Interest Is the Best Teacherthere is a saying saysinterest is the best teacher. it also means that you will learn better if you are interested in it. its a matter of fact. i will give you my opinions in the following .lets have a clear definition of interest. what is interest? interest means hobby. life will be boring and dreary if one lives a life without any hobby. hardly anyone is a man without any interest. for instance, some ones like singing, some like painting, some like playing games, some like handwriting ,etc. no matter what his hobby is ,he must devote himself into this field because he likes it.for example , i was very interested in hard nib calligraphy when i was a teenager. my idlo was PangZhonghua at that time. i admired his handwriting very much and i regarded his works as works of arts. i began my trainning of hard nib calligraphy . i was so addicted in it that i was not willing to do other things even though its time for meals or go to bed. owing to my interest and hard training, my hard nib calligraphy made a great process after a period of time. from then, our teachers began let me help them write some articles. i was one of the three best students on hard nib calligraphy before i graduated from my senior high school.when i was at grade six, i was not good at english especially on grammar, i often felt shamed while my english teacher asked me to answer some questions about grammer. once by accident, i got an english grammar book form my sister. i read some lines and found it was so easy with a bit of funs and techniques in it. then i read the grammar book as long as i was free. some weeks later, my english was improved to be the No.2 of our class and among the top three in our school.there is another example of my own. its no need to detail it here. in a whole, if you have a interest on something, do it and persist it to the end until you succeed in it.The importance of extensive reading in learning EnglishWith the development of modern society and globalization, English has become more and more importance.
