灵宝背靠背换流站简介灵宝换流站是西北华中联网直流背靠背输电工程的核心,地处河南三门峡灵宝市焦村镇,位于华中电网的最西北端,距华中电网的紫东变电站400米,距西北电网的罗敷变电站82公里;是中国第一个背靠背直流输电工程项目,站内总投资6亿元,是国家计委确立的直流输电自主设计、自主生产的国产化依托、验证和示范工程。灵宝背靠背换流站额定直流功率360MW,最大输送功率可达390MW,功率可双向传输。交流220kV系统、330kV系统均采用单母线接线方式。220kV侧通过灵紫线和紫东变电站相连,线路长度500米, 330kV侧分别通过罗灵线和罗敷变电站相连,线路长度93千米,220kV交流场包括:一组电抗器、三组HP12/24滤波器、两组HP3滤波器、两组并联电容器,进线一回、换流变压器支路一回;330kV交流场包括:一组电抗器、三组HP12/24滤波器、一组HP3滤波器、三组并联电容器、进线一回、换流变压器支路一回。换流变采用单相三绕组形式,单台容量均为143.6MVA,每侧的三台换流变通过外部连线实现了Yy12接线和Yd11接线,和换流阀一起构成12脉动桥。直流系统额定电压120kV, 330kV侧换流阀采用基于ABB技术的ETT阀,220kV侧换流阀采用基于SIEMENS技术的LTT阀,两侧阀由直流母线串接平波电抗器相连。直流控制保护系统由南瑞继保有限公司和许继继保有限公司分别提供的直流控制保护系统。两套控制系统采用分时运行,相互独立,互不依赖。两套系统通过重动切换实现对换流站的分时控制。交流保护系统分220kV侧和330kV侧交流保护,分为滤波器、并联电容器、并联电抗器、换流变、母线、线路保护,所有保护采用双重化冗余配置,同时运行,信号同时供给南瑞和许继测控系统。灵宝换流站于2003年2月开工建设,历经土建、设备安装调试、分系统调试、站系统调试和系统调试, 2005年4月11日11时58分直流系统成功解锁,实现了华中电网和西北电网的联网。2005年6月25日21时,灵宝换流站南瑞系统168小时大负荷试运行成功结束,2005年7月3日5时,灵宝换流站许继系统168小时大负荷试运行顺利完成,2005年8月,灵宝换流站正式投入商业运行。灵宝换流站正式投运实现了西北电网和华中电网的非同步联网,对于振兴民族工业、西电东送和推进全国电网互联具有重要意义。Abstraction of LingBao current conversion stationAs the core of direct current and transmits electricity back-to-back project in the Northwest - Central China, LingBao converter station located in the Jiaocun village of LingBao city in Henan province where lie in the most northwest end of power system of Central China. The distance is 400 meters from Zidong transformer substation of power system of Central China, and 82 kilometers from Luofu transformer substation of power system of Northwest. It is the first back-to-back direct current and transmits electricity project, with 600 million yuan investment inside the station, and it is relying on, proves and demonstration project established by National Planning Commission that designs independently and produces on our own.LingBao converter station normal transmission of power is 360MW, most heavy to transmit power can up to 390MW, the power can be transmitted in bidirectional way. AC220kV system and 330kV system adopt the wiring way of single bus220kV system link to Zidong transformer substation through line of Lingzi in 500 meters long, 330kV system connect to Luofu transformer substation by line of Luoling, the length is 93 kilometers.220kV AC field include: A group of reactors, three groups of HP12/24 filters, two groups of HP3 filters, two groups of capacitors, 330kV AC field consist of One group reactor , three group HP12/24 filter , one group HP3 filter ,Transformer of Change rheology adopts three single-phase winding forms , the single capacity is 143 . 6MVA, three of every side realized Yy12 wiring and Yd11 wiring through the outside line , the valve forms 12 pulsating bridges together with transform valveDirect current system specified voltage 120kV, 330kV transform valves adopt ETT valve based on ABB technology , 220kV transform valve adopt LTT valve with application of SIEMENS technology, both sides valve is connected the flat reactor to link to each other by the bus of direct current.Direct current control and protect system is offered respectively by NR company and Xu Jpany Two control systems adopt timesharing to run , separate, do not rely on each other. Two systems, through moving and switching over realizing that control the timesharing of the current conversion station again.AC protect system divides into 220kV side and 330kV side , including filter , connect condenser in parallel , connect reactor in parallel , transformer of change rheology , bus bar , circuit protection, all protection is adopted and melted doubly and disposed redundantly, run at the same time . The signal supplies with NR and XJ system of observing and controlling at the same time .LingBao converter station put February of 2003 into operation, goes through the building construction , rigging up and debugging , subsystem debugging , the station and the system debugging. The direct current system succeed in unblocking at 58 past 11 on April 11 , 2005, realize the connection of electric wire netting of Central China and northwest electric wire netting. At 21 on June 25 , 2005, LingBao converter station completes 168 hours great load test with NR system and accomplishes XJ 168 hoursat heavy load test at 5 on July 3 , 2005. In August of 2005, LingBao converter station put into commercial operation formally .the official operation of LingBao converter station realize the not networking in step of northwest electric wire netting and Central C
