连拱温室大棚设计方案(环境科学与工程学科)一、连拱温室大棚设计方案说明根据临安的气候温度、湿度、光照等自然因素并为兼顾作物的生长需要,本连拱温室大棚设计并采用GLP-622型温室,该温室采用PEP利得膜覆盖,适合当地的气候特点。温室主体采用热镀锌钢架结构,外型美观、经济实用。二、连拱温室大棚设计方案说明连拱温室大棚主体:骨架采用双面热镀锌低碳钢架结构,温室的侧窗可根据天气冷暖变化而人为采取通风或关闭。 连拱温室大棚所有钢件全部为内外壁热镀锌,内外壁有完整的镀锌层,镀锌层厚度0.08,铁件无任何明显的锐角毛刺存在。连拱温室大棚设计方案说明一、 连拱温室大棚总体设计方案:1、连拱温室大棚型号:GLP-622型连栋薄膜温室。2、性能指针:(1) 抗风载荷:0.40 KN/m2(2) 抗雪载荷:0.20 KN/m2(3) 最大排雨量:110 mm/h。(4) 电参数:220V, 50HZ, PH1/380V, 50HZ, PH3。3、连拱温室大棚面积: 温室屋脊走向为南北向山墙长:6米2栋=12米 侧墙长:3米7间=21米面积为: 252平方米 4、连拱温室大棚规格: (1)屋顶形式:单弧拱型。 (2)骨架:热镀锌低碳钢材。(3)温室框架: 跨度6米,开间3米,拱杆间距0.6米,肩高2.5米,顶高3.7米。5、连拱温室大棚结构参数:(1)主立柱:采用60802 mm热镀锌矩形管, 镀锌厚度0.080.10 mm。(2)侧面立柱:采用50302mm热镀锌矩形管, 镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(3)端面立柱:采用40402mm热镀锌矩形管, 镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(4)温室拱杆:采用221.5 mm热镀锌圆管,镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(5)水平拉杆:温室每隔3米加一根水平拉杆,采用221.5 mm热镀锌矩形管,镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。 (6)吊杆:每根水平拉杆上部设一根吊杆,采用221.5mm热镀锌圆管,镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。 (7)顶纵杆:采用221.5 mm热镀锌圆管,镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(8)端水平斜撑:采用402mm热镀锌圆管,镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(9)天沟:采用1.45mm冷弯镀锌板,大截面可抗140mm/小时的雨量。(10)端面横档:采用30302mm热镀锌矩形管, 镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(11)剪刀撑:采用12热镀锌圆管,镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(12)框架卡槽:采用0.7mm的热镀锌大卡槽。(13)卡簧:采用70#碳素钢丝2mm,镀塑层厚度0.080.10mm。(14)门上横梁:采用50402mm热镀锌矩形管, 镀锌厚度0.080.10mm。(15)门:温室南北端面各设一扇推拉移动门,规格约为2.0m2.0m。选用温室专用铝合金型材,密封保温性好,覆盖物为薄膜。(16)基础: 温室立柱基础为180180700的点式独立(混凝土现浇)基础;四周砖砌圈梁高0.3米,宽0.24米,其中零线以下0.1米,;温室四周设0.6米宽散水坡。(17)室外排水方式:温室采用单面排水,落水斜度7。落水管采用PVC塑料管,直径110 mm。 6、连拱温室大棚的覆盖材料:(1)顶部:温室顶部采用PEP利得膜覆盖,厚度0.15mm,质保期3年。(2)四周:温室四周采用PEP利得膜覆盖,厚度0.15mm,质保期3年。7、连拱温室大棚的通风系统(1)四周通风:温室四周设手动卷膜窗,并带有自锁装置,能自由停留在任意高度,卷膜高度1.8米以上,凡开窗处装有25目防虫网。(2)压膜线:温室开窗处安装压膜线。8、连拱温室大棚配电系统(1)供配电及接地
