When come, you should have a certificate of good health issued by your native official hospital After come here, you have to undergo and pass the medical examinations conducted by the Chinese government authorities. In case, you could not pass the medical examinations you will be sent back to your country at your own expense. Party A doesnt shoulder the responsibility to withhold and remit taxes for Party B.3.6 工作满一年后享受有薪年假假期_ _15天（含按照中国法律法规规定的年假以及中华人民共和国法定假期及和休息日），年假此假期须提前一个月向上级主管部门申请，且一次性休完。甲方将提供乙方免费往返来自地方的交通费_ _ _ 一次，并凭发票报销。如放弃休年假，经餐厅总经理批准，公司给予30天薪金作为补偿按照法律规定员工书面放弃休年假的，可不给于补偿。年假不可累计。After one full years service, you are entitled to _ _ _ 15 annual holidays(including 10days China public holidays rest days),annual holidays must be applied to your department head one-month in advance, and you could only take leave in one block. Electricity, water and gas allowance of your housing are RMB per month, over is your own expense.四、 雇佣合同的解除和终止 Contract Cancellation and Termination4.1 合同期满双方不再续签或者双方约定的合同终止条件出现时，本合同即终止。This contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.4.2 经合同双方当事人协商一致，本合同可以解除。The contract may be canceled based on both parties mutual negotiation.4.3 乙方应遵守中国政府的法律、法规及有关规定，乙方如违反上述规定，甲方有权即时解除合同；乙方因健康原因，经医生证明连续病休15工作日后仍不能继续工作，请参照医疗期的有关规定甲方有权提前终止合同。Party B should abide by China laws, decrees and related regulations and Party As working systems. During the duration, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract in case Party B violates China laws and decrees, and terminate the contract before expiration in case Party B cannot resume his or her work for health reasons after the medical certification of continuous sick rest for 15 working days.4.4 乙方因归国或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超过三天且未提前向甲方做出书面说明的，本合同自动终止，并且甲方不向乙方支付任何补偿。The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 3 days without written explanation due to homecoming or other private reasons. 4.5 乙方被证明无法完成本合同项下的工作任务有具体的工作要求和说明，甲方有权随时解除本合同。 In case Party B is proved to be not competent for the work under the contract, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract at any time.4.6 乙方应严格遵守甲方的工作规定以及规章制度，尽职尽责，否则，甲方有权随时解除合同并追究因此而造成的经济损失，并有权对所造成的经济损失在乙方的报酬工资中作相应扣除。Party B should abide by Party As working systems, rules and regulations.
