounds duty staffs the work degree of satisfaction and provide some relative proposal.
