Cost of actual spare parts will be reflected in the maintenance order在货物出库的过程中，备件的费用能自动准确的进入维修工单里。 Spare part costs can be automatically posted into maintenance order at the goods issue process工厂的维修的KPI考核报告，如PMR%, 额外时间和劳动力的使用等，能从工单上被准确的计算出来。 系统能轻易而准确的产生这些KPIs考核报告。Maintenance KPIs such as plant attainment, PMR%, overtime and labor utilization should be calculated directly from the work orders. It should be possible to generate reports containing these KPIs from the system with ease and accuracy4完成维修工作后，在维修工单技术关闭之前，需要将每个维修通知单进行更新，并将通知单进行关闭。Each notification will be updated with technical information (e.g. object part, and damage cause) and change the status to NOCO (notification completed) after finish the maintenance works 5IW42工单确认中的“记账日期”为工单中发生的费用记账的日期。6.上月在SAP系统中进行的IW42工单确认，本月若因其它原因需要进行工单确认取消，然后再进行工单确认时，必须注意将过账日期更改为上月的日期，否则，财务的帐目将不平。1.10. 改进分析Improvement Analysis 1该流程要求将维修活动的具体情况，如故障的实际原因，备件的耗用，工时等进行记录、审核，并录入系统。使其作为设备历史信息，为日后设备的故障原因分析，及工作中心的能力的评价提供依据；The process require recording the detail of the maintenance activity, e.g, the cause of failure, and man-hour etc. The information in the SAP system will be the history of the equipments, which will make analyzing the cause of equipment failure and work center capability evaluation more convenient.2能够获得维修成本的详细资料，如原材料的费用，劳动力费用及外委的服务费用。 Cost of maintenance works can be captured in details including: labor cost, external service cost, material cost.3同时录入系统的信息也便于对第三方维修队伍进行评估。Meanwhile the information in the SAP syetem is good to evaluate the external maintenance service.1.11. 业务原则Business rules 无 None1.12. 其他相关文档Cross reference to other documentsNo.文档名称Ref.
