金匮肾气丸论文：金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病大鼠睾酮、性激素结合球蛋白及一氧化氮的影响【中文摘要】以传统中医学理论为指导,通过动物实验研究,观察金匮肾气丸对雄性2型糖尿病大鼠的雄激素水平和性功能的影响,并探讨其作用机理。方法：雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分成4组：正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、金匮肾气丸组,采用腹腔注射STZ的方式造模,正常对照组及模型组每日给予生理盐水灌胃,阳性对照组每日给予二甲双胍及万艾可灌胃,金匮肾气丸组每日给予二甲双胍及金匮肾气丸灌胃,连续给药4周,于末次给药12h后空腹测血糖、血脂、睾酮(T)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果：金匮肾气丸组及阳性对照组血糖均明显低于模型组(P0.01),与正常组无显著差异性；金匮肾气丸组及阳性对照组T及NO均明显高于模型组(P(0.05),两组之间没有区别；阳性对照组SHBG明显高于正常组(P0.05),而金匮肾气丸组与正常组无显著差异性；阳性对照组治疗后甘油三酯水平明显下降(P0.05),与正常组无显著差异性；治疗后各组胆固醇均无显著差异性。结论：2型糖尿病可导致雄性SD大鼠性激素水平下降,而金匮肾气丸能有效改善雄性2型糖尿病大鼠的雄激素水平和提高性功能,但对血脂无明显降低作用,表明金匮肾气丸长于行肾气而无明显化痰湿的作用。【英文摘要】Abstract:Guided by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, use the way of animal experimental study, to observe if the Jinkui Shenqi(金匮肾气)pill can improve the androgen levels and enhance sexual functiona on type 2 diabetic rats, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:40 SD male rats were divided into four groups randomly:normal control group、model group、positivecontrol group、Jinkui Shenqi pill treated group.The rats were injected in abdominal cavities with streptozotocin to makeType 2 diabetes model.Physiological saline was irrigated into the stomachs of the rats in the normal control group and model group,metformin and vigra were irrigated into the stomachs of the rats in the positivecontrol group,metformin and Jinkui Shenqi pill were irrigated into the stomachs of the rats in the Jinkui Shenqi pill treated group.After four weeks, fasting blood glucose、testosterone、nitric oxide were tested.Result:The GLU of Jinkui Shenqi pill treated group and positivecontrol group were significantly higher than model group (P (0.01), and has no difference with normal control group; the testosterone and nitric oxide of Jinkui Shenqi pill treated group and positivecontrol group were significantly higher than model group (P0.05), and there is no difference between the two groups; the SHBG of positivecontrol group was significantly higher than normal control group(P 0.05),and there is no difference between the Jinkui Shenqi pill treated group and normal control group; Triglyceride after treatment of positivecontrol group was fallen significantly (P 0.05), and there is no difference between the positivecontrol group and normal control group; There is no difference between groups of cholesterol after treatment.Conclusion:The Jinkui Shenqi pill can effectively improve the androgen levels and enhance sexual functiona on type 2 diabetic rats, but no decrease of lipids,these show that the Jinkui Shenqi pill can effectively promote shenqi and do not effect dissolver of phlegmy wet.【关键词】金匮肾气丸 糖尿病 睾酮 性激素结合球蛋白 一氧化氮【英文关键词】Jinkui Shenqi pill diabetes testosterone sex hormone binding globulin nitric oxide【目录】金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病大鼠睾酮、性激素结合球蛋白及一氧化氮的影响摘要7-8Abstract8前言9-11第一部分 理论研究11-251 中医对糖尿病性性腺功能减退症的认识11-171.1 病因病机11-151.2 辩证分型15-161.3 中医药治疗16-172 西医对糖尿病性性腺功能减退症的认识17-242.1 发病机制17-182.2 诊断标准18-192.3 治疗19-243. 问题与展望24-25第二部分 实验研究25-361. 研究内容25-321.1 一般材料和方法25-271.2 结果与分析27-322
