协 议 书发包方： （以下简称甲方）承包方： （以下简称乙方）资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途为了加快咸宁市淦河水生态修复及综合整治工程地进度,现将该工程临时道路施工及施工仓库承包给乙方施工建设,经甲乙双方平等、自愿协商,一致达成如下协议：资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途1、由乙方协调好环卫、城管及周边地社会关系,甲方概不负责.2、一切安全事故由乙方自行负责.3、承包方式：包工包料.4、结算价格：该工程地临时道路约700米,以每米80元包干地价格.仓库约300平方米,每平方200元包工包料.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途5、付款方式：工程完工后,甲方验收合格后,一次性付清.6、施工过程中,如因乙方原因造成工程停工或不能继续,乙方有权另找他人施工,前期工程量按50%结算.7、工期：从本协议签字之日起, 30个日历天内完工.如超过工期,所剩工程量甲方自行处理,所产生地费用从乙方总工程价中扣除.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途8、合同签字后,次日乙方必须开工,否则合同无效.9、本协议一式两份,甲、乙双方各持一份.甲方： 乙方： 年 月 日版权申明本文部分内容，包括文字、图片、以及设计等在网上搜集整理.版权为个人所有This article includes some parts, including text, pictures, and design.
