乡镇综合信息系统论文：江油市三合镇综合信息系统分析与设计【中文摘要】三合镇以江油市首批乡镇信息化综合信息服务试点为契机,全面启动乡镇综合信息化系统建设。其中乡镇综合信息系统建设以“乡镇信息化综合信息服务平台”为核心,通过搭建这一平台,实现乡镇信息的资源整合与共享,加强乡镇信息资源开发,着力建好乡镇信息化。乡镇综合信息化主要是以乡镇电子政务系统的构建逐步实施。通过乡镇综合信息化平台将包括乡镇电子政务系统、乡镇农业信息管理系统、农村合作医疗信息系统等,将涉及乡镇的各系统纳入一个总体平台下。本论文将结合实际参与的三合镇乡镇综合信息化系统项目来讨论如何构建总体信息平台。乡镇综合信息化平台的功能实现、总体结构设计、乡镇综合信息服务平台门户网站的实现,应用系统的总体规划,以及数据库的设计。本论文首先分析了当前Web应用软件开发的体系结构和设计模式。最后采用了基于J2EE的Struts+Spring+Hibernate多层体系结构,建立乡镇信息化综合信息服务平台。目前,三合镇综合信息系统已经实现部分功能,基本达到了设计目标。本文通过对三合镇乡镇信息化综合信息服务平台的研究和设计,为农民和乡镇提供全面的、快捷的、及时的服务,同时为探索出一条适合乡镇信息化建设的模式提供了一种新的思路。【英文摘要】Sanhe Town, Mianyang City, the first integrated township of information as an opportunity to pilot information service, started construction in towns and information systems.
